[Resolved] Croma — Order not available at store after online pickup purchase. | |||||
Hi, I had purchased two items from croma online site and paid through net banking for both the order and selected option for Store pick from your Oberoi Mall (Goregoan East) branch. At the time of pick up they stated both the product was out of stock, and was not available at other branches and so cannot be arranged and the refund would automatically done in 5-6 working day. And this was the second time this has happened to me, and the last time refund procedure took around a month to be completed. What takes a month to get money transferred back to bank... Heck what takes 5-6 days for money transfer on that matter. Amazon does the refunds in 2 days, learn from them. Really frustrating, Why do even keep the product for online sale when don't have in stock, it is really disappointing to travel all the way to your pick up store and just to find out the product is not available. Moreover I had to wait to for around 1 month to get my money back and it was all Croma's mistake not mine. This was the last time I have purchased from Croma, and would better stick to other online shopping site with better customer care.
