I placed a order for PS5 from croma on 10th March. Paid full amount of 45k inr.
I was provided with a promise date of 24th March. Till date I havent received my order.
If i ask about the refund, croma support says that I wouldnt get a full refund as they would deduct some amount with no fault of mine in this and a complete refund wont be given and writing to them from twitter they tell due to the surge of demand of the product I should cancel the order and there is nothing they can do about it.
