I was purchising a dry iron (Bajaj Majesty 1000 Watt Dry Iron) on 8th Sep'22 from Croma website (www.croma.com). I got a messge that my order could not be completed (ordre ID:[protected] however the payment go deducted from my credit card as well as Croma gift card. When I reached out to them, they mentioned that they will share an update by 12th Sep'22. Since yesterday, I have been trying to reach them but there is no response. While they are not processing the order or giving update, they have consumed the Croma Card balance so I am not able to use it. I have asked them for either options - To cancel the order and release my card balance, or process my order. It is very frustrating to see companies taking consumers for a ride, when we have such strong forums. My Service Request ID for Croma is C[protected].

This is to just add a log that the complaint still have not been resolved. Every time I send a mail, it open a new SR request and then they close it on their own without addressing the concern or sharing any communication to me.

    Bought an Ipad on 20 June with two offer available on website. Cashback of 3000 and no cost EMI on HDFC credit card. its been 4 months (over 120 days) i havent receive cashback and the EMI is charged at 15% interest .

    so the Ipad which as per offer i should get at 24500 INR is costing me 29000 INR.

    Opened service request with Croma "SR[protected]" . where they clearly mentioned i have selected no cost emi but transaction happen on standard emi which should be issue between croma and HDFC as customer selected no cost option along with cashback while purchasing.

    The email is in regards to your complaint "SR[protected]"raised for EMI Conversion issue. We wanted to inform you that you have selected NO COST EMI but transaction is completed under standard EMI, Hence your not eligible for NO COST EMI benefit.

    With regards to this confirmation, we are closing the request from our end.

    Hi Karan, as per the update from our team we believe that the transaction was completed via the standard EMI payment option hence, you are not eligible for the no-cost EMI offer since two offers cannot be clubbed together. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further assistance.

    dear team, thats what i am saying from starting i have selected 6 months no cost EMI option and used HDFC credit card while doing the purchase, if they system has not taken it correctly it is not customer problem.

    bank is saying Croma has to advice them for no cost option which your team didnt do it hence i am asking atleast provide me cashback

    what about the cashback ? so you are not giving me interest free EMI and also no cashback ?

    i am attaching your offer copy just for your reference where it say NO cost emi and cashback can be claimed.

    my question is simple :

    1 - where is my cashback of 3000 as per the offer
    2 - i have selected no cost emi option while making the payment on portal, if the system has not taken it correctly it is your duty to help the customer and convert this into no cost emi.

    read the line again upto 4000 cashback is applicable on hdfc credit card emi transaction . i did that only no cost 6 month option selected while making the purchase it clearly showed me on payment page following details:

    [protected]cashback) = 24500 / 6 (emi of 4083 * 6)

    but instead i being charged 29025 and also no cashback released. so both benefit has been taken away from me

          I ordered Samsung QLED 55 inches TV at Croma Anna Nagar Chennai Outlet on[protected]. Croma offered the ICICI Bank offer 3000/- discount on this product. So totally the amount came Rs.76968.26/-.

          The Executive Yugendar (who working in Anna nagar outlet) said, NO COST EMI option is available in ICICI bank credit card. So i planned to take 3 Months No cost EMI in my ICICI credit card. While doing the payment, he clearly explained to me, those 3 months interest will be charge in your EMI. After completing the 3 months EMI, next bill cycle your charged Interest amount will be refunded in your account. So you no need to worry about this.

          After completing my EMI tenure yet to receive my refund amount. I raised the complaint in Croma (C[protected]. They said this interest amount charge is included in the cashback you receive. But both are two different things.
          When enquired on raising complaint. they is no proper response. They are asking(Kamesh from Croma) for delivery slip which is not available. It is available with Croma, but they are asking for customer copy.
          Everything they are saying is totally different when we were about to purchase and what they are saying now. This seems to be an act of False promise and cheating.

            3 days I purchased a brand new mobile phone from your shop. I was excited to have purchased it but very disappointed to find that the phone was poorly produced and doesn't working properly with poor camera sensor . I have talked to one of your representatives over the phone twice but nothing has been done so far. I am very disappointed on ur service and I have to return ur mobile back to u please do that as soon as possible!!

              I brought the item online(Order ID:[protected] and it says pickup from store "Select Citywalk Driveway, Saket District Centre, District Centre, Sector 6, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi". Customer care agent confirmed to go and pickup the product but when I reached there store manager refused to give stating that "As per sony guidelines we cannot handover the product." Now when I call customer care they say it is ready to pickup but store refuses to give. Causing a lot of inconvenience

                I have recently purchased Lenovo laptop model 81WE01QLIN (IdeaPad 3 15IIL05 U) from Croma retail shop surat on[protected].

                As per the technical details published on Croma's web site -

                Buy Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IIL05 (81WE01QLIN) 10th Gen Core i3 Windows 11 Home Thin and Light (8GB RAM, 512GB ..., it shows that this model has 15.6 Inch screen size, IPS screen, 60Hz, resolution 1920x1080.

                But I have found that the laptop given to me is showing screen resolution as 1366x768 pixels and it does not have option to change resolution.

                Is there any method to set correct screen resolution as claimed in the tech details?

                I feel that there is some mistake in delivering the laptop to me. If so please replace the piece.

                Please look into the matter and resolve.

                  I purchased a gift voucher from Croma using Amazon on September 9th 2022 and when I tried to use it the amount got debited and the Order was placed. However the Order is not processed and the amount is also not refunded. Kindly help me solve this issue.

                  I've wrote to Croma customer care already and the request have been raised but none of them led to a successful resolution:

                  The issue is not resolved yet and I am still awaiting resolution from the croma Brand. I've spent close to 25000 for gift vouchers and I am not able to use any of them since one of them the amount 4990 has been debited. Now I've lost close to 7 days following up with customer care over 20 times and also sending more than 15 emails.

                  Please help me with this resolution please.

                    I purchased Samsung tv from croma it get delivered on time. From past 4 days calling croma for installation but no one handling request. I request to either solve issue or return the tv as I loose intrest in the tv as well as croma. I thought croma will be best place to buy electronic but now I changed my mind and will never by any product from croma even if they give it at 70% discount.

                          Hi Croma,

                          I have purchased iPhone 13, 256 gb from Croma store on March 8th, 2022. During the purchased I was promised to provide a cash back of 6000/- with in 90 to 120 days but still I haven't received the cash back. I was done with my complete EMI on the purchase. I tried reaching out customer care multiple times but I haven't received any update. I have raised multiple SR but they are been closed with no proper justification. During purchase the promise the agent promised to give cash back within 90 to 120 days but later they changed to 120 working days from first emi debit date. I waiting till 120 working days and raised complaint again. The agent was mentioned to share my account statement so that EMI is not credited. I have provided my account statement from the date of my purchase. I was clearly noticable that cash back is not created but still agents are asking from another statement so that they can delay the process. I hope i have reached the right forum to describe about my issue and I feel It will be resolved as soon as possible. Attaching order Id and open SR id.

                            I bought a OTG from Croma (Neeladri road- Bangalore) on 27th Aug. Till date the installation/demo hasnt happened, which the store people said would happen within 48 hours of purchase. Worst part is I had to call the Customer care almost everyday, just to get no proper response till date.

                            Such a PATHETIC experience of buying product from Croma. Not sure how can people rely on them and buy things

                                I ordered for mini Saregama on 17 th May 2022 which was subsequently cancelled . Payment of Rs. 999/- 0n 17 th May 2022 and again another payment of Rs.999/ was debited from my account . No mini saregama product has been delivered to me.
                                It is noted that these payments have been credited to Reena Vishal Dobariya as per details given below:

                                I am very sorry to say that Croma shows that refund made 32 days ago.It is false as I have checked my account and no refund has been made.I reiterate that Rs.999/-first detected on 17/05/2022 and again Rs.999/- on 19/05/2022 and amount credited in the account of Reena Vishal Dobariya.Pl.tell me whether he is your dealer.An give me details of refund which croma claims have been made 32 days ago.
                                How to escalate the complaint ? What should write in place of protected in the email address. Why don't you give correct e mail address.?
                                I have never come accross such company.I feel cheated by croma dealer displayed in your web for the product Mini saregama.

                                  Hi, I have bought LG TV from Croma store, Rohini Sector 10, Delhi.
                                  Purchase date :03rd Sept'22
                                  Delivered Date: 04th Sept'22
                                  However, installation services has not been completed yet.
                                  Customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hour's.

                                  I had purchased a microwave and a sandwich grill on 2nd September in Croma Kota and was promised delivery in 2 days . Today is the 6th day and I haven’t yet received the products . I expected Croma to be customer friendly but this is no justice done to the customer . Requesting you to do the needful

                                    One of the worst shopping experiences with croma online.
                                    I purchased a product online & returned it, but until now they did not refund.

                                      We bought a Croma 1 Ton Inverter 3 Star Copper CRAC7701 (R-32) Split AC (White) 1.IMEI/Serial Num [protected] from Tata cliq online shopping. It was delivered in Mar-2022. From the first day of installation the AC was not cooling properly so we called customer service and the service technician had just cleaned the filter and told the AC is fine. But after some days the AC was just giving normal air, no cooling and nothing, even at night also it was just giving normal air. We were even using Turbo but same normal air. After we raise a complaint through customer care we have to follow up multiple times and technicians had come after 9-10 days. Second time the technicians had to fill the gas as he told there is gas licking problem in the AC, which is just 1-2 months old. They filled the gas and AC was working fine and after few weeks same problem occurred and we complaint again. Last time we raised complaint on 02-AUG-2022 and after so many mails and calls the technician came on around 27-AUG-2022. As per the technician there is an internal problem, because of that gas is leaking and for that AC has to be opened parts need to be changed. After that also I sent couple of mails and asked them to replace the faulty AC but they are not responding to my mails. I have attached all mail conversations.
                                      Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me to get my money back and we need compensation due the worst service and products as we went through both mental and physical stress.

                                      I have made several calls and several mails and still you want me wait for your calls after spending so much time and my money. Still I have not received any calls. I am requesting you to please REFUND my money. I do not want the kind of service Croma provides.

                                      Still no calls no mails from Croma. No refund .The service of Croma is the worst. They do not have professional courtesy to reply or call.
