Croma — Laptop-warranty not updated

Dear Executive,

I had purchased Lenova Ideapad5 8AIN 11Gi5 16GB dtd 23.05.2022 vide your Invoice No.SLAo[protected] dtd 23.05.2022, Order No.SOA[protected].

When checked online for the warranty for my laptop yesterday, I find that the warranty is being calculated from Nov 2021 instead of 23.05.2022 and it also mentions the warranty will expire in 04 months.

I had brough this discrepancy to the representative of Croma, New BEL Road, Bangalore-560054 two months ago but no action from them so far. The status remains the same till date.

Kindly rectify this anamoly at the earliest and avoid me to approach higher statutory authorities by way of complaint on deficiency of services from your company.

A line in confirmation shall be highly appreciated.
