Received Defective Product and no response from customer care

I have received defective piece Order ID:[protected] from CROMA online website and now I contact customer care daily but didn't get any proper response about return and refund. It's a week now.

DO NOT USE CROMA WEBSITE AT ANY COST....

Delayed Delivery

I ordered Apple Ipad 8 Gen from Croma's online store on the 1st of June 2021. There has been only a single order confirmation email I received saying that the delivery was expected to arrive on 2nd June. No updates after that. The website only tracks till 'Order Shipped' since day one.
It's been a week now. Two days ago I had called the Customer Care receiving no specific update, so I emailed my complaint. I received a computer-generated...

Product not delivered against 1 day delivery period mentioned on website at the time of booking and making payment

I have purchased a laptop from Croma website. While purchase we put the pincode and checked delivery available or not. It mentioned 1 day delivery. Now it's more than 4 days and laptop still not delivered. Secondly, none of the helpline numbers are working today as mentioned on Croma website.

CROMA 1.5 T portable AC Delivery

A package containing croma 1.5 t portable AC was received by me on 22.05.21 but we found it in damaged condition. Complaint for the return was lodged on the same day in customer care as well as return email address. It suppose to be taken back in 6 days max. After repeated follow up it is still not picked up and we are suffering in hot summer even after purchase of an ac. Very poor customer service as no information other than lodging complaint...

I bought a Hitachi AC which was priced at MRP of 60500 and offered with a discount at 43900 with another 1500 discount which was not applied and I was charged 43900. On receipt of the product I found a MRP of 42300 so essentially Croma has aold the product above the MRP besides a Varince of 18200 i
the quoted and actual MRP. Best part is the call center doesnt responsd and keeps me on hold and emails are not working. I KNOW THE FACT...

Ordered IPad from Croma Website, past 5 days of delivery date, still no news of product

I had ordered iPad from Croma website on 22nd May. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th. Today is 29th, still no clue of the product. It was prepaid order, the payment has been deducted. I have called them numerous times, all they say is they will call me within 24 hours. Some said invoice has not been generated. Totally frustrated. I forwarded them the order confirmation I got. Also tagged them on twitter, still no proper response....

Refund of 48K not even initiated more than 2 weeks after cancellation [Invoice No SLE047EC1728658]

I have had a horrible experience shopping on Croma. Never before have I seen such crippled backend system and with an even worse customer care team.

I placed the cancellation request for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on 14 of May, just a few hours after placing the order. I never thought it would be such a nightmare get an order cancelled.

Croma Delay in delivery and pathetic customer care

This is to bring to your attention that I had ordered a HP Laptop on 22nd May 2021 from INFINITI RETAIL LIMITED TRADING AS CROMA and as per the website the delivery date was 24th May 2021 through express delivery.It has been 5 days since I have not received my delivery. Product is not shipped

I placed order on Croma.com on 23rd may, it's order number is[protected], till now there is no update about the order. The order is supposed to be delivered by 27th May, but till now it is not even shipped.

I don't understand what's wrong with croma...

No updates regarding order even after 2 days of expected delivery date

I ordered LG 1.5 Ton AC from croma on 18th may and delivery was expected on 24 th may. Delivery wasn't made and even there weren't any updates regarding when will it be delivered.

Customer care keep on repeating we will call you back with updates but no one did. And still i don't know about my product that when will it be delivered. Why croma can't keep a track on their product delivery system?

Help me know how...

Order is not cancelled after so many emails and calls

Hi,

On 23 may i have place an order on croma and same day i have raised a request to cancel the same order. I have been told that it will cancel and team has raised a request to cancel the order but i have not received any confirmation. So next day i mailed again and asked same thing they again confirmed they escalated this and order will cancle and i will get confirmation in 24 hours. Again i did not received any confirmation....

Placed an order for a product on their official website on April 27 20201. Till date, it is not delivered and the customer care service has not helped in providing any support or solution.

On being asked about the status of product delivery, they state they don't have any record of the product. And yet I have a confirmation email of the same product.
