[Resolved] Croma — Laptop purchased on 18 jan 2021 | |||
We have purchased a Dell Laptop form your outlet in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The sales person Raj Kumar, who first enquired for the purpose o[censored]sage and our budget and suggested this model. ( Invoice copy is attached for your reference). We told him that it is a home system we use it for checking mails, video calls will be done due the pandamic conditions. Otherwise we will use ms office products like word, exce, presentations. When we started using the machine rarely we slowly realised the system is very slow in the sense it is processing, processing for a long time, when i tried to type one letter and attached it send it to one person it took nearly 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then we realised that it is very slow. Yesterday (20.01.2021) we took the system to same outlet showed it to Raj Kumar same person whom we purchased he immediately said had you brought to our notice with in 7 days I would have replaced the system with a new one and within 1 month of purchase you told us we ould at least fought for the replace ment now it is not possible he said. Furthere he said while switching on the system that 4GB Ram may not be sufficent you need to upgrade it to 8 GB Ram, as 4 GM is sufficent to accomodate programming files. He also said most of the customers who has purchased 4 GM are coming back to us complaining about slowness. Then I asked him why you are telling about this now you should told me about it at the time of purchasing. Then he started managing I would have told him at the time of purchasing, If he would have told me like that why will I purchase this system? If you want to check if I am telling you truth or false you, yourself can talk to him like a customer and check. These sales people they want to meet their target so they are checking our budget suggesting a cheaper product which will not match our requirements. The Dell, HP company outlets are there why we purchase it from Croma not because it is cheap with Croma. We have purchased consumer goods from Croma and happy with it. My first car is Nano and Second car is Tata Tiago XT. hereafter I will not buy anything from Croma and with my knowledge if I come to know that my friends and relatives are going to buy from Croma, I will share my experience with them, I have attached herewith my purchase invoice also herewith for your reference. He took us to the customer service desk they also said we will send the system to Dell office check but they will also tell you the same thing. Based on Raj Kumar's advice at the time of purchase we gave him highest mark as feedback at the outlet itself but now only we came to know that he has done his sale but not full filled customer needs at the time of purchase.
