[Resolved] Croma — my card has expired and i can't extend its validity and use its value

Hi,
I have chroma privilege card worth 10k and i can't redeem it as it is expired. I tried recharging it but it says expired. I had confirmed in the store that i will be able to recharge it later and they only suggested me you can recharge an expired card online. The customer care now wants me to go back to the store and try recharging.

Can you please help me with this confused answers and website responses.

I don't understand why the card has to expire at the first place. I should be able to use it whenever.
