[Resolved] Croma — Non Delivery but in message it showing delivered

I have ordered the Havells Air Cooler from Croma, Vidyanagar, Anand store on 23/04/2023 and on the bill the delivery date is 24/04/2023.
The delivery guy ([protected]) called on 24/04/2023 saying the address is not proper. I was in a hospital addressing the patient so I told the delivery guy I'll call you in 2 Minutes but when I called him He didn't pick up my call.

Thereafter I tried to call on [protected] the Store contact number to complaint about my non delivery and their executive not picking up call, unfortunately the store staff started pointing out my mistake that why didn't I pick up the call on time and now your order will be delivered on[protected]. Today is 25/04/2023 time is 17:00 still I haven't received any call from Croma delivery guy about my delivery status.

And the most annoying part is I got a message from Croma that your product is delivered which in reality is not.
SUch a unprofessional service of Croma and their Staff is not acceptable.
