Defective item was delivered, and replacement request was raised on 17-July. No action was taken and ticket incorrectly closed on 23-July with wrong details, that amount to falsification and unethical practice. Created a new ticket on 23-July, and reverse pick up was scheduled, but no one showed up or contacted. No action taken even after multiple follow ups and escalation.

    Recently I bought chorma (arera colony Bhopal )mobile from this stupid retail shop where I finance my mobile by 7.30 approval has done payment has release from bank .that only I receive mobile chroma employee told us to wait . The waiting time of my family and me was 3 hrs night 10.30 they denied to dispatch his mobile. My 2yrs baby and my wife suffered nonsense .

    I also bought led tv from chorma still not led not installed by any person some illiterate employee came to my home that time I was not in home he abused with my family he putoff the old tv and not installed chorma led. I was asking 500rs for oldled installation. I am going to plan for consumer court

      I have purchased a earpod on the opening week of Croma centre at Dehradun, as being a fascinating and have trust in the name TATA.
      Now yesterday I visited the store to purchase refrigerator and selected one and opted for the option of Bajaj Finance, as I am holding its preveilag card and want the product on EMI. All documentation was done and my loan was also approved.
      But the manager informed that I am not eligible to purchase the product from Croma as there is mismatch in the name entered in your portal is different from from what my legal name appears in the loan document.
      Legal name: Manjeet Singh Kohli
      Name in Croma: Manjeet (first) Singh (last)
      I came to know on that while billing on my first day purchase, your employee entered the name in that format which cannot be changed and not even the mobile no be altered.
      If Croma is so serious and find important for whatever reasons, the changes are not possible then should be extra vigilant and well inform the customer at time of billing and entering the details in the POS.
      Yesterday I faced lot of inconvenience and felt hurt and humiliated for not able to buy a product for mistake which I have not done.
      Due to this fault done at the store end, being a customer, it is I who have to complain and request the call center, email and doing this correspondence.
      This is really turning bad and sakes me for all the trust I have in TATA.
      Please suggest on how to rectify the same as by canceling my loan effect my Credibility.

        I recently brought CROSSBEATS Smart Watch (Bluetooth, 42.9mm) (IP68, CB-Ignite-LYT-Blk, Carbon Black, Buckle Strap) from chroma's
        online website and the product is delivered on July 27th. When I unbox the product, the smartwatch has scratches behind and observed strap is already connected to it, above the screen also scratches, I don't want to switch on the watch because it seems the used/returned product. I am trying to return this product on their website but I couldn't.

        I just want to return this product now and get my money back.

            I used a 5 thousand rupees voucher to buy and printer with an additional warranty from my net banking and after reading the product review I immediately cancelled the order. But the refund was only made for 4, 506.0 by a new voucher and the remaining 494 was not refunded and iI have sent about 20 emails for an update and still no response every time I receive an apology email but not a solution. My request no is SR[protected] for which no action was taking since May month. The time I spent emailing croma support is no use to me.

            The refund was done finally on AUG6 and a new Voucher was issued. Took 3 months for an simple refund.

              We have purchased laptop, they were suppose to provide us watch, which was not delivered to us till date. They made us to wait for more than 2 hrs, and told will give tomorrow, next day when i went, they said to come after 1 more day. I cannot go every day for watch. Pls advise

                Purchased a Croma Brand 2 Ton inverter slit AC from Croma online site vide Order No.[protected] dated 15th July. First of all Croma is not bothered about installation of my AC even after 5 days of delivery & after calling customer care 4 times. 2ndly after 3 days one person called explaining charges including installation charges but when I mentioned that while purchasing it was clearly mentioned about free installation then why charges except for additional item if required, but they did not agree & since then I'm calling customer care, explaining everything, but no action till date. Croma do not provide consumer complain escalation system & thus reporting here.

                    My name is Navjot Singh Bedi and I am from New Delhi. I bought Sony led 3 months ago from Croma store Select City Walk new delhi and from that day… they are harassing me. They gave me defective TV. And some how after lot or arguments they replace the tv. But this time too, there was a problem with the TV. I told the people about the problem in the tv, who came to install but they said its normal and it comes like this, but I was not satisfied. So I called the store, but they refused to help me. I told them that I will give the feedback, but they did not care about this.
                    I also got an e-mail from Croma for rating, in which I gave 0 rating, and after that I got a call from croma, so I told them this thing I would e-mail and mention everything in it, how I was misbehaved in the Croma store, I was lied too how they gave me defective TV twice I have also made a video in which this time the TV has a defect clearly visible. It has a gap in its panel and it is loose. I also complained about this by calling customer care, and that too did not help, so I informed the grievance officer and nodal officer about the same. I have been continuously mailing the Gravance Officer since July 4th, 2022. I have even sent him a video in which the defects are clearly visible. but ism not getting a proper reply and the grievance officer is trying to cover up the mistake of the store. And I'm either asked to wait or get the TV repaired. But I will not get my 100, 000 TV repaired. I want a replacement because it is a manufacturing defect. Even today I e-mailed the grievance officer and I got his reply that you will not get the replacement of this TV. You will have to get it repaired. It is clear from this that the grievance offer is also covering up the mistakes of the store even After watching the video i sent to him, They are all unprofessional, from seniors to staff. I am very disappointed to see such an approach from a big brand like Croma. I will never suggest my friends and relatives to buy anything from here. It's been so many days i have been mailing then and call them, but I was only harassed by these people who just want to make money by selling defective products to the customers and ripping them off. This is my hard earned money. I will not let this thing go like this. And today i again got a call from samir pandey he said that sony is completely denying to replace your tv we can only repair that.. please i request sony to take this matter to seniors of sony electronics that how croma is selling defective sony products

                      As can be seen from the attachment, Almost three weeks have passed since this purchase has been made. Thanks to Croma and LG. whose combined efforts have let the customers who've entrusted them to pay the price for thieir mistake. The details of the mishaps I had to go through have been summarised below.

                      1. Croma sales executives at the store guarantee delivery at the requested time(Beyond office hours), Yet fail to keep up with their promise.
                      2. Croma closes the order and washes their hands on completing the delivery and initiates a service request which I believe is with a 3rd-party agency.
                      3. The 3rd-party agency denies installation citing unavailability of hardware(Ladder) at site. Despite agreeing to incur additional costs no support is provided.
                      4. Neither Croma nor LG or the 3rd-party agency is concerned in completing the request and has turned their backs very well, leaving me no other choice than to approach a third party for installation.

                      I have send 5 reminders to the customer support team(See attached). Yet the only resolution I get is an automated confirmation. Till date no customer service representative has bothered to call me or address the situation in hand. Croma should either provide post sales support or entail the customer to approach 3rd party vendors without causing the warranty to go void.

                      It would be highly appreciated if you could return and refund the product as the installation team is incapacitated and does not even posess the right tools for installation. The product was bought to handle the peak summer heat which is almost a month behind now and hence will no longer be required due to impending monsoons.                         Physical gift card deactivated

                        I bought physical gift card on April 5th at Hyderabad and when i tried to use it yesterday it showed deactivated. tried multiples methods to get it activated but nothing worked. And the worst part is there is no direct customer care service with whom i can share this and get a quick resolution. Mail support is hideous. Hopefully atleast Croma will respond here...

                          Dear Sir,
                          We purchased brand new LED from ONLINE CROMA STORE on 29.03.2022, And it was delivered to us on 02.04.2022. As per company instructions through phone, we installed TV setup on 03.04.2022 evening. After turning and working for about 10 minutes of time and the screen went totally black out. Immediately we called local technician regarding this issue. He advised to contact online customer portal to sort out this issue.
                          Hence we registered online complaint via CROMA mobile application.

                          Sir, regarding this issue, we have send nearly eight mails to Croma. But they are not responding to us.
                          Sir, I bought this TV for my 83 years aged old father. But, they did not respond us. I am also hearing-impaired person . I could not respond to them.

                          Its been nearly 4 Months and yet I didn't get a solution.

                              I ordered Dell Vostro 14 3000 series online from the Croma store on 13th July. I picked it up from the store on 14th July.

                              I received a defective product and raised a request for a refund and return of product.
                              The laptop was constantly heating up after opening two apps. The battery was draining out every 2-3 hours. The speakers weren't audible. The adapter heated up intensely when plugged in.

                              The Croma customer care (toll free) asked me to submit the product at the store. When I went to the store, the staff members were rude and unwilling to help. They refused to accept the defective product and wasted a couple of hours. They were absolutely horrible to me.

                              I submitted the product at the store on 16th July, well within the 7 day return period.
                              It's been a week since then and i still haven't received any refund.

                              Croma's online store policy clearly states that a laptop can be returned if it is defective and full refund will be issued.
                              But till now, I've only received terrible disappointing service. I've called the Croma Customer Care (toll-free) several times but all they keep telling me is that the "concerned" team will call me. I haven't received calls in the past week.

                              I need quick resolution and refund.
                              I can't believe that I ever ordered from here, thinking that I'll get an authentic product worth the price. I paid nearly 53000 INR for a defective product, mental stress and anxiety, along with terrible service.

                                Returned product, No refund issued

                                I ordered Dell Vostro 14 3000 series online from the Croma store on 13th July. I picked it up from the store on 14th July.

                                I received a defective product and raised a request for a refund and return of product.
                                The laptop was constantly heating up after opening two apps. The battery was draining out every 2-3 hours. The speakers weren't audible. The adapter heated up intensely when plugged in.

                                I just want refund of my washing machine beacuse after the service the same problem persists every time the part is changed more than 4 times
                                And the part name is (sensor)
                                We are just providing a information on this to store otherwise I have to go legally beacuse yesterday part was changed and the issue Re occured after 30 mins
                                They have changed springs also beacuse of the tub noise I am just requesting to refund my washing machine today also I visited store but there was no valid response by ADM
                                I just want to inform that I will not let technician change it parts beacuse day by day technician changes the parts
                                If you want then I can tell these words by consumer forum also
                                Pls don't make any ticket for technician visit beacuse they are just changing the part
                                I hope you understand and resolve my issue on a priority basis
