[Resolved]  Croma — No delivery and no update

I've placed an order for a high-value product and the portal says it should have been delivered 5 days ago.

I've reached out to Customer Support on multiple occasions with a simple request: "Just tell me when I'll get my order" I had no intention of creating any urgency. I just wanted clear communication on a tentative date.

Instead all their communication channels keep saying that they have escalated my case (and opening a new service request). They tell me someone will reach out to me.

Been waiting on that call for 4 days!
