We purchased refrigerator on january-01-2023 from navallur shore room within 2 months itself the product is not working properly.
The firt issue is that in freezer door the water is always falling continously even when the referigrator in on.
Second is that when we defrost the water comes out without getting evapourated.
We contacted the sales man named muthuraj, he arranged a technician. First the technican mentionted that single door have this problem and he changed the settings and told to inform if issue continues.
Again we raised the complaint, another technician came he checked completely and said that when we defrost the water should be evaporated but the water comes out in this. He said we need to change the beeder.
Refrigerator cannot be replaced for this issue. We want replacement for this product, kindly resolve this issue at higher level.
