i have already many mail and Twit to Croma but Croma as not any type of positive call only one time call receive we will try to replace otherwise we will return

      Address: Croma Store- East of kailash New Delhi

      I purchased Samsung TV 55" model No AU9070 from Croma east of Kailash store on 20th Oct 2021. At the time of purchasing, I clearly told to store sales team that I need this delivery after 3 months because I will change the flat so, please hold the delivery till that time. They agreed with the condition, and I booked the TV and then they force me to buy an extended warranty of the TV, so I purchased that also.
      From the Next day Croma delivery team start following for delivery of the TV then I told the Delivery team that I clearly told to Croma sales team not to deliver the product because I want this TV delivery after 3 months, but the delivery team is telling sir don't worry you please take the delivery but please do not open the box or do not install it. Once you shifted then please call us we will install it. So, the delivery team has delivered the TV and they also didn't show me any inside condition.
      I trusted Croma and put the box as it is a condition which delivery has given.
      So, when I shifted to my home and On 2nd Feb 2022, I called Croma team for installation so next day Samsung Engineer has come and he did the unboxing of TV and Samsung engineer found panel in damage condition.
      and at the Same time I called Mr. Sanjeev from Croma and told him the situation and I also put my phone on speaker and Samsung Service Engineer told him the condition of the TV.
      Mr. Sanjeev from Croma has crossed checking with Samsung Engineer that have you open the box he said "yes" and he asked how's the box condition then he said Box is also in good condition there is no any damage in box also.
      So on next day when I called Mr Sanjeev from Croma for replacement of my TV then he said sir raise a complaint in Samsung and Samsung technician person will come and he will also check.
      So Samsung technician person was checked on 3rd Feb 2022 and found panel in broken condition.
      So from 4th Feb I started chasing Croma team for replacement of my TV then they start ignoring my calls and then I visit to Croma and meet Mr Sanjeev then Mr. Sanjeev introduce me with Mr. Pradeep - Store manager. Mr. Pradeep is telling sir it's 3 months now and brand is denying for replacement.
      Before buying the product I told each and everything to Croma Sales team that I want this installation after 3 months then why they are telling me this story now.
      After continuous follow with Mr. Pradeep he gave me his Boss Mr Sameer contact details.
      Then Mr Sameer is telling me the same story that its 3 months old case we can't give you replacement.
      If croma team know the brand process then why he deliver the product to me when I told them to hold.
      I told my condition in the beginning then why they didn't told me to check the damage at the time of delivery
      its completely miscommunication by Croma and they are not willing to inform the customer about Product/Brand terms and condition
      I am telling them my delivery condition before buying then why they didn't tell me the pros and cons
      I need a support and want my TV replacement
      I am also attaching TV invoice copy, Extended warranty buy copy, Default panel images, Service engineer job sheet, Box condition.

      I am hopping for solution...

        Good Morning Team

        I am very much disappointed in the delay in the process of refund.

        It is taking more time than committed ( From 29 Jan 2022, it is pending ). In the meantime, we have raised a complaint twice

        ( a ) one on Sunday, 06 Feb 2022 : Persons from Tata Croma Store, Chromepet, Chennai called and confirmed, refund will be credited before Tuesday, 08 Feb 2022.

        ( b ) Once again, raised a complaint on Wednesday, 09 Feb 2022 & called Store Manager Mr.Murthy : Mobile:[protected] & [protected]. He checked and confirmed that, refund will be done immediately.

        Waited till yesterday, End of day and raising this complaint once again. Please note that, within 2 to 3 hours of cancelling this order (Since already we have given our old refridgerator ), having Age old mother of 81 years at home, we were suffering a lot without fridge. Because of your poor service, "Pledged our Jewel" and made alternate arrangements and bought New Fridge from other store and it got delivered and installed next day. It is pathetic for us, as we are running from Pillar to Post.

        Please take this seriously as 13 days have already passed.

          This is regarding my recent purchase of JBL SB190 from Tata Cliq. I got the delivery of a defective product & it has been confirmed by the installation team who was from Jeeves (Flipkart). I got the delivery on the 29th. Installation was on 30th done by jeeves & he confirmed the product delivered is a defective one.

          If I place the wireless subwoofer just 3 to 4 feet away from the soundbar, the subwoofer is getting disconnected from the soundbar. I raised this on the same day but till today i don't get any response from JBL. I requested Tata Cliq to return my order but they rejected it because there was no response from the manufacturer (JBL). TataCliq asking me for a denied letter from JBL. But JBL is not accepting to issue denied letter. Both are playing in the bush.

          I have been completely exhausted by making calls to JBL support & not getting any resolution till now (already 8 days just gone waste).

          I request you Kindly replace the product or just issue me a denied letter so that i can claim my return from Tata Cliq. I don't want any repair sort of service, as the defective product was delivered.

            Refund fraud

            We were sold a Croma tv at Janakpuri store on a guarantee of a cash back in three months( payment made by credit card on no cost emi option)however this never come in any form of cash back. We registered a complaint at customer care at the same store and Prem and Krishan Kumar gave us an assurance that you will get the resolution within 7 working days however it’s been more then 21 days and there is no clue about the complaint and the resolution...

            I recently purchased a Samsung Fridge Model No: SAMSUNG FF 324L RT34T4522S8/HL 2S, Invoice No: SLA135RS3892388, Order Id: SOA[protected] from Croma- Logix NOIDA Unit for which I asked for an extended Brand Warranty which i was told will be given to me. Today a SAMSUNG Engineer visited my property for the Demo\installation and I explained him about the Extended warranty to which he explained that it is not a Brand warranty but a third party warranty extended to me by Croma.
            This is a case of Fraud and cheating and misleading a customer to buy something else from what he was promised.

              I have purchased a product with Croma online. Details above.

              The Product has to be delivered by yesterday which is 6th Feb 2022. The Status of the Order is shown as Delivered in Company website.
              I have called customer support but i did not a proper reply. Looks like they are not serious on this issue.
              Today i got a call saying it will delivered[Standard reply]. I got a message with delivery guy number. When i called to that number it is shutdown and no reply.

              I am suspicious on the transaction. The support person is replying as if it is not an issue and replying back with standard responses.

              I was under the impression that Croma being an Indian company and a TATA product, their service will be good. I have been proved wrong with this experience.

              Could you please help me out in getting my purchased product delivered safely and if that is not possible refund the entire amount which i paid.

                  Today I visit Croma store at RDC gaur mall, where I finalise a phone apple 13 128 (pink) after confirmation of stock with executive but when I go through all the process of loan n after wasting my 2 hours the executive n store manager there said that is imei no. Is not valid u have to choose different colour n misbehave with us please take it on very serious note this kind of behaviour n fraud stock has to come in open please take proper action n I will definately tweet n socialise this topic

                      I placed an order online in Croma site on 3.2.2022 for Xiaomi Mi 11X (128GB ROM, 8GB RAM, MZB08P8IN, Lunar White. The delivery promised was 4.2.2022 but not delivered despite repeated calls to Croma store, Grand square, Velachery, Chennai. Today (5.2.2022) in the croma site, it shows as delivery on 7.2.2022. This is ridiculous and cheating the customer. I didn’t expect a such a cheating from TATA company. I need the delivery right now, otherwise I will escalate the issue with higher authorities and beyond.

                        I had visited Croma, Growell's Mall, Kandivali Store on 30/01/22 to buy LG front load washing machine. I was told that I will have to pay Rs.37, 990.50. I paid that amount and even though Croma site was showing same model for same price with Next Day Delivery, I was told that they are not able to find the product in system and will Delivery will be late.
                        Finally Today on (04/02/22) the order is processed and visible on website. But the the price of product is now Rs.37, 100 on website.

                        So I basically you took my money in advance, delivered late and caused me loss of almost Rs.900.!

                        I would like the price difference of Rs.[protected] to be refunded.

                          We bought the White Square karaoke system from Croma's e-commerce website. We are extremely unhappy with the product as it is pathetically slow, erratic in it's operation and unusable to say the very least. We have been struggling to make the product work by contacting Croma Technical support or else return the product and get a refund for it. However after endless calls and emails for the last 10 days our complaint remains unresolved. Neither they send a technician nor do they process a return and refund for the product. Feeling frustrated with the product we tried to contact the company White Square who then sent their technician who was also not able to make the karaoke system function. Croma team seems to be least bothered and we have been following up with them on a daily basis, to which we are assured that a call back will be arranged from Croma but no one calls back ever! This has been going on in circles and we're very disappointed and are feeling cheated with the kind of service we're being given by a Tata enterprise like Croma. We have been regular, heavy purchasers and happy customers of Croma but we never expected an industrial house like Tata to treat their customers like this.

                            I have bought a front load 6kg Croma washing machine 1.5 years back with extended warranty (insisted by the sales person). Now when I am having an issue I have raised a service request on 24th jan 2022 through croma customer care center. Next day I got a call from a service guy and then he agreed to come on 11am, however he never arrived and dint picked up my calls. Next day some other person called and same thing happened and next so on. After 4days my service request got canceled without any reason. Again I raise another request and this time without any follow up my request got cancelled in same manner, no reason at all. Now tell me Croma, is this your usual service process? Then why on earth there is joke of warranty and extended warranty drama? Just to extract money from customers? Seems like I have wasted my money investing on Croma.

I opted the offer and done my purchase. But I received credit card bill with 16% as interest charge. I contacted Croma customer support with same issue. But, they are denying the offer by stating that I haven’t selected offer on the order, for which I have also provided proof.

                                SR ID : SR[protected] (the ticket closed without proper response - how stupid is this?1)
                                Your customer service employee, Gaurav, was quite rude to me and insisted that I obey his instructions. This is the worst customer service team experience I've ever had, experience with behaving badly.
                                I chose a cashback offer and paid for it with a Kotak bank credit card. No Gaurav e saying I didn't select—a that's a total falsehood, or a system flaw, or an error.

                                The reason I bought in Croma is for the 6k cashback.
                                I request that you conduct a thorough investigation and take the necessary steps.
