Hi,
I have purchased a Rs. 43, 000 Croma Gift Cards from my corporate website - [protected]@globoforce.com and utilized a portion of those cards for purchase of Croma product,
Now, my Rs. 18, 000 is on stake since few Croma cards validity is over and Croma support team raise their hand not to extend the validity of Croma gift cards. I reminded them during Diwali period, but they are saying card is 2 years old hence, validity extension is not possible.
It is not a small amount, and I am escalating this matter to you for a solution.
