[Resolved]  Croma — Handling charges

I purchased an HP 13 envy x360 laptop from the Croma store on August 14th and paid 9450 for Zip care.The laptop would not work without the charger, so we took it to the store for repair. A handling charge of 279 rupees was charged by the store, and it was introduced last month.When I purchased it, there were no charges and I asked now but did not receive a mail regarding the same.
