Croma — I haven't get my laptop bag with my laptop

Address: N-12 Bharatmatanagar Hudco

I bought HP Ryzon 3 Laptop on 15th August 2022 and after that they tell me the bag is not available yet and its been more than a week i haven't received my laptop bag...
Please help on the same
