[Resolved]  Croma — Fake updates from Bluedart delivery boy

Hi Team,

I had ordered phone from Croma website, it was shipped via Bluedart.

Bluedart delivery boy marked it as 'Customer not ready with Exchange'. He is lying about this, he never called me or reached out to my home.

What kind of service is this??????
I have paid via credit card, i will have to pay the bill and this delivery boy from his making such claims...
