Hi, Recently I tried to buy washing machine from Croma store and I noticed that my three gift cards have expired :( I understand it has a 12 month validity and I'm to be blamed could not redeem this within the available date but the amount is for Rs.3000 which I consider is huge. Could I request you to help in this regards? I tried to send the gift card numbers to protected [at] croma.com but it bounced back to my inbox. Please assist me with the renewal.
