Croma — Onsite service denied despite being promised in zipcare warranty plan

I purchased a Croma ZipCare Protect Advanced 2-Year plan for my gaming laptop (Rs. 1, 00, 000 – Rs. 1, 50, 000) from Croma. As clearly mentioned in the product listing and terms on Croma’s official website (https://www.croma.com/zipcare-protect-advanced-2-years-for-gaming-laptops-rs-10... onsite service is included.

However, when I raised a service request, I was informed over call that onsite service is not available and I must give my laptop for pickup or they will close my request. This is completely misleading, and I feel cheated by false promises made at the time of sale.

I have attached screenshots of the product terms clearly stating onsite service, which were the primary reason I purchased the plan.

I am requesting:

Immediate onsite service as promised
OR

Full refund or replacement of the laptop protection plan

This is a serious breach of trust and misleading advertising. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate to Tata Group, consumer forums, and media.
