Good Evening !!!

I, Zamir Alam Khan & Anis Ahmed Khan, had purchased 4 A/c from croma malad with extended warranty/ AMC on 14/01/2020.
The registered Mobile Number is as follows :
2 A/c - [protected]
2 A/c - [protected]

Our A/c installation was done on 07/08/2020, as per the commitment done by Daikin & Croma that the warranty will be counted as per the installation date. Now, when I want to get my A/c service done. I tried to reach customer care but they continuously reject the service and also drop the calls without giving appropriate feedback.

It feels like I became fool purchasing product from croma, as from the time of purchase I did not received any calls for service of my air conditioner.

    I order smart tv from croma but they not doing installation whenever we call they will tell in 24hr it will done like that but still not done its more then 72hrs over

        I purchased a MI 4 K UHD 43 Inches TV on croma online. TV was delivered 5 days ago on 6th of Feb. After continuous calls to the customer care I am receiving the same answer that I need to wait for 24-48 hours. The TV is not installed even after 5 days of delivery. It is really pathetic and dissatisfied. I would like this to be done at the earliest. Thank you.

            I would communicate this issue for resolve cash back offer.

            I bought hp Laptop on oct 2021 with bank cash back and no cost EMI offer.

            I've received incorrect invoice copy which is not mentioned cash back details. At the time of sale Name: Ajith (No 1 kences tower, usman road, ramakrishna tower, chennai 600 017) was confirmed cash back will receive in your credit card after 3month emi now 5 month has been completed still cash back not received.

            Today I met with dept manager Madhan (Id no: 6344) and customer care dept- sekar(Id no:6223) they confirmed that charge slip not mentioned cash back offer later I realized that given incorrect invoice copy and false communication given by T nagar branch team. Kindly provide revised invoice copy with mention cash back offer.

              We have purchased new Washing machine from Croma, Ashram road Ahmedabad. During installation engineer found problem in its door. As it's a new piece we want replacement for the same. The told us to resolve the issue in 48 Hrs but there is no response after 5 Days.

                I have purchased a Kuvings cold press juicer from Croma Chembur on 1.3.2022 with invoice no SLA[protected]..I have requested for a demo and it was told that within 48 hrs it will be done...As on today the demo has not been done and everyday I am getting a call from croma asking me whether the company people have come for demo...It seems croma does not have control over kuvings service.. if the demo is not provided by the company then what after sale service will be provided...I have got a bad experience in dealing with CROMA.. The product is sealed packed and not opened yet for want of demo...My warranty also started from date of purchase...money got blocked...I want to return this product and want my money back. I cannot wait for such a long time for demo...

                  I have purchased a Lenovo leptop 09.04.2021

                  Frist problem from leptop in September month issue is charging not support

                  I am sent a leptop croma store but they are not checked properly and without checking a charging problem return my leptop

                  So i am personally visit at store and share the issue they are providing additional adaptor and format my leptop but leptop touch ped not working

                  Next day I am again visit at store or share the issue so short out the issue

                  I am using a leptop at same day evening but leptop keyboard working automatically on dated 08.10.2021

                  So i am again visit at store on 09.10.2021 and customer care executive tell me sir please dropped your leptop
                  and repair your leptop with in 15 working day

                  Today I again visit your store but they are providing repaired leptop
                  But I want replacement of my leptop finally

                  Today I have pic my leptop but he is not working properly

                    Gst not credited inspite of gst number mentioned

                    Purchased Mac book pro online from Croma and mentioned gst number in shipping address section as guided by Croma executive but Croma support is not responding nor crediting gst since 10 months.

                    Just mental harassment it is with a customer.

                    You can check invoice and recording of phone call at time of purchase because I purchased for my business purpose, I clearly mentioned this....

                    Placed an order for a GARMIN watch and paid for the same online. However, when the product was not delivered by the expected date, followed up with customer care team. They informed that it has gone out of stock and an update regarding the order can take 5-7 business days. I wrote to the Grievance officer whose response said please wait ( no end time) I called up again to cancel the order and was informed that it would take 48 hours for confirmation...

                        - Ordered O General CPTB 2 Ton 4 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper Condenser, ASGG24CPTBB, White) from croma online store.

                        - Technician came for installation, clearly advised this will not fulfill the cooling requirements and that only 2.5 ton non-inverter split AC will be able to fulfill cooling requirements. Moreover the outdoor unit will require additional power supply in case of inverter AC.

                        - The item is not able to fulfill my requirements.

                        - The item is delivered to my place and the package has not been opened yet.

                        - Request to return or replace the item with 2.5 ton non-inverter split AC of the same or different brand.

                            I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 worth 13999. The payment was done through vouchers and debit card.

                              I bought 3 Samsung 1.5 T ACs from Juhu branch. On 18Feb22. Expected delivery was 2-3days.
                              I piece has been delivered on 24Feb. The other two are missing. I have called on CROMA telebanking and got not much information. Only that they will call back in 24-48hrs. They didnot connect to any supervisor or person of authority.
                              I have wasted lot of time calling al numbers I have and not received any concrete information. One person said order on the way. Other said order is cancelled.
                              Can somebody responsible enough inform me of what’s happening.
                              It’s been a disgusting experience so far.

                                    - Bought 3 Acs on 31/03/2021 from Croma @ Varthur, Bengaluru 560087.
                                    - Returned 1 AC unopened on 13/04/2021 because room did not have
                                    - Received a credit note for with expiry date 13/10/2021
                                    - Second wave of Covid hit India hence did not go back to the store
                                    - Went back in August and September 2021, but was sent back since I did not have a hard copy of credit note. I tried looking but could not find it. I have a soft copy proof for the same.
                                    - Now since October 2021 have gone to Croma multiple times and they are refusing to honour or issue a replacement credit note citing expiry and non availability of hard copy.
                                    - I am sure Croma has my details and a soft copy to ascertain that it is a genuine case and they cannot just take away such a big amount.
