I have purchased a Lenovo laptop from Croma but they are not helping me to see the warranty status as i have purchased extra accidental protectional plan for 2 years from Lenovo through Croma but they are saying it will automatically come in my system but it's been a month I can't see that and they are not helping me at all they are saying to wait and i have spent my own money to go there store please help me and i will attach the bill for better understanding
