[Resolved]  Croma — kent purifier,philips mixer,symphony air cooler

I had purchased symphony air cooler in the month of March 2019.within 5 days o[censored]sing it, water started sprinkling from the top.A complaint was given and they came after many days and said that the cooling pad is damaged.How come it gets damaged without even using for 5 days less than 3hrs per day...
Every product would be displayed and when we are about to purchase, they always say stock is not there, we will get from some DC.same happened while purchasing Philips mixer in sep2019, they said stock is not there and will be delivered in 2 days.We waited for 6 days during which we were told that it would be delivered very soon but nothing like that happened .So finally, we went to the shop and we were told to come again after 2 days and after 2 days, we asked them and they were about to give the product which has got date of manufacturing somewhere in dec2017.how can such an old product be given to the customer .We received the refund after giving complaint to the manager.If the product is not available, they could have said no and that the product is not available.For everything, they will make us pay the money first and delivers a defective product and we have to worry about it and blaming ourselves for trusting Croma again.To my bad luck, I went there again to purchase washing machine and Kent purifier on 9Feb.Based on previous experience with Croma and with fear in mind, I requested them not to give defective products and mentioned about above experiences.Again for washing machine, they said the stock is not there and would take minimum 7 days.kent purifier was delivered after 2 days and installation person came on third day and fixed everything.Exactly after 10 minutes, it stopped working.Meanwhile, that person did not even bother about the quality of water, it was showing 15.he said gradually it will increase.(seriously not sure how he said this).he started asking for otp and we said we would give by eod and he started telling that he would not sign on warranty until the otp is provided .Left with no option, we had provided the otp and he left .immediately, we noticed, it stopped working.We called him many times, called the customer number and finally we have to go to the showroom and give a complaint.is it not the time of customer that is wasted and how can we trust you again.I am really afraid how the washing machine would be.Still hoping for the better one.I request everyone not to purchase here.better go for different shop .Even a small shop nearby has provided us with better customer experience
