I have bought refrigerator on 23rd march from Croma on 24th Whirlpool engineer came for installation after installation refrigerator started making loud noises when complaint immediately Croma confirm that engineer will visit in 2 days to resolve the query but it's been 5 days I been asking for return or replacement but I have not received any support or resolution from Croma.
Instead request log by me for return and replacement was closed by Croma without my consent.
As per policy customer care return product within 15 days they are denying for that as well.
In short I bought this product its defective and no one is responding to my query and I am stuck

I had purchased samsung washing machine in 18th march from Croma store on ghodbunder road and was promised delivery on 19th march.
Till date product is yet to be delivered to me and if we check status on croma website it shows delivered.
I have been following up from 19th march however there has been no response from croma customer care

I have order OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (128GB ROM, 8GB RAM, [protected], Gray Mirror) from croma online but I didnt get any confirmation neither from email nor from message and the money got deducted.Its not even showing in my orders. Solve my issue asap.

I had bought Croma AC 1.5 ton from croma website while it was showing next day delivery ( 27th March). Even during payment it was showing the same next daydelivery. On the next day morning(26th March) it started showing delivery for 27th March. I talked to various customer services executives but they just provided me a complaint number and no further solution. If they would have not mentioned next day delivery i would have bought it from the store itself the same day but now I'm stuck with payment done n awaiting for the the product. Today is 27th and still I haven't received any info regarding my product. I would like to take this to consumer court for not following their own commitments and running a scam of next day delivery. This is to let you know how croma service scams the people who belive in thier service.

My washing machine was not working it was starting and stopping within a few minutes.

techinician came next day did a reset and machine started.He gave us afilter andde-scaling powder worth 3000+ from and assured us from now on everything works. And you need start post 3+ hours after the cleaning.

Later when restarted same issue persisted.

L1 manager by the name sunil mob no:[protected] wheni called him even before i could explain the problem to him he said PCB is gone!

When i asked him why did he sell me the powder then, he kept repeating it is good to have.

Why should i pay for the things which is not working for me.

Then his lies went on and on.I have cancelled the SR.
Beware of this guy

I purchased Samsung wind free Ac 1.5 ton from Croma store Oberoi mall Goregaon Mumbai . Product delivery was scheduled on 22nd March, but still waiting for delivery of product. I am following up every day with sales person and calling to customer support but no clear updates only they are changing the delivery date every day . Reason they are indicating system is down hence they can not track the delievery .
I do not accept this reason and understand this as excuse .
I had great trust with croma for electronic purchases and I did in the past but this experience is so horrible that is making me to rethink visiting Croma in the future and suggesting the same to my friends and colleagues .

A lot of my croma vouchers has expired as I was unable to use them within expiry dates since croma store near me shut down . So request you to extend my vouchers, since I paid the whole amount for the vouchers

The Installation of our AC is still not done.
We got the delivery on 19/03/22 but no one has shown up for installation.On top of that the installation team has sent a installation confirmation mail to the customer support when in reality they haven't even shown up and no installation is done yet.
None of the number they have given us are in working condition as we can't call any of them because they are either invalid or wrong.

I am highly confused as to how customers
Support received an installation confirmation mail from installation team because the
AC IS CLEARLY NOT INSTALLED YET

I hope you look into the matter as soon as possible.

Please do the needful at the earliest and send someone for installation.

I booked 4 wet service for a/cs more than a week ago against mobile no [protected]. I was told a service engineer would contact me within 24-48 hours. I waited 72 hours and then called to remind. They informed that they had no update but i would be contacted in 24 hours. When no one called I once again called them and was told the same thing. Summer has started and I'm unable to use my a/cs. I'm sure they're behaving like this because these are free services against a promotion they were running when I bought an expensive laptop from them.

But i have checked the laptop warranty. already started from 14/12/2021. thus he is provided the used laptop. as per company policy and croma laptop warranty is 12 months but as per device only 9 months is remaining.

I purchased an phillips trimmer which costs Rs. 1799 on 08/03/2022 at Croma Unit No G 15VILLAGESARV COIMBATORE TN, PROZONE MALL. But by the mistake of their salesman, Rs. 17990 was debited from my debit card. After the transaction they're also knew and they had done the VOID SALE. They were telling that the base amount will be returning within 24hrs maximum time. So we waited but the refund is still not getting and its already been 4 days completed after the VOID SALE was done. The amount was also many and we are in need to use that money right now. So kindly update the refund very soon in time so that we can have our money back. Mistake was only done by their salesman and we were suffering for no reason.
