      Hi,

      I have ordered "mobile phone "Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Onyx Black)" on 14th March 2023 from online www.croma.com. Still did not receive it. I have made full payment online. Order id is Order ID:[protected].

      During ordering, it was mentioned that i would receive the mobile phone on 15th March 202. But even after 9 days, i still did not receive me phone.

      I have raised a ticket to Croma, but there is no use and remaining "in progress" status.

      Very disappointed as every time they change the delivery date by 2 days. on 15th Mar, they changed delivery date to 17th Mar, on 17th Mar, they changed to 20th march, on 20th march they changed to 22md march, now they changed to 24th March. Now sure how many more time they are going to do this.

        Please see the invoice in subject line. Though the item was purchased as per the invoice date which is 27 jan 2022, , the installation was done only on the Installation date - 11 4/2022 after my multiple call request. Now there is an L3 error showing. I see it only legal from my side to ask Croma to cover and repair the L3 error as it is not yet one year from the date of installation.
        I have been a faithful Croma customer for decades. The customer service says they cannot enterian my request under guarantee. This is not fair. Kindly help to solve .

            Dear croma coustomer service :-

            i purchase my first laptop from your store and i also buy a platinum plan worth 3000/- rupees. and they are commited me all over the india they provide me home service all over the india . and i face fingerprint and camera relatedd issues and i also visit your store and your technician is not capable for solve my problem and he told me to go lenovo service center and i am go there but they told me if i buy laptop from croma so for the service purpose i can only visit croma stores . i wasted my full day to do for just small work and and of the day your croma is not solving my problem . i call coutomer executive and they are not answering my answers properly and also not providing me to home service and suggest me to visit croma store whayti already do . and now i am very angry about their services and they dosen"t provide me satisfied answer and solution . i will never by anything in my life from croma store if the discounts are avilable and i am suggesting everyone to just for the discount and other purpose don't buy anything from croma they are liears .

              I ordered a realme 8 on 12th march and the mobile was expected to arrive by 15th march. Its been 17th march and the product has not reached yet. Their customer care is not able to help. Its a horrible first time experience of croma.

                Hi,

                I purchased 3 Samsung AC from Croma in Jan'2022 and also purchased an extended warranty service from Croma in 2022. My extended warranty service was effective from Jan'23 and I raised a request to Croma customer care in Feb'23 for providing the servicing of all 3 AC's (one 2-ton and two 1-ton) I purchase one year back.

                After doing multiple followups the service technician Irfan Shaikh (from 3rd party onsitego)...

                Sub: AC Noise disturbance

                Dear Croma Team

                We had purchased two Croma AC model # CROMA INV/AC 1T CRLA012INF255952 5S(264178) from your Croma Outlet in Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Both the ACs’ were installed on Monday the 6th March 2023.

                The problem that we are facing is that the ACs sound is very disturbing. Attached is the audio of the sound of the AC during the night. We are not satisfied due to lot of noise. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or give us a replacement immediately.

                Inspite of our several mails from 9th March, telephonic complaints to your Croma Bannerghatta store and complaints raised with your customer care from 6th March 2023. We have not received any solution to our problem.

                Today in the presence of your technician we have recorded the noise from both the Croma AC. Attached are video of both the ACs along with their respective serial numbers.

                We want both the ACs to be taken back and the amount to be refunded immediately. It is more than a week we have been following up but a very poor response from Croma Team were nobody from the next level to approach the Customer. We are wasting our time following up.

                Please refund the amount of the 2 ACs at the earliest.

                  I have purchased flip 5 JBL speaker from croma with Order ID:SOA[protected] on 13 Feb
                  Just within a month, it found defective, no response from croma showroom and its staff. They behaved very rude, will never buy again from and will suggest all the same thing

                      Unusual delay in coordinating with brand partner in getting air conditioner purchased from thier online store..
                      All they give us automated answers to mails. Even calling thier customer care is of no use as they just give false promises.
                      Till date noone has contacted me for scheduing the installation even after 6 days of purchasing the product.

                        We purchased a Toshiba TV through you. It was a last unit of the stock we understood and the center at Juhu said it is good not to worry.

                        The installation person installed it and it worked okay for few days, however since the recent week we are facing a problem.

                        Whenever we are watching the TV channels, very often SPOTIFY runs some random songs and disturbs the TV we are watching . We have checked and ensured that there is NO spotify app there, yet it occurs .

                        I contacted your installation person to come but he is not responding.

                        Request to please action and send someone to check ASAP.

                          At the time of shopping from croma, the executives (Dev) were very humble and accepted all the changes that we asked for. We went there to buy Fridge in black colour specifically and at that time they said that they have grey colour in display but at the warehouse they do have black colour. When we finalize the model and colour (black) they make sure that at the time of delivery they will send Black colour. And we trusted them. But when we have open the packaged, the colour is dark grey and not black. And now they are not accepting.

                            I bought HP Victus laptop from Croma. As this product had WiFi issue hence submitted for issue rectify. Croma send it to HP service center where they detect the hardware issue and order for parts.
                            It had to.e to get fix it hence I recalled the laptop untill the parts arrive. While collect the laptop by Croma person he hasn't check the laptop and collected. After took the laptop at home found that there is no battery in it and when I checked with HP team they told its Croma person responsibility to check.
                            Such irresponsible service Croma had.

                                I have purchased aquaguard wP Royale RO+UV+MTDS+ZPP+SS, product ID 230056 on 4th March 2023 from Croma store at DLF Mall of India. The aquaguard was supposed to be delivered and installed by 5th March afternoon, I.e., today. I got the call from eureka Forbes for installation o[censored]nit, however, the unit hasn’t reached. We have been calling since morning and was getting a response that we will get it in 10 min. At around 2 pm we got to know that Croma didn’t have the unit to sell, however, the sales man sold the unit will a commitment of delivery and installation. The sales man name is Ashok working at Croma DLF. We have been calling since morning till now but in vain. We have reconstructed out kitchen and there is no water we have at home. It’s really disgusting that we have wasted the whole day still getting false commitments from Ashok since morning. When we told him to cancel the order, he offered to give a credit note, what a fun ….means you need to shop the RO from other place for 20000 and you need to buy something from Croma as well to adjust the credit note.

                                We want some serious action against this guy who sold the product without availability. Let me know the status of the order please.

                                    Order not delivered after payment

                                    Croma has deducted payment of Rs. 10, 290 against my order[protected] placed on 2 March 2023.

                                    I received confirmation email and SMSes from Croma but the order hasn't been delivered yet as on 5 March 2023. The order isn't even reflecting in my croma account. The customer care team is most unresponsive and asking to wait and keeps causing delay in delivery or refund. I suspect that this is an internal fraud done by Croma to...

                                    I have purchased two 32” Croma HD LED TV on 11th February 2023. During installation by Your Service Engineer it was found that one of the TVs had a remote control missing.
                                    We were told that either a remote control will be given or a new TV will be sent. So to avoid inconvenience to both we said it's better if they sent remote control.
                                    From that day onwards I and my staff on a number of occasions interacted with croma call Centre people and told them the issue and each of them assured us that within 24-48 hours our issue will be sorted.

                                    Some of the call Centre people suggested that we should go and buy a remote from the market. It’s really unfair as we have purchased TV from croma then why were we told to buy it out from the market. their Executive called and told that he can’t provide remote.

                                    till now i have not received my remote.

                                    please help me what can i do now
