On 27th December 2020 we visited Croma at Lakshmi Mills Compound, Coimbatore for purchasing 4 Air Conditioners. When we asked for a good deal the sales person said that instead of giving discount, he will offer 1 year additional warranty for all the ACs to which we agreed. As there was some good cash back going on ICICI Card we requested them to split the bill into two.
Then they made two bills (which they didn't show us) and asked us to make payment. We gave them our Debit Cards and were charged Rs. 47729.50 and 51452.50 (after discount). When we saw the bill, we were surprised to note that they had just given Extended Warranty for 2 ACs. We pointed it out the mistake to which he still said it is for all 4. But when we pointed our the description which said 1 each, they said they will make separate warranty. Again they attached it to our bills and said it is OK now. We again suspected foul play and found that the sales person just made one more warranty and stapled it at the end.
Now again we pointed out the mistake and said such behaviour is not expected from a Tata Group Company. But the guy said he never said he will give extended warranty.
We are senior citizens and do not like when somebody tries to take us for a ride. So promptly asked them to cancel the transactions

    I was trying to place an order on Dec 2018 and I noticed that my gift card expired :( I understand it has a 12 month validity and I'm to be blamed but could not redeem this within the available date. But the amount is for Rs. 5000 which I consider is huge. Could I request you to help on this regard?

      We have purchased a Sony TV from croma and as soon as it was installed there was a green line on the screen of the TV. We immediately complained about the defective TV to Croma sales person and since then its 4 months CROMA and SONY and busy giving stories but the problem is not resolved. Several time they have assured of resolution and the SONY service center also took the TV but got it reinstalled without repairing. They also assured us of replacement of the unit buy it is not happening and they are just wasting time with some reason or the other.

        Today Dec25, 2020, I purchased Sony Branded Bluetooth Headphones WH CH510 Black color from Croma, Sector 29, Gurugram. After Opening the pack, I noticed that Echo Cancel feature mentioned on the package does not give correct information and during voice call, I could hear my own voice. So wanted to return the product as I was not Satisfied but salesman refused saying product has been opened. I was still in Store and not taken the product...

        It Was Friday So There Is Offer That if You Buy With Hdfc Card Then You Will Get Rs.1500/- Cashback After 90 Days of Purchase, but There Is Now More Than 180+ Days, but I Didn't Get Any Cashback Till Yet.

        After Followed Lot of Times in Croma Customer Care, There Are No Positive Response From Them.

          I received two gift cards from croma. Due to the covid lockdown, I was not able to make any purchase. When I tried to buy from croma, I was told the cards were expired.

            I, Ameeruddin contact your call centre regarding Usha Food Processor FP3811.. I received calls from Karmanghat & Kukatpally Branch. As I stay at Santosh Nagar near to Karmanghat I spoke with Mr.Lalu Prasad on 19th Dec, 2020 in afternoon time, he confirmed me product is available. I spoke with him 3 times and told him I'll visit to store after my office time around 9pm. When I started to Croma Store at 8.45pm and call him, he told me Product is ready available come to Store. When I gone there after 30 mins he is told me Product is not available. Even that store Manager also not giving any response. As a Existing Customer of Croma i didn't expect This type of experience at Your Store. I am sorry to say there is no Time Value & respect of Customers

              Hi Croma,

              I have been gifted Croma card worth Rs. 6000/- which has expired on 25th Nov 2020. I was not able to use it as the stores were closed down due to lock down in Current Covid scenario, and later I had to move to my home town where there is neither a Croma store nor does croma do any online delivery.

              I tried to call on Croma customer care number- [protected], many times but the number doesnot work.

              Rs. 6000/- is a huge amount, So I request you to help on this regard? As the Croma stores are open now in Pune and I want to use it.

                I had few gift cards for Croma so thought to order Redmi 9I. generally, i avoid ordering from such sites but because of the gift cards, I preferred it. While placing the order due to some website backend issue my order placed without the gift card. I canceled the order immediately and called even customer care to look for a refund. As per customer care, I would have got a refund in seven working days. It's been 1 month now I didn't get my refund, I am calling them every day and get the same answer that our backend team will inform you.

                    I purchased a HP Laptop from croma store at Unity one rohini Delhi for Rs.35900/.I showed my interest for a HP Laptop which was in display at the store. After discussion with salesman I decided to purchase it & salesman asked me to pay for it at the counter.
                    When I got the Bill I asked salesman that they have charged around 1000 rupee less from the amount they mentioned on the laptop on display.
                    I was shocked when Salesman told me that its different model with almost same specification as the laptop on display and even I will get discount of Rs.1000 on it.
                    Without informing me they sold me a different model. ( may be of almost same specification ) .As I was purchasing it in an emergency so I did not argued much.
                    It was more shocking to see its performance as it is working like a dead man's speed .Its taking 10-15 minutes to open even a small word file.
                    Next day I visited croma store but the gentleman at store simply said now nothing can be done.

                      Demonstrator came to my home after atleast like 100 phone calls and follow ups with the store and service centre. they promised us it will be a free demo within 3 days of installation and we need not contact them it will happen by default. but we kept fighting for 5 days and got a demonstrator on the 5th day who knew nothing abt the convection and then after 2 days again a demonstrator came to my home with 0% knowledge and we have taken his video and audio where both the representatives agree that they don't know anything about convection. im going to strict against the store in ambience mall, gurgaon and also they are fooling their customers this way. no basic product knowledge given to me.

                            I had shifted my house and hence raised a request for re installation of water purifier on 28th November 2020. Expecting the normal time required for the services to be provided I waited till 4th Dec but since not receiving any update called again only to understand that my request not entered in the system. But at the same time my new address has been updated already. But the gentleman this time assured to speed up the process and get it resolved in 2 to 3 days. Today on 6th as promised I got a call stating the technician will visit today. But unfortunately again in the evening I get a call from technician stating today he had another area to cover so he will come tomorrow when he is in the area near to my side. Totally disappointing services from Chroma. Definitely not going to buy anymore products from Chroma. I totally regret for buying most of my things from Chroma and that too with extended warranty from Chroma.

                              I bought Samsung A51 from Croma Wakad on 14th November. Started the phone on 15th November. Used it on and off till 23rd Nov. following issues with its Audio (volume less than Samsung J Max that I had previously), Image Resolution (pixelated), Phone call voices garbled. We visited croma wakad, pune on 24th nov to get the phone checked. They sent the phone to Samsung workshop / repair centre. The phone was under observation for 5 days, and after this long they say it was a software update. We requested customer services team at Croma Wakad to exchange the Phone for a better version and higher price. We did mention that ok to bear the difference and if they want to deduct some (some as in some.. and not give us offer less by 10K) amount for the exchange that is fine as well. But no one was ready to listen / support. And we came back with the same mended phone. This was a gift and it has now ruined the experience and emotions attached for good.

                                I register complain regarding AC service at customer care. Service man was come and just remove dust from AC not use any Bloor or machinery and also just throw water in outdoor unit. He told we are not using any Bloor or vacume to clean Indoor as well as outdoor units

                                    I’m very disappointed by Apple company big name big brand that’s it. Recently I bought a MacBook Air somehow I managed the money and bought it my work is completely done online I had to buy immediately on a urgent basis. I bought a MacBook from CROMA well defined store for electronics. After I bought this I found some default in camera resolution I went back to Croma told about the issue inspite of solving my problem they told its manufacture of apple they have made the recent (20202) models like this. Got so upset I landed to maple store to compare my model with same model. To my shock the model which was kept on display was very much perfect it’s camera resolution was perfect with proper clarity high resolution. I tweet same on Twitter He told me to give MacBook to service centre they will look after the issue: I was completely down hearing this. My new MacBook which I bought few days before I have to give it to for service keeping my work on hold I submitted MacBook at Croma store for service. Later I got a mail after 10 days saying your problem got resolved and kindly collect it front store immediately I rushed to store and again I see the problem is still existing.
                                    I didn’t collect cried and returned home with disappointment. Then I got a mail saying if I will not collect they will give it for charity. Anything could be worse then this ?

                                      Dear Croma CC,

                                      Actually i had a Croma gift card with card no.[protected] & amount of Rs-5000.

                                      Today i went to Croma outlet to buy some item with this card, But unfortunately it got expired in Oct'20.

                                      As i live in remote area, Due to Covid lockdown i didnt used the card in the timelines.

                                      Please renew it so that i can use it.
