[Resolved]  Croma — grievance against poor croma service

Dear sir/madam,

After several attempt of raising complaint with regards to the led tv, your aftersales team hasn't responded me. Finally after giving up an expectation of recieving a service, i am writing this email, i have purchased croma led tv and a philip 2.1 speakers from croma goregaon last week, at the time of purchase your executive gave me an assurance and promise that i will be getting hassle free and a prompt service if there is any defect to be found in the product delivered at my door step. But to my disappointment it seems that you have failed to keep up your promise. I purchase this product because i trust the brand name tata and i was also expecting a better service then other brands, i am also sorry to say that i haven't faced such embarrassment from other brands in my life yet.

I still hope that you will work towards keeping the tata brand name up to the mark by addressing my problem and resolving it at the earliest.
