Croma — Fraud has been done by selling of product of Split AC in 2024 by giving assurance that product will be under warranty for 4 years

Sir,

As I have purchased a split Haier ac from your company on 01st January 2024 subject to the condition that one year service shall be free with an extended warranty for four years in which gas, parts or any other defaults, if accrued shall be free of charges and it will be covered under warranty subject to the service charges shall be paid by me. I have purchased it from Croma, Pitampura near Kohat Enclave, New Delhi 110085. My order number is SOA[protected] dated 01/01/2024. On Saturday dated 5th April I have booked a service and paid service amount Rs. 885/-. They have provided a receipt from Authorized Service Center for Haier Air Conditioning India' PVT Ltd Long Life, Janakpuri Delhi. After service they said Gas Nahi hai. Therefore, they filled it on the same day. But yesterday on Monday 07.04.2025 I have received a call from the above said centre from the mobile number [protected] (Croma Service Centre). They said warranty is not showing in your product therefore you have to pay gas charges. I informed them that company has given me warranty in this product last year for four years warranty. Therefore, I went to the Croma center, Pitampura, Kohat Enclave for the same day, they said it is under warranty because last year all Haier product related to split AC were under four years warranty and they were sale out from Croma. They didn't receive any complaint from any other customer till day. According to them this is the first case which they have received. They said talk to the company directly in this regard. Please see my matter and fulfill your promise as has given to me by Haier company. Please give four years warranty in my product as per the promise. They also informed me that a number would be provided by our Croma center for giving a call to this number to activate warranty. I told them I did not receive any number from your company. I would like to request you that I will not pay any amount to to Haier company and not gave by the sale person of Croma center. Therefore, I request you that it is already converted under warranty of four years and give directions to the service center to provide warranty facility to my product. I believe your Croma last many years please do me a Favour and resolve my issue as early as possible.
