I had purchased a jabra 65t elite from croma store on 15 nov 2020. Having used the product before i was aware that jabra faces some bluetooth problem in left earbud quite frequently. So i enquired with the store and i was assured that i would get hand to hand replacement if any problem was detected.
This was because i had made it clear that amazon is providing the product for same price and giving no questions asked replacement. The product malfunctioned the very next day and i went to croma service stating the same. The left bud was continously giving a cracking noise. However the team refused to accept any malfunction. Now the product is also producing a hissing noise. The team is saying they will send the product to jabra service centre. I fail to understand why a replacement is not provided when the product fails the very next day. Service team led my Mrs shikha is absolutely unwilling in admitting the fault. When the admit that product has fault, instead of providing a replacement they are sending it to service centre for repairs which takes days. This fraud would only defer people from buying again.

    I am prateek Agrawal, have booked LG TV on your Bhopal Store and chose EMI option and used my Bank of Baroda Credit Card.

    Invoice No.- SLA[protected] and Product Description- LG LED 139cm 55UN7350 4KUHD

    But in current month bill i had to pay full amount of Rs. 59000/- approx and could not avail EMI offer.

    Please escalate the matter with the bank and do the needful at your end and arrange to provide cashback offer and EMI offer .

      I purchased an HP printer at Croma Prabhadevi on Nov 13, and was promised delivery on Nov 16 (latest by Nov 18 due to Diwali rush). But I have still not received the printer, and the customer care number is un-responsive. The 3 - 4 times I could talk to customer care, they asked me to call back with no update. This is frustrating - I have already paid Rs. 6200/- and no delivery with almost a week gone by.

        Hello i naresh dixit purchased a dell inspiron 13 5000 laptop from your store in Bangalore on[protected] and I was told invoice would be mailed which i have not received even after continuous follow up. But now my laptop is having issues and for reinstalling licensed software's and product key i need to have my registration ID which I was told would be in my invoice. I urgently need assistance on this as its affecting my work as its dependent on my laptop and software.           Dear Sir / Madam,

          I bough a Bajaj Geyser on 15th Nov. I was told that the service is inclusive of the price. On 18th Nov, 2 people came to my place for the installation and open the box, when they looked at the bathroom, i was told that your site is not ready and it has to have the tabs. I told them that i have the Tabs but they denied the installation that this is not their job and you need to call a plumber. They didn't installed the Geyser.

          I would like Croma to do the installation without the "Terms & Conditions" applicable.

            I am selvam from Avadi. My mobile number is [protected].
            I purchased a new Croma TV 49 inches durng the month of August from Avadi Croma branch. The magic remote which comes along with the TV did not function which was found by me the next day of installation. The installation person came again the next day and collected the magic remote for service/ or replacement.
            Now till now four months had gone but I have not received the magic remote. Made many phone calls but got only explanations in return.
            I have also made a complaint in person with the Avadi Croma branch where I bought the TV.
            But till now only explanations are getting to me that tooo after my phone call.
            Till before I had a great hope about the service setup with Tata products. But now I lost my hope.
            I hope atleast ths complaint will help me to solve the magic remote issue.

              Magic remote of NEW Croma TV not working

              I purchased new Croma TV 49 inches durng the month of August. The magic remote which comes along with the TV did not function when operated. The next day after installation the magic remote was taken for service by the installation person. But till now he had not replaced the remote.               I purchased croma ref/ff 347 lt. Via invoice no sla[protected]. I was assured by the sales staff & sales manager that croma is a tata brand & there was no need to worry for buying croma brand product.

              I regret to inform that after mere 47 days i faced great inconvenience & harrasment in the above product. There was no cooling in the refrigerator on 10/11/2020 & i had to give complaint for the same.The complain was resolved by the technician on 11/11/2020. However the same problem has reoccurred again on 17/11/2020 & there is insufficient cooling in the fridge .

              I would like to mention that i have purchased a new fridge for hassle free & continued performance .I am unable to use the fridge anymore & the same would have to be replaced by croma or full refund has to be given . I am keeping emergency medicines in the fridge which have to be kept at the required temperature & cannot face problem in the same .

              Kindly ensure that there is no further harassment to me in this regard .

                I register a complain regarding my split ac around one month back for which they ask me a duration of 10-12 days to provide service due to covid. after a week or so i got a mail that my complained has been closed and servuce has been provided kindlly give feedback. i mentiin in that feedback also that i didnt recive any service. after one day i got a call from croma regarding my feedback. so i yold them i didnt get any service and no one called or show up at my place.

                this incidence has repeated thrice with me. including the mail part.

                today third time i recive the same mail that i recive the service and complain has been closed...and ...yet here i am...asking to provide service as now one show up or called.yet

                    We have purchase samsung tv from croma old padra road, vadodara & they have commited free samsung phone along with this product. I have pur 05/11/2020 & at the time of delivery they have not given mobile which is written in the invoice. The delivery boy also not ready to write that mobile is pending for deliver & than we go to showroom & after a long dicussion they are ready to write but still today they have not given me mobile . I have visited in show room many times . All the time they give me answer today i will give you. They people cheat me after commited that they give me mobile at the time of delivery of t.V.

                          I was purchased RO water purifier on 6 November and they told me sir now you purchase extend warranty package so in future you will not pay for any services charges. In this offer you cover all the services like filters etc. Now they send me a email and there are mention to if you change the filter so you will pay the amount.

                                I booked Apple Watch SE cellular on Croma online store. The order confirmation page said to collect the watch at Connaught Place Croma store... I am sitting here for the last 1 hour and the store people says they have not received the order and they can’t even track where the order is stuck.
                                Look like we are living I Stone Age where no one knows anything, everyone is busy attending to new customers and does not care for my issue since I have paid already.
                                Wow this is Croma which says 24x7 service and even beyond...

                                  I got a new Croma Android tv from mandya showroom two weeks back. Now I am facing display problem and audio problem in tv. Already twice the Croma servicing people came and try to resolve but still same . It's a brand new product and facing this kind of issues at early stages. Requesting u to please replace the product itself. I don't think so it lasts for years. So please replace it .

                                    This is with regards for no timely delivery of Washing Machine as promised.(HOPELESS SERVICE), false promise.
                                    The executive of Croma gallery- Ghodbunder Road Thane West (Mr Amit) has assured of delivery of Washing Machine on 04th Nov 2020 at my residence in
                                    Malad (W), as full payment was made on 02nd Nov 2020.
                                    On 04th Nov when calling executive Mr Amit for the confirmation of delivery, he had assured the appliance (Washing machine) will be delivered latest by today evening.
                                    We recieved call from the delivery boy (Vijay Kori) and he informed he will deliver washing machine by 2100hrs as stuck in traffic, when again calling him at 2200hrs he was on delivery for some other appliance somewhere and informed in a very rude and rough tone.
                                    This is not at all acceptable, false promises are given to customers at the time of booking.
                                    I would like to request you to take strict and disciplinary action against the delivery person Mr Vijay for his misbehavior, and need and acknowledgement.

                                      Greetings.
                                      I would like to bring to your kind attention that I bought a Hitachi fridge vide Invoice No. SLA[protected] dated 24 October 2020. The product was not available for delivery still the salesperson accepted the order but there was nothing to supply.
                                      The state of affairs at the moment is this that nor the South Extension outlet of CROMA is delivering the product nor they are reimbursing the money paid by me.
                                      Before I move to the court I thought of checking up with the Senior Management of the CROMA if they would like to intervene and help me out.
