Dear Team,
I had purchased "Fire-Bolt Ring 3 watch" from CROMA BANDRA WEST store having Order ID: SOA[protected] purchased on 11 August 2022.
I had called the croma customer care today and informed that the said watch is not working. The croma customer care had informed that the said watch is under warranty.
I had visited the below Andheri service centre of Fire-Bolt and they have informed that they cannot do anything for the watch. This watch is under warranty and still the service centre has denied taking any action and fixing the said watch.
I am highly disappointed that this issue is not resolved even though invoice is under warranty. Refer attached invoice wherein the watch is still under warranty.

After all this I also went to CROMA JUHU STORE but they have denied. They said they cannot do anything. Over the call they said that they will cover under warranty.
Please let me know how can I get this issue resolved since this watch purchased is under warranty.
