I placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 (44mm BT) on 25th January 2025 from Croma's official website at a discounted price of ₹7, 994. The promised delivery date was 29th January 2025. However, as of today, I have not received the product.
Despite numerous calls to customer care, I was repeatedly told to wait 24 hours for a resolution. On 29th January, I escalated the issue to a senior supervisor who informed me that the product was out of stock and he suggested to give me a refund. I find this unacceptable since the product was shown as "in stock" when I placed the order and was even marked as "packed" afterward.
I made it clear that I do not want a refund — I want the product I ordered. However, the customer care team insisted that their final resolution was a refund along with a ₹500 voucher.
Moreover, the current price of the same product has increased to ₹16, 494.
Given the circumstances, I demand one of the following resolutions:
1. Deliver the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 as per my original order.
2. Provide a refund equivalent to the current price of ₹16, 494. Was this information helpful? |
