I have ordered AC from croma site with order number[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 15th june but till this date it is not delivered. When i raised complaint C[protected] they marked product as delivered. I am calling them every day and they are saying i will get update in 48 hour, but till this day i did not get any update...

There was a slight water leakage starting from 28th march onwards followed by a full blown water leakage on 6th April.

I purchased a VOLTAS INV/AC 1.5T 183V MDAZQ 4ADJ 3S
invoice no SLEC384419 from croma on the 15 feb 23. Installation was done by the voltas technician on Feb 28th. March 25th onwards it started leaking a little everyday. April 6TH had a full blown leak with water spraying every where.

I have installed my croma 1 ton ac crom INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S by croma technician dated 31st Januray vide complain no-SR ID :BAC310123FS00168. After 2 months its occurs cooling problem. Dear Sir

I have received a rugged AC and logged a complain C[protected] with CROM and they are just passing time and send a mail every other day that they tried to reach me and I am not available.

I am really frustrated with this approach of just passing time and making customer tired of follow up and accept the damaged product.

I had order a tv drom croma which was delivered on time, but then i was also told that the installation would be on the same day where as i haven't recieved any updated regarding this. what's the point of on time delivery even when i can't even open or use the tv....

Croma is the worst company i have even seen.
No one here who's ready my text should ever purchase from croma.
I have received a defective ac and have returned within 5 days
I have got the jobsheet also saying that the indoor unit fan is defective
It's more than a month, they won't even reply to you
Croma is a fraud company, pls stay away...

This is regarding the fees paid for java+android course. I was told that the course together will be ended by 6 months altogether, but it took me a year for java course to finish. I am so upset regarding it. Otherwise, Institute environment so cool and trainer behaviour so good.
