[Resolved] Croma — Order failed and money deducted but no refund

Hi, this is rahul and i have placed order online and it got failed but my money from gift card got deducted. I have reached many times to croma customer care but they are just escalating the issue but not listening. It's been high time since i am trying to get my money back in gift card but they are just taking it in their wallet not refunding.
