Hi All,

I have bought a TV- Sony 65 inch (Display Piece) from Baner-Pune Branch CROMA, dated- 9th JULY 2022, which costed me around 89, 000/-(Including extended warranty).
While purchase my Old TV (50inch LED Panasonic) was exchanged for 2000/-
While installation, I got to know that there are multiple scratches and back went was full of dust.
I texted my sales guy (Mr. Vaibhav) with pictures as proof on 19th July & he committed me to provide me with technician. But no hard feelings/complaints for Vaibhav

Then i registered my complaint via CROMA Website (Complaint Number- C[protected], for which i haven't received any call,
Finally i called service number but again got response that, Branch people aren't picking their call.

Finally Today surprisingly received call from a lady (M. 96373556**) stating that she is from Legal Team,
Instead of giving me solution, she said she has called me to file legal notice against me for not paying 2000/- rs in exchange of TV.
She blamed me for not knowing the escalation matrix.
Finally she disrespectfully said she will be sending me legal notice for 2000/-

Being such loyal to brand like croma,
Paying 2000/- would not be an issue for me when i already paid almost 89000/-
I expected solution instead of such threat.
Highly disappointed.

      I recently bought printer through online on aug 4 2022 and just after 2 day on 6 there are offers and the price variation clearly[protected]rupees I have raised compliant and no response so I called to customer care guys asked him details about this he answered me he have no idea about it first then said prices change day to day(Dynamic pricing) but past 1 week no fluctuation in prices then I said him i[censored] would drop price on it why would I buy it before I will buy two days latter. Hes has no response same old story dynamic pricing

        Second time replaced washing machine too was defective. Water inlet didn't work. Highly regret for purchasing this tata company croma washing machine. Never buy a washing machine from croma store. Expecting for refund. God knows when am going to get the refund

          Replaced washing machine is also a defective product. Water inlet is not working. Never buy a croma washing machine from anna nagar chennai. They deliver defective products. Lost peace of mind by buying this product. We dont need a third replaced machine. Kindly refund the amount

            To whomsoever is concerned,

            I purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Croma last year I'm January of 2021. Within the one year of purchasing the laptop, it stopped working three times.

            I had requested for it to be replaced at the Croma store, however, they did not put the request forward and refused it.

            Last December, the laptop stopped working again and I came to the croma store to get it fixed, they sent it to the Lenovo service centre and they replaced the entire motherboard. Not even 6-7 months have past, the laptop has stopped working again and much to everyone’s surprise it is out of warranty.

            When Croma sent the laptop to the Lenovo service centre, they are asking for 54 thousand rupees to change the motherboard of the laptop. And might I add, the price asked to repair the laptop is more than half of the price I paid during the purchase of the laptop.

            This experience has been a complete nightmare for my family and I. I have barely used the laptop and it is kept at a safe place at all times inside its laptop sleeve. There is no possibility of it overheating or being dropped, etc.

            Croma has wasted my time and money by giving me a faulty piece and not providing the customer service expected after purchasing a product.

            Please consider this as a formal complaint against Croma. If I do not hear from you within 1-3 business days, I will be forced to take this to the consumer's court and resolve it through a legal process.

              HDFC credit card Cashback not received for croma order

              I purchased a mobile- Redmi 10 (128GB ROM, 6GB RAM, MZB0B6XIN, Caribbean Green) worth rs 12999 from Croma website on 06.05.2022 using my HDFC credit card. I was told I would receive 12% cashback within 90 days directly on my HDFC credit card . However till date, no cashback received, requesting for immediate action and payment of my cashback.

                I have purchased an iphone and adapter on 4th april 2022. Today i face problem in iphone and i visited iphone authorised service center. They say that your adapter is duplicate we cant replace it. I call croma and they are also not listening. I dont know what to do..?

                  I have placed my Order ID:[protected] Preethi mixer grinder on 30th July from Croma online and expected delivery date was 2nd Aug.

                  I have not received the product still but the status of delivery in Croma website is showing as Delivered. But as of now no one have contacted me for delivery of my product.

                  When I contacted customer care I am not getting any info regarding whom they have delivered or proof of delivery or the contact person who delivered the product.

                  It's really pathetic to see a customer support in this way from a Tata group. Please help me in getting my product.

                      I have reedemed my company rewards point with Croma digital Card (5000, 2000, 500) rupees which i have received via post around May-June 2021. Today ( 3rd Aug 2022) I tried to purchase the product from Croma store where i got to know my gift cards are expired.

                            Bought a croma 6.2 kg washing machine from Anna nagar chennai branch. The machine is not functioning in fully automatic mode. I deeply regret for the defective product given to us. Service centre and Anna nagar branch responded positively but it is delaying... They said it will be replaced but not yet done. Such a big Tata company product... The trust is broken. Need a good product or refund the amount which I paid

                              On 29.6.22, I purchased a I phone 13 for 69K thr my HDFC Card with 0% EMI available at that time.
                              I was thrilled with your service of delivering the product within two hours from booking but sorry to state that I am totally disappointed and disgusted to see my HDFC Credit card statement where EMI was not shown???!!!
                              On 29.7.22, called CC of HDFC to find out the reason, they said that the seller didn't process the EMI option hence not reflected in the statement.
                              I immediately called CC of Croma and raised my complaint but very sad to see the status of it as closed????!!! without contacting me OR resolving the issue.
                              My due date of credit card statement is 3.8.22 and I loosing my patience, Pl do not compel me to escalate my grievance on all the social media available.
                              Hope good sense prevails and resolve my issue by evening, failing which I will escalate this issue as stated above.

                                I purchased a Dell S2422HG monitor on 27th July 2022 (Order ID:[protected] from croma online store. The product was delivered to my house on 29th July 2022 by the bluedart guy . When I came home I saw that the product packaging from one side was fully open and the product had 2 AWB nos (1.Pune- Panvel & 2.BLR-AHD), so I called Croma customer care and told them about this. The executive said "No Problem. You will get the replacement. Our team will contact you." I also provided my alternate contact number that time. (SR ID : SR[protected])

                                I didn't receive any call from the executive on any of my numbers and on 30th July directly they decided to refund the amount which I came to know when I received sms. I called the customer care and asked for replacement or should i open that package as I don't want a refund, the service executive said " I have raised the request you will get the replacement after the current package is picked up."

                                I did six follow-ups after that I was told the same thing.

                                On Sunday, my product was picked up by a delivery partner. On monday I contacted customer care and I was told i will be given a replacement if the product is available or they will refund the amount. I again told them I want a replacement and I don't want a refund.

                                On Tuesday i.e. today i received a call from Akash/Akshay that the product is not available. We can't provide you with a replacement as the product is not available in any of the chroma warehouses, we will have to refund the amount and the refund will be reflected within 7 days.

                                Now, i enquired in seawoods croma store about the availability of product, the lady said product is available at 2 locations: 1 piece in Bhiwandi & 1 piece in Pune Warehouses, she also asked me to pay 1000 rs for advance booking of the product.

                                I contacted croma customer care saying that stock is available in these places so i need replacement only. He also checked the availability and confirmed that the product is available in Bhiwandi and Pune and has put in a request(SR ID :SR[protected]) for replacement. (If needed I can provide you both the call recordings)

                                This is my 5th product in these 2 months from croma online, I never expected this kind of excuse.

                                Kindly provide me the replacement of the same or if you arrange it in seawoods or belapur store i will pick it up from there.

                                Hi Sir/Mam, on 2nd August i received call from Mr Akash saying the product is unavailable and we will have to refund the amount. After this i enquired with seawoods chroma store about the product and product was available at bhivandi and pune dc also i was asked to pay Rs.1000 to book the product. I called customer care and asked him to check availability of product he also confirmed that the product is available on those 2 dc's.. i asked him to cancel refund and provide me replacement, he said he has raised service request.

                                Yesterday i've also got a mail from customer care executive saying that the product was not available that time so we put refund request and now product is available and you can place new order. But the portal still shows product not available at my pincode and the product price changed twice yesterday.

                                My request is simple. I've purchased the product under your legal and official website under an offer. Now they are refusing to give me the product with "false pretenses of product unavailability". I want to have the product I paid for, as it was delivered in bad condition at no fault of mine. I should not suffer for the mismanagement from the Croma team / Delivery Partner.

                                Or they can make the product available for me in seawoods or belapur store in same price that i paid earlier for this product.

                                  Dear Samsung team,

                                  This mail is regarding Samsung Refrigerator I bought in Nov. 2021. Till now I was following up for Refund amount as commited for taxes I am paying every month as EMI this is still not resolved and I am facing lot of challenges in contacting your representatives as well.

                                  Today My refrigerator is not cooling and after complaining I got to know that some one will visit my home in 2 working days. What should I do with the eatables kept inside for 2 days? Is this how you peolole sell your product with 0 after sales service. Really not appreciated.

                                  I will raise this concern with Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. too and will never recommend Croma products to anyone.

                                    1 out of 5 ACs delivered was faulty. Panasonic service center is refusing to replace it and Croma is not taking appropriate action and hence I need a full refund of the faulty AC, kindly take it back asap.
