I have noticed that my refrigerator LIEBHERR REF FF 346L not cooling anymore on 1st Sep 2022. I have raised a complaint to Croma and they said it will take 48 hours to resolve.
Still on 5th Sep, I didn't received any call from technician and when I reached Croma customer care, they have registered a complaint afresh again as my product is under extended warranty. When I reached the onsitego, extended warranty handling company, they said they couldn't find any complaint details with my product and they can't even trace the product details with the invoice id.
Ideally they should have my product details as on 23rd Aug 2022, the product's official warranty got expired and croma should have shared the product details to them well ahead of that date, but it didn't happened.
It reflects croma's inability to handle the situation and lack of promptness and attentiveness at every stage.
