I’m sahilpreet Singh a customer of Croma I purchased a iPhone 14 pro in which I has to claim my GST in which they ask me a gst number of that and I entered and I pay the bill but the invoice he get me the correct gst number: 07AKRPS6888D1ZB but in invoice the name of my company is wrong it’s show the error has been computerised software through Corma company. after my such a complaint of customer service they give me a clear statement that we can’t change it.I go to the offline store of Corma they said sir it’s a easy process to change a name in bill as sir it’s our mistake so we have to change but in online it’s a harassing behaviour of customer online service.
Dear sir/ ma’am due to their error of their computerised software generated bill instead of helping me they are not helping me and I’m unable to get my 18% GST rebate due to their mistake.
I kindly request you to take a strict action against the Corma to help me as I have a right to take a right bill. Pls do as soon as possible.
