Croma — GST invoice denied

I had ordered a printer from Croma on the 27th of July online, the invoice provided by Croma did not have a GST number.

2. I reached out to Croma on the 7th of sept 21 asking for a GST invoice, and to my surprise, they denied providing a GST invoice saying they provide GST invoices only for that months purchases.
