i have purchased lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop along with it i have purchased extended warranty and adp for 2 years .extended warranty and adp needs to get updated in lenovo website with in 90 days from date of purchase .the croma warangal team is not updating the extended warranty its been 75 days from my purchase and several visits to the store and online complaints the store was saying the same...

We had ordered ac from Croma at Dabolim-Goa, we were given a delivery date, but was not delivered. The date got pushed to the next day, the delivery person told us that we need to take leave and wait for them that day, we took leave specially thinking that the delivery would be done, when we called them, they pushed it further to next week, payment was done at the shop and we expected the delivery but we have to keep calling. The customer service is really bad, they don’t care about our grievances, we are upset it is taking so long to reach us and the Croma staff and delivery personnel are rude. Our time and money is wasted.

There is an refund option provided by croma - notify their support and just refuse the product delivery whenever they knock your door.
There are better offers available and some vendors also provide immediate return /refund if the shipped product is damaged or refurbished. With croma, after payment the product delivery and condition is all at their mercy.

    I have purchased Havells Geyser from Croma online. As a customer, I can see the picture of the Geyser as LHS. As per that I have order the Geyser and delivered the product. When the technician came for installation, it is found that the Geyser is RHS. He suggested me to ask for replacement. I had resisted a service request for the same. But the customer support team asking for Job card from technician for replacement. When I contact the technician told there is no job card required for this replacement. I am not happy with the service from Croma customer support team. They were not ready to replace the product RHS to LHS. Request you to replace the Havells Horizontal geyser RHS to LHS.

      Regarding croma washing machine issue - service request no. C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], others

      I prefer to bring up this issue here as there is absolutely no response from the Croma support team. - [protected]@croma.com, grievance.[protected]@croma.com and nodal.[protected]@croma.com

      The croma support and/or technician are not even responding to multiple service requests and just closing the repair requests. They are not calling back on my two listed mobile numbers and/ or via email - just refuse to accept their faulty product and schedule a technician visit
      to repair the product or arrange a return and refund. Have complete email and audio recording proof of communication from croma support team.

      So kindly facilitate and resolve this issue or provide me details to approach consumer court.

      This issue was first reported to croma support on 24th September 2023.

      Regarding Croma washing machine - received old/ used and damaged product and no response from Croma support about repair / return - Comment #4127788 - Image #0
      Customer side history of issue -

      When the Croma technician visited for product installation and opened the box, based on my visual inspection he was informed about the old/ used product and the pics were taken of this dirty product. He was told to not complete the installation, but there is no option on Croma website to return and refund such old/ used product that are shipped to customer.

      This old/ used product was also defective and despite multiple service request being opened from 24th September 2023, the croma support team has not responded properly to address this issue.

      I have the complete audio and email trail for this issue. At times the croma support team calls from unreachable phone no. [protected] and either gives a missed call or does not discuss this issue and cuts the call randomly.

      The croma support and/or technician are not even responding to multiple service requests and just closing the repair requests. I can be reached at 98670 68xxx or 97693 30xxx, but prefer email communication to schedule the technician visit and also to have proof of communication from croma support team.

            Hii i have a croma gift voucher code of value ₹5000 which i am going to redeem today but as i applied the code it shows expired, the voucher just expired 3 days back, i know it's mistake from my side but 5000 rupee seems to be a large amount and i request to please provide some extended period to use that voucher

              We purchased a Croma Fire TV 32-inch product in January 2023 with a three-year Zipcare extended warranty. I've raised the Fire TV restart complaint 4-5 times so far. Initially, after three calls, their engineer came to our location, performed software updates, and guaranteed us that the restart issue would not occur again, but it did the fourth time. In the fourth complaint, they changed the motherboard and claimed that the problem would no longer occur. It is still happening, and they have stopped responding to my emails to [protected]@croma.com, grievance.[protected]@croma.com, and nodal.[protected]@croma.com. It is getting increasingly difficult for middle-class Indians to obtain valuable products and services for the money they invest. I wasn't expecting this from TATA, one of India's most trusted brands.

                Just want to highlight one issue, I have purchased new Samsung 55 inch CU8000 model tv from croma Ghatkopar branch on 30th September 2023, I received that TV on 02nd October 2023 but the display was broken from inside. I had informed the same to installation manager as well as croma centre for the same. And they have generated above mentioned service request no., but I am unable to track when I am getting my new TV.

                  Purchased Croma 109 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV with Bezel Less Display (2023 model) on 03/10/2023 at 1630 hrs

                  Price ₹16, 999.00

                  The product was delivered today morning 04/10/2023 around 10 am and the installation person came around 1:30 pm. Later, I logged into my Croma account and saw the price has dropped to ₹15, 999.00. A drop of 1000 in less than 24 hours. I called customer care but they replied nothing can be done.

                  This was my second purchase of this Croma TV in the last one month as the previous TV failed within 10 days of purchase. It was bought online but the customer service asked me to go to a store for replacement and arranged collection of faulty TV. They said they'll email the store as they didn't have another unit in stock (even though their website showed same TV available for delivery next door).

                  When I went to the store, they said they're not able to replace item purchased online. So I had to call back customer care multiple times. Instead of replacing the item, they issued refund. As a result I had to purchase the item again yesterday. And within less than 24 hrs the price has dropped.

                  Would like to request refund of price difference given it's within 24 hrs and the above hassle of buying the TV twice.

                      I have booked a product from Croma online, the app is saying it will be delivered by 28 September 2023, but today is 1st October. Customer care is asking me to wait 24 hours everyday from 4 days and that their team is working on, whereas i have not received any communication. Seems like i have lost my 54k Rupees.

                        Croma gift card validity expired - Request extension

                        My Croma Privileges gift cards worth Rs 1000 x 5 could not be activated before expiry date of 23May23 as I was working from home in remote location where there was no Croma Store or was not serviced by croma.com. I request you to extend validity for the same as I am in Hyderabad now for next 1 week....

                            Sir, I ordered a Lenovo 10.6 Tab M 10 plus 3rd Gen LTE on 16 sep 23 vide ORDER ID TC[protected] from TATA NEO App.

                            The Tab was deliverd on 19 sep 23.
                            On unboxing and switching on the display was ound to be Defective with a single horizontal line across the display. Immediately a repalcement was initiated by me on TATA NEO App.
                            Also a complaint is under process with complaint No C[protected] with customer support.

                            Tab is not being repalsed but a refund has been initiated by Customer care on 22 sep 23 stating non availability. On furthe checking at online croma store web and Tata NEO APP The item is available to deliver to this address. Screen shot attached

                            But as the Tab is purchase with Credit card on EMI offer as offered at NEO APP. The refund will result in financial loss to me. As processing fee Intrest and Taxes have already been initiated by the bank.
                            It is requested to replace the Defective Tab with New Tab.

                              We purchased a premium Samsung tv from Croma in Belapur branch which costed us more than 1lakh. Now, only after few months o[censored]sage we noticed 2 lines on the display which are not visible to naked eye and realised the display is faulty. Samsung technician visited and informed us that they'll have to replace the part rather than the entire product. It's highly disappointing to open such a premium tv only after few months o[censored]se and demanded a full replacement since the product shouldn't have gone bad in few months meaning there was a problem in processing from the beginning. We have also noticed a lot of online complaints about Samsung TVs where even after multiple repairs the tv never functioned optimally. We do not want to risk opening such an expensive product and we won't. Croma has been avoiding our calls regarding this and we couldn't log in to check complaint status from phone. We feel extremely cheated on and helpless after investing so much in this tv.

                              After making us wait for 2 more weeks, Croma and Samsung have denied providing a full replacement further wasting our time with their procedures with no fruitful results. We have decided to take this to consumer court.

                                    I purchased a Gas stove for Rs.11290 with order no[protected] online due to house warming function as the delivery date mentioned was next day. I received after 3 days and when we check the product it didn't work for our kitchen slab size. I tried to return that product but keep on rejecting my return request and they pushed to hold the product. why they don't have the choice to return if not working for us like other online platforms like amazon and flipkart if they provide online purchase option. Please be aware that don't buy any product from Croma. I don't have the option to throw the product and made a loss of Rs.11290
