I have ordered Croma washing machine 7.5 kg on dated 09.01.23 and got delivery of defective machine on dated 10.01.23, which I returned. After some time when I didn't get back the machine than contacted to Croma customer service and told me that machine is out of stock, and I would get refund. Which even after passing 16 days I didn't receive, there are several follow-up with their customer service executives and they have only one repetitive answer that I will get back call from their team within 24 hrs. which I never received. In such a cold day they are sitting on my money and now I am without washing machine and force to wash the cloths from hand.

How ridiculous their behaviors are? Sitting on money for such long time when I need that product most which was supposed to purchase when I get refund from them.

Never ever buy anything from croma

    It’s very frustrating and mentally exhausting that Croma is not working to get my complaint resolve. It’s been 15 days+ I have returned the product and didn’t received the refund.lbut their policy says refund would he initiated in 2 days and credited in 7 working days. Everytime I call they say the team is working on it and grt back to you in 24-48 hrs. Now I just receive miscalls from Croma. My Order ID:[protected]

      LG RO Water Purifier Second Complaint

      I Purchased LG RO Water Purifier from Croma on 10th September. Installation happened after multiple follow ups on 16th September 2022. Also, Water taste is worst like tap water, instead that I can drink tap water. Again, I raised a complaint that water taste is worst.         Product repair with reference number (DEL150123EW00140), I have raised same query to your toll free number as i am getting error E2 and my washing machine not working properly,
        Your assigned engineer visited 2 time and suspect parts issue connector which short sensor during close door Currently he made short by pasted tape which is dangerous as per safety point of view because spin motor continue moving if door open, And suggest to use which is very condemnable because he doesn't care about human safety .

          His is to bring you in Notice that I have purchased an Hp laptop from nearby Croma store on 10/12/2022 and the required model of laptop was not available so we were being told that product will be delivered at your address tomorrow and you may pay today then only it will be delivered.

          On 11/12/2022 around 6pm the product was delivered by croma staff and when i used it for my office work on 12/12/2022 fan was creating lots if noise and started heating as if the battery will burst after 5mins the noise went down at that moment only i was working on teams app.
          I noticed it on 13/12/2022 same sound came and then I contacted the store. On 14/12/2022 i visited the store had a word with staff showed them all the videos which i made when fan noise occured.Then Mr. Anil (croma store executive) told me there is some updation in the laptop which is required and after that everything would be ok.he had putted on some command for updation which went for approx one and a half hour and same sound from fan occured for a minute.

          I asked him to replace the product as he has already checked and seen that there is defect in the laptop and it was in replacement refund window.

          He requested us to use the laptop again as he has fixed the bug and issue will not come.
          and same fan noise issue occured on 15/12/3022 i made a video on that, visited the store. again no resolution was provided sat there was more than 2 hours.I asked him for replacement i dont know what complaint he has registered from his end without my approval.He said product will be given to service centre just for quality as he knows the product is defected so he will put the request of return or refund.

          On 16/12/2022 I visited the store around 11am and had a word with Mr. Aditya and requested him to provide me with conclusion asap because my office and other works are pending then he said we are sending your product to service centre they will check it and we will revert you till 4pm.

          after that at 5pm i visited the store and waited for around one hour he said our manager Ms Ruchi will guide you wherein no resolution was made and she told to wait till monday.

          They are just ignoring the matter i have paid instant amount for that product
          trusting croma as a brand was biggest mistake that I did.
          pathethic staff, worst service

            Croma India sold me an Iphone in March 2022. I happen to visit the apple store to get some service and upon checking the device detail it was indentified that the phone was refurbished and not a new piece.

            When i ask Croma to investigate they just dont want to review, their contact centre refuses to register a complaint or get me to speak to a manager or supervisor.

            The store claims they cannot do anything and the contact centre claims helplessness.

                Hello, my name is Prashant Arya and I would like to report an incident which happened with me during last week. I had bought a Sony headphone XB910N for INR 12990 on 7th Jan, 2023 from a Croma store in Noida. However, when I checked the price of the same product a week later, I saw that the prices have been reduced further by INR 2000 and the current value of the same product is INR 10990 on 14th Jan, 2023. Can I get a justification for it and why wasn't I informed of the extra discount which were added in just a week from when I bought them. Thanks.

                Such offers are notified much prior to the offer day. This is the case in Amazon, flipkart, Reliance store or in fact any other store. But this has not been communicated on your side, How do you justify this..??

                      Dear Sir, I purchased a Voltas Beko Dishwasher 8 plate vide order No. SOA[protected]vide from your outlet at Greater Noida.
                      Your representative Mr. Aamer had come on 04 Jan 23 for opening the package and demonstration. When the package was opened a dent was observed on the front of the m/c. Same was written by him on his service report. The report can be called by you and seen for confirmation. Due to emergency, as guest were arriving at my place. I accepted the dented m/c as its function was not affected. Further, I thought sending it back would not be justified.

                      Considering the above I expect some discount may be granted to me. It may be in terms of coupon to buy some other item from your Croma outlet.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Please note that I have purchased one Croma Basic LED TV from Amazon on 24-Dec-2022 @ Rs.7, 390/-. This was delivered on 26-Dec-2022 and installed on 28-Dec-2022. One 30-Dec-2022 I realized a black spot on the screen and immediately raised a complaint on your toll free number [protected].

                        The TV was inspected by your team on 31-Dec-2022 and replacement request was raised. On 07-Jan-2023 your engineer visited my house to dismantle the TV and completed the activity.

                        The time frame for your replacement is 7-10 days as per company policy, if you look at the time elapsed till now is already 12 days. Therefore, I requested your office to arrange for this product replacement with installation and pick up done in one visit, which was not agreed upon.

                        If you still agree to my proposal, I am ready to take the replacement, else, please arrange for my refund in the below account details, then you may have someone come down and take back the TV from my residence address given below.

                                  Ordered PS5 in the website Cromawholeseller.in which represents itself as a Croma infiniti retail from Mumbai, Andheri East uses a what looks like a legit WhatsApp business account with autogenerated messages to confirm your order to give you updates about the order with online chat where a lady speaks, they give you 2 types of delivery - full payment and parcel payment where you pay half now and half when you receive, where delivery is done through DTDC… but after once half amount is received they tell..dtdc is not accepting cash on delivery so you have to pay the remaining now to process the delivery…using (fake-bills and tracking ID using an app called after ship) once the second payment is done they tell you about the gst and ask for more…and once all is received…….they won’t reply anymore
                                  They use fake Croma UPI IDs too… please take necessary actions to not let more consumers fall for it…who believes in TATA companies and quality…
