When I track my status on website, it is showing that the product is delivered, but I didn't receive the product yet. I tried calling for customer service, but no response. Disappointed with the service.

    I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma on 25th October 2023. After a few days I noticed that the refrigerator was freezing all the fruits and vegetables as well as the milk was iced even when the temperature was set to low. They sent technician twice to repair but it didn't work out so they sent a replacement after 1.5 months o[censored]s suffering and complaining and following up. Even after the replacement I faced the same issues, and this time I asked them for a refund but they refused and insisted us to get a replacement of the same model again but after facing these issues twice with the same model I insisted to replace with another model of the same price, but for a different model they want me to pay 6, 000 extra. This is really not fair that even after 2 months of suffering and following up Croma is not responding to us nor is their customer care interested in solving our queries. Yesterday on call they agreed to provide a refund so I purchased from Vijay sales and paid the full amount but now when I called them to pickup the defective piece from my home, they flipped and said refund is not possible they can only provide a replacement. My money is stuck with Croma, I have paid for a new refrigerator at Vijay sales and kept my delivery on hold and I am stuck with the defective refrigerator at my place. I need help to get this issue solved.

      I wanted to purchase a LG Convection Owen and this is the kind of service these Croma people offered me, left me with tension & mental stress.. It was so atrocious that made me decide that I will never visit this branch ever again to buy any product there.. All credit goes to – Croma Store, BSR mall, Thoraipakkam, Chennai

      Here is what happened –
      On 10th Dec 2023, Before visiting there, I called them to check if the Store is open and does the store have enough stock of all the LG Owen, so that I can order and bring the item I wanted with me (as Owens are small enough and will fit my Car’s Trunk). Saleswomen named Padmavathi received the call and she said she has stock of all the LG Owens. So then I visited there by 12noon same day..

      Selected an convection Owen and they took almost 20 minutes and replied, “The Owen is currently not in Stock sir”.. So then I asked them “Will the stock come back? If yes, in how many days will the product be delivered?”. And they replied “in 4 days and maximum 5 days confirmed sir, that’s on 15th Nov 2023”.

      Till 15th Nov 2023, 6pm, there was no call from them. I had to called them back to check the status and finally another person possibly an Asst Manager named Ponraj replied saying “the Owen allotted to you got damaged in transit from another Croma Store nearby, hence could not be delivered”. Also added saying, “This was last in stock Owen in Chennai and another 50 nos of same model new stock is arriving on 16th Dec and your Owen be surely delivered on Sunday 17th afternoon for sure 100%”.. But nothing.. He never cared to call back to inform too..

      On 18th Monday, I called him (Ponraj) back and he said “Sorry sir, the expected stock did not arrive so far and our distributor has asked to request you for 3 more days. So I am requesting for 5 more days. Meaning, mostly delivered by 21st Dec, if not I will call and update and after that it will surely be delivered on 23rd Dec.. If not delivered, we will initiate for refund”..

      NO call from any of them till 23rd Dec, NOTHING.. So I called Ponraj to initiate an refund but he did not pick up the call at all and Padmavathi received the call and said “Sir, we just got the update that stock has arrived and will surely be delivered on 24th Dec, Sunday before 3PM sure”.. I asked for confirmation, and they said they will send the PO order allocation details, but they failed to send.. But after reminding them, they sent the same.

      On 24th Dec, by 1 pm, the warehouse personal calls and says “sorry sir, the delivery person’s wife has met with an emergency. So I am asking you the permission, to be delivered by today evening or tomorrow 25th Dec morning without fail”.. And its 4 PM now and no update from either the Warehouse nor from Delivery guy or from Store..

      And the funny part is, by 3 pm on 24th Dec, the installation professional from LG calls me and requests me for an appointment for installation, without even enquiring that I have received the Owen or not!!! Wow!! How professional these people are.. Kudos..

      Even my mom had patience in the start but on 21st Dec, she too lost her patience and told me to cancel the product and request them for an refund.. She also told me, “We should never go to this store ever again”..

      This whole incident, they never cared to call back and update which they promised and I had to call them to asked the update every time.. Even today 25th, Still no calls from anyone.. How irresponsible.. And now after I call only these guys will come tell all their stories like “Leave due to not feeling well (by Padma), Year end Meeting & restocking (By Ponraj) and Emergency leave (by Delivery personnel)..

      And firstly they never offered any discount while ordering and for this extensive delay there was no strong apology too.. After request, they said, they will offer an gift as an token of apology, but I doubt that too..!

      Not just this, they have inexperienced people working there who almost have no knowledge about product.. I about an HP printer last and the salesman guy did know nothing about it!! Also, while purchasing an AC from them, we had to wait for almost 45 minutes just for billing even though there was not big queue and all..

      Dear All, please don’t visit this store and buy anything.. If possible stay away from Croma.. Even online shopping is better.. Or even Viveks store is better in term of Delivery.. They never took more than 3 day for any order for past almost 25 yrs (since 1998).. Ordering from this Croma store, left me with 15days of fooling and mental stress only with my product still hanging with them despite of full pre payment.. Wrong Promises, buildup stories, non customer centrical.. Highly unprofessional people..

      Finally on 25th Evening the product was delivered and the despite of delay in Delivery, the delivery guys voluntarily took away Rs.100 from me without any appologies..!

      But this is still not over.. Now comes is the installation from LG, coordinated by Croma team.. I called the LG same guy on 26th, who previously called me on 24th, for rescheduling the installation and he says "You have cancelled it, so you need to reschedule".. I then called the LG customer support the same day to reschedule and they said the installation is still pending and will come the same day, but on 26th NO one came..

      On 27th, the installation guy name Dakshinamoorthy comes at 1PM and opens the package.. My mom finds and tells, the package is fishy and not proper, but the LG guy first says "It will be like this only maam", then after checking the whole package, says "the manual book is missing. Without manual book we cannot do the installation" and asked us to escalate the issue again with Croma..

      I completely lost my temper and called Croma and spoke with Asst Branch manager Mr. Mani and requested him to take the product back and provide me with the refund as I cannot take any more stress..
      But then Mr. Ponraj himself arrived at my home to check the condition himself and tell me "LG guys told me that now a days no company offer Manual book. We need to download from Online, , So no need to worry".. And then reschedules for Installation the same day before 6PM But NO one came on the day..

      The next day 28th Dec, Ponraj confirms me that, the installation guys will 100% arrive before 12:30 (Previously said 1PM) and at 1:15PM the LG guys calls and tells me, it will take another 1hr+ for them to come.. If they are scheduled to come by 2:30 PM, Why should they tell that they will be coming by 12:30??

      So, Dear all, This is how Croma and LG work.. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible employees.. As said previously, I have purchased several products from Viveks for 20+ yrs and never once happened like this.. But Croma.., Its a shame and disgrace...

        I had purchased Croma washing machine 6kg front load on march 2022. since some days i have facing some drum problem. while when we start machine it will be started, take water but there is no action takes place. The machine only display light of extra rinse button.

            Crome TV purchased on 29.01.2023 through online vide Infiniti Retail Limited invoice no. SLEC100568. The TV is not functioning. In this regard, I complained on 08.12.2023 for further action to replace it as it is under warranty. So far, no action was initiated from your side. Please take an immediate action for replacement.

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received concerning my LG washing machine, which I purchased from Croma Center in Gurugram. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

              I reported a technical issue with my washing machine to the Croma Center in Gurugram, where I had also purchased an extended warranty. Subsequently, the Croma Center team transferred the responsibility to Onsitego for the repair. However, despite their assurance, there has been no visit from a service engineer, nor have I received any communication regarding the status of my complaint.

              My understanding is that the machine was falsely reported as repaired, citing a power-related problem and part replacement. However, I have not observed any improvement in the machine's functionality, and I am concerned that the issue has not been adequately addressed.

                Handling charges

                I purchased an HP 13 envy x360 laptop from the Croma store on August 14th and paid 9450 for Zip care.The laptop would not work without the charger, so we took it to the store for repair. A handling charge of 279 rupees was charged by the store, and it was introduced last month.When I purchased it, there were no charges and I asked now but did not receive a mail regarding the same....

                Am taking MY tv in croma Karkana showroom hyderabad on 26/05/22 ie.my daughter marriage purpose. But Tv panel prbm started on may 2023.just one year problem started.
                my order Id is : SOA[protected] AND INNOVOICE NUMBER IS sla149rs5808136.
                Immediately am informed to showroom customer and that technician person came to my home and identified the problem and taken digital signatures. Croma Technician person telling Tv panel not available i will inform and ordered the panel after i will solve the issue. after one month person came to my home and tv panel fixed. after one month one lady radhika Reddy called repeatedly and warned. Your tv warrenty not avilble am not aware because of am new person i dont have any idea to me and my technician. back to your immediately otherwise 27000 you will pay. Otherwise i wll compliant to PS. her telling very roodly.As a south head crome customer person using that type of volger language to customers.Every day her warn to calls and created disturbances. am working in office same words using that person. am belive in Croma showrrom because of am taking Tv fridge washing machine but this type of awereness i am not at all faceing. Radika reddy customer is very wrost person .her using cheap language to customers. Please solve the issue immidiatley.

                  We have purchased the LG Smart TV 43 Inch. Wide inv no SLA[protected] dated 22.10.23 from Croma show-room, Lower Parel Branch

                  But within a month I have observed white dot (( Dead Cell in the Led Panel ) on screen and the image lacks color brightness and the voice clarity also is not up to my expectation

                  We bought a TV on 22nd Oct and it got installed by 26th Oct.

                  This is to inform you that for replacement / Refund I have been following with Croma, Lower Parel Brach, ( Lower Parel Branch Manager and with their Customer Care Team Member Veronica from the 21st Nov till few days back . From last 7 days they have stop picking my call, neither responding to my email . Earlier whenever I had call I am just getting only one information that the LG is yet to revert back on this issue and we cant do anything until and unless they revert

                  At the time while purchasing it was only on the recommendation from Croma I had gone ahead and purchased LG instead of another Brand . Now I feel the Croma was giving the false assurance on the service of LG Brand

                  Please help in replacing the Model or help in refunding the amount

The item is not functioning since 05.12.2023 and it may be replaced as it is under warranty. In this regard, I request that, an action shall be initiated at early date.

                          Even escalation with croma customer care and nodel officer and grievance team I have not yet received my refund amount after even 30 working business days and not getting any response from side also not getting satisfied answer from customer care team.

                          when I call for update team only ask to wait for refund and only raising tickets also not getting any call back after 24 Hr wait even I have waited for 30 days now. Is croma team have any SLA or timeline to solve this issue?

                            Sir I ordered a I pad from croma then due to some issue I request to cancel order at that time order is not shipped .
                            But customer executive say they create a ticket for that .after 2 hr i got message your order ship . So they say me to refuse order at doorstep .after refused my order I don't get any update.previous 2 days it shows out for delivery

                              On[protected] I have buy ASUS TUF 15 GAMING LAPTOP and they have said that after buying the laptop i will get the free gifts like pendrive, lenova bag and gaming laptop. since after buyiing the laptop i just got pendrive and they are saying that headset and bag will be available in 2 to 3 days and now after 2 days I call at the store now they are saying that still the headset is not available now it will take more 6 to 7 days to be available. they are taking more time now.

                                I bought lenovo laptop before 2 year then croma gave me display model and also i extennded the 1 year warranty, now i'm facing some issues in my charger so then i went to lenovo service centre they was telling me that your charger serial number is different, i can't help you in this scenerio, so you can reach out to your dealer then i went to dlf saket and they was telling me your charger not covered in this warranty but when i called to customer care service of lenovo they was telling me your charger under warranty but your serial number is different . So this is my last experience is very worst of your company and i'll never ever purchase anything from your company. Thank you. The date of incident is 08/11/2023

                                  Vouchers Date Expired and Despite continuous follow ups not renewing them

                                  I had purchased my reward points from AMEX credit card to Croma Vouchers for Rs40, 000- in Sept 2022.

                                  The same expired in Sept 2023 as despite my follow up with AMEX, I did not get the vouchers on my registered email ID. It is when I went into convert my other points, I saw these vouchers on my telephone app.

                                  When I chased them up they indicated they cannot do anything since these are now converted to Croma....

                                    We have got 2 Acs with Croma Mogappair, and it was serviced 5 times in just 1 yr due to issues. Each time the service technician blames the previous technician for the issue but coudnt resolve it. The Croma support team simply negelects our query .Croma Support team says all 5 times the issue is just because of Human error. Now that Warranty period is ending they are not ready to extend support nor give resolution for the faulty machine. Poor customer service unexpected from TATA brand.
