I had ordered a PS5 from Croma, on 22nd August, 2022. It's 24th of September and I am yet to receive the PS5. In the same time all other retailers that had PS5 listed for sale on the same date have completed their delivery. My initial date of delivery was estimated as 9th September. After 100 followups I was informed that they don't know when they will have PS5 in stock, so they will update on 15th September. After writing mails, I came to know that due to system glitch, they had stocks, but system was not reflecting it. Now, they started shipping, and updated my Delivery Date as 19th September. 19th September passed and I still didn't receive any shipment. I complained again, they said my new delivery date is 22nd September. 22nd September passed, and they promised that on 24th September by 4pm, I will sure recieve the shipment, unfortunately I still haven't recieved the same. Now, I am starting to wonder whether Croma is doing a fraud with me. This is customer harrasment. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
