I Purchased LG RO Water Purifier from Croma on 10th September. Installation happened after multiple follow ups on 16th September 2022. Also, Water taste is worst like tap water, instead that I can drink tap water. Again, I raised a complaint that water taste is worst. Service guy visited and did some testing's and mentioned that water taste will not be good as per LG RO. I am asking for a product return or replacement with Croma, I am not getting prompt response from Croma team. Either refund my money or replace with another better brand.
Last week 19th Jan 2023, again LG service guy visited my home and changed the filter again.
Now again water tastes like ditch water. I don't think so they have sold original product. Don't sell fake products and bother customers like this. It is really getting frustrated. My kid has fallen sick after drinking this water.
Each time if I change filter if the water is tasting like ditch water. Then why I have to spend 17000 for this RO.
Instead that I can drink direct tap water. Again, I am following up with LG service. They are not least bothered to accept my complaint.
As I purchased my product from Croma. Croma must resolve this ASAP.
