Croma — GST number not added

Sir,
I Prashant Modi bought a Croma LED TV (32 inches) from crom.com on 9th March 2022. On booking the order I entered my Company’s GST number and validated it and did online payment through a card to successfully book the order. It showed that I will receive my TV on 9 March 2022 but I did not receive it on the mentioned date. On complaining about the same on 9th March in your customer service department they just said they will raise a ticket and no solution and the tv got delivered to me on 10th March 2022 at around 4:30 pm in the evening.
Then I got the bill through my email in which I came to know that MY GST NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED. On complaining about the same on 11th March 2022, I received a call back on 13th March 2022, and the lady on call told me that I have not validated my GST number which is why it was not added to the bill. I told her that I validated my GST number but she was strong with her point that it is not Croma’s fault. On continuous protest from my side, she is told me that share the proof of validated GST number, so I also shared with her the screenshot of the same in an email to which she again told me to wait for 24 hours for a solution. Then I got no solution in the said time. Again, after the continuous call from my side, I got an email on Wednesday evening stating they can’t add a GST number.
I also got a bill through email from Croma and in that it is falsely mentioned that my TV was delivered on 9th March 2022 which is not the truth. On telling this to your customer service person he clearly told me that there can be a problem in coordination.
The customer service people are just making bluffs and not giving any particular resolution
