My order details : Ordered on : 10th March 2023. Order ID:[protected] Product ID: 270410 Product Name: Sony PS5 Gaming Console[protected] Arrival date: 24th March 2023 Registered Email ID : [protected]@gmail.com Registered Mobile number: [protected] The item hasnt been delivered yet. If i raise a complaint they keep closing the request stating there is another complain, and they dont provided an update for the previous update. Reaching out to them on twitter they keep asking me to cancel the order due to high demand. Calling them over call they say full amount wont be refunded as its a pre ordered product and I have to bare the loss for cancelling the order. Mar 27, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved cancelled the order as their response was worse, each of their own customer care used to provide different input.
