The item hasnt been delivered yet. If i raise a complaint they keep closing the request stating there is another complain, and they dont provided an update for the previous update.
Reaching out to them on twitter they keep asking me to cancel the order due to high demand.
Calling them over call they say full amount wont be refunded as its a pre ordered product and I have to bare the loss for cancelling the order.
The product on their store still says available to buy even after all this
