Ihave purchased a refrigerator from Sion Mumbai on 16 Jun 2014 for an amount Rs. vide croma invoice no. against 04 years warranty. After 2 month (Approx) the heavy short circuit has been expeirence in the product due to that the main supply breaker of the house along with subbreaker tripped off. After compalint the croma technician visited and told that the the lamp filld with water being lighting ckt in the pessimisms of ice chamber. I insisted that did it may resolved on pmt basis. He replied that no, it will happen again and again. It is a manufacturing defect. I insisted to give in writing and recommend for product replacement but he didnt, telling that instruction from Croma not to give in writing such type of recommendation. I am experiencing such incident after 02 - 03 month frequently

      Hi! My name is Mayur Kataria, I have purchased Croma Washing Machine Invoice No.SLF02A[protected]. Product Name- Croma W/M Semi 7Kg, Mod.No.CRAW2100 on 21.6.2015. Since the time i have purchased this machine in last two months i have to repair the machine 3 times. also every time ur technician repairs and the same problem occurs. Your technician Mr Rehan visited my house on 17.8.15 and repaired the machine 3rd time, But broke the drain button. He was repairing the W/M as if he is fighting with it.I m really unhappy with ur service and have to repair it everytime. Therefore i request you to kindly personally look into the matter and replace this machine and pls issue me a new one at the earliest.

        I have purchased Washing Machine of Croma brand and it's under warranty period. I have called many times at your call centre and they are saying only one thing part not available, and no one knows when the part will be available. This us what service is we expect from this brand. If you are not getting part. So replace the machine.. It's not customers fault if part is not available. Please resolve.. This at earliest otherwise I have to lodge a formal complaint and take action against it. Hoping for a urgent solution on this.           This is to bring in your notice about my pathetic experience about Croma product that I recently purchased from your store at Pacific mall Gaziabad. I bought this microwave on my wife's birthday as she is very fond of cooking but I never knew it will be such big nightmare to buy one of your product. Now I regret on why did I buy such expensive one such a special occasion. I bought this piece of junk on 23rd July 2015, and from 29th July I am just wasting time on phone to call your customer care only to get assurance that "we will replace the faulty part" however I have been telling I want the machine to be replaced. I don't know how hard is it to understand that I don't want the part to be replaced, I want a new machine. It's 10th August, and still we haven't heard anything from Croma. The representative who sold us this microwave said we have world class service and my experience surely not even near world class. Knowing it's a TATA product I had faith in buying it. Now I am left with no other option than taking legal action and submitting my petition in Consumer Court, for selling hazardous goods (as there were sparks coming from the machine) and mental trauma for absolutely bizarre service. I am also posting this letter on social media to atleast make sure my friends and connected friends should not buy anything from CROMA. John Andrew

            Hello Sir This is regarding the compaint I have registered with Croma almost 3 weeks earlier. My name is Sakshi Garg, and I have a Croma S/AC 1T 5* CRC7460 PAC purchased on 06/02/2015 ( It is under warranty) on the name of GAURAV SRIVASTAV I have been filling complaint continuously from last 3 weeks and i am calling customer care daily that there is an E2 problem in AC. The first time, after 3 days a technician came and corrected it saying ti was sensor problem. The very next day it again started displaying the E2 error. Since that day i am filling complaints again and again, The second time, the filed the complaint and cancelled it on there own without any prior notice or anything stating that we were not able to connect on the mobile number given. I came to know about this when after 4 days I called asking when is the technician coming. THEY REFILED THE COMPLAINT . Since then daily I am calling, even the supervisors are saying we are giving this top priority daily but has been till now. Every day I am explaining the complaint to one different customer care employee and each one of them is saying that they are escalating the problem to higher authority. last sunday the same technician called, ( who came the first time) saying that I know the problem that's why I don;t have to come again to check the AC. The sensor is not working we have to order the sensor again from Croma and replace it. It's been 3 days to that also and no one including the supervisor is not able to answer when they are going to replace or when is the AC is going to get repaired. Please look into it. I really don;t know whom to contact for this further.The AC is on the name of gaurav srivastav and the registered mobile number is [protected].

            NO ONE HAS CALLED TILL NOW.
            Again I called at croma and your team is still trying to figure out they have to order sensor or not. Or they should send technician or not.
            I want a confirm date when the ac will get repaired. Every day i am calling twice or thrice to your team to follow up and morning to night only one answer is there we are trying to escalate it.
            I really unable to understand what is there to take so much of time.
            We’ve escalated this issue to the concerned team and request you to allow us sometime.
            STILL NO UPDATE . How much time is required?

              I had purchased LED TV of 'CROMA" brand during nov 2012 and the warrenty is up to nov 2016.Since it is not working and not getting on I lodge the complaint on their toll free no. on 29.7.2015. Till today eve on 6.8.15 after giving daily reminders there is no service man to solve our problem. Since our LCD is covered in warranty they do not care it seems. Dailky in morning they are saying by eve. the tech.team will come. Friends beware of this big srores, they do not care for after sales services. Do not purchase any product from CROMA.

              Instead of giving reminders to company CROMA call center, we contacted the local stores at Himalaya mall, Ahmedabad. They took note and as it was within the warranty they gave us auxiliary led TV as service piece immediately. After two days we received a call from the store that our complaint is resolved, as they don't have the part the piece LED TV they will replaced. They gave us liberty to choose any piece from their store and original bill amt rs. 24000/= was deducted from new bill. I request all the complaintant of croma reail store to contact the store instead to follow up at complaint call center.

                Faulty AC with repeated breakdown

                I have been facing problem is ac breakdown since summer start. I purchased a split ac from Croma Pacific mall Ghaziabad in march 2013. I bought with 2 year manufacturer and 2 year extended paid warranty. Since march 2015 till date I have raised 6 complaint for ac. Everytime they ask for 3 days to come and take 1 week minimum. Hence my 3 month of summer have been wasted in raising complaint and then waiting for resolution. For croma...

                  Dear croma, I have purchased a Croma Washing machine front loading on 01/01/2014 from Infiniti Retail Trading as Croma, A-104, Pusa Road, New Delhi for Rs, 20290/-.This is still under the guarantee period of 2 years. On 13th July, 2015, when we switched on the machine it did not start. We called the Croma Customer care number and told them about the problem. On 14th July, the technician came and told us there is some problem in the front control panel and removed it and took it away saying that it need repairs. On 15th July I got a message that order shall be delayed due to unavailability of required spare part and also told me bear with them. Today is 22nd July and 10 days have elapsed since I first made the complaint. I made so many calls to customer care and I was always told by them that it would be sorted hours in 24 hours. So many 24 hours have passed, but I am not getting any firm reply from them. Meanwhile the technician returned the control panel on last Friday at the Society Gate and told the Security Guard they would come on Monday, He did not inform me about this. Today is Thursday. I spoke to one supervisor on 22nd July and he promised sort out everything by 3 pm yesterday and he did not speak to me later. But conveyed through somebody that he would give a reply by 12 pm and not bothered to call back since then. My question to Croma is if you cannot give after sales service even during guarantee period why are you selling such faulty machines. You should keep spares for use whenever it is required. In this age of fast services including courier services why the long delay. You people have kept in the dark all through. I am greatly inconvenienced by the delay on the part of the Company. I may ask the company what the is use of a washing machine which is remaining unutilized. If do not get a reply in next 24 hours, I have no option other way other than going to consumer court for damages.                   Yesterday, (23.7.15) I got a call from [protected] informing that he is from Croma Technical Team informing that the panel he returned on 17th July ( last Friday) at Society Gate was a new one and they would come later to fix it. I asked him that why he has taken 7 days to tell me this. He had no answer. I told him to call me again as I was outside at that time. I also promised to call from home once I reach there. He did not call me again. After reaching home I tried to call that number many times without any success. Today also I tried many times. It is either busy or nobody attending to calls.

                  I was of the impression that the faulty panel has been returned on 17th july as the customer care always telling me that he new part would take some more time.

                  By this it is very clear that the company has been highly irresponsible in attending to my complaint. Today again, I called the customer care and requested them to contact the technical team so that the washing machine could be made functional. Like earlier times they told me to wait. I am very sure that no response can be expected from them.

                  We are suffering without any help from anywhere.

                    Sir, 1. I have been quite frequent to Croma, both in Rohini and in Kamala Nagar. But sorry to say that the Retail invoice I get is a miserable one. Uselessly it is a narrow strip of paper longer than an A4 size paper. Worse still, what is printed is evaporated with two days time and so it is of no use for accounting. I would like to get a decent Retail Invoice for the items I had bought at 3:49 pm on 03.07.2015. My mobile number is [protected] and my email: [protected]@rediffmail.com Last time when I visited Croma, in Kamala Nagar I was very disappointed that I am inclined not to visit Croma again. There are many young ones employed there, but not interested in serving the customers. They are not in any way customer friendly. They are found often chatting and whiling away time rather than caring the customers. I shared my frustration with my friends and they are also of the same experience and opinion. Well, perhaps the Croma has started the downward growth.

                      i purchased a croma washing machine in 2013. i got 2 years warranty for the same. i registered a complain on 30th of june 2015 for a problem. now the scenario is such that i called again and again then a service man came on (7th or 8th of july 2015). he told that machine has to be repaired at service station. for that company's vehicle will pick-up. then again no response from CSD. then i again called every now and then. and finally i got a call from CSD for the pickup. but, the timing was 7.00pm and the holy month of ramadan was going and after whole day long fast finally at the time of iftaar i get a call to pickup washing machine. i just calmly requested the person who was on the other side. that please send the people for pick-up at next morning. or after 1 - 1.30 hour.he dropped the phone. and then till date no response. even on call they are giving false promises.

                      I have purchased a croma front loading 6kg washing machine on September 2020 with extended warranty. Now no power is coming to the machine and I raised a service request on 24th January 2022, I recieved a call from a technician and explained what was the problem. He agreed to come next morning but never arrived and dint picked up my call. My service request got cancelled on its own without any reason. Again I raised a request on 27th january and this time without any call again it got cancelled, no reason showing ofcourse. Today I got the machine checked by local technician as I am running out of time, he said pcv is damaged and need to change. Today is 7th Feb and not a single visit from the company is done. I have again raised a complain today. If this the service quality of a TATA brand product then it is really shameful. I wont buy any croma product in future and also will warn everyone from buying them.

                        Good Morning Gentlemen, We purchased a Lenovo TAB2 A7-30HC from Croma, Indiranagar, Bangalore-560038 (A045) on 24-Jun-2015. We purchased a Tata Docomo SIM Card and due to unforseen circumstances on Docomo's part, we were able to get the SIM Card activated only on 11-July-2015. Even though the SIM Card works well on other phones, this Lenovo TAB is unable to detect the SIM, cannot detect the Network or the Wi-fi connection I have at home. We have tried with other SIM Cards as well, but with the same result. Also, the spring for ejecting the SIM Card is defective and manual means have to be used to take out the SIM Card. We have spoken to Lenovo and they asked us to reset to 'factory default' - even this has not helped as the TAB needs to first detect the WLAN here. Speaking to Docomo, they state there is nothing wrong with their SIM Card. We have also spoken to our local Service Provider (ACT) and there is nothing wrong with their transmission as we are using W-fi and cable from them without any issues. Hence, we have confirmed the Lenovo TAB is defective and requires replacement at the earliest. Pls note, we have also taken a two-year guarantee for this TAB.                           We bought one AC 1 ton 3 star from CROMA last year. We are facing regular problem from last three months. You can check the complaint Status, Mobile No - [protected]. We are not happy with the service team. Even after regular reminders we are facing this issue of not cooling from last three months. The only way left us to register a case against croma in consumer forum.

                            I have purchased Symphony cooler from croma on 10th May 2015 which will delivered on 12/13 may 2015. As per the Symphony advertising and croma re-presenter descriptions this cooler has an functionality to control the humidity. This product will reduce the humid from the air. My grand mother has some breathing problem and if the product helps to control the humidity its good for her health. This is the only single reason to buy this product. After delivery I have use this product for 2 days. Letter we know that this product will not control the humidity. It will not support Mumbai''s weather. Also my home is very near from Creek where the air already contain lots of humid. After doing lots of research I found one calculation table where we can measures whether cooler will control humid or not. You can see the picture at https://goo.gl/1LsIzN. Humid controlling feature never ever going to work in sea side areas. For the same they logged the support ticket as BOW230515FS00038. In this complain I got the commitment from croma as "They will send technician to validate cooler functionality and condition. If everything is fine then Croma will accept & take a return." Last 2 weeks back I have again visited the croma kandivali shop this time they are denied to take return this product. If the product not as per the description which has been explained while selling then why croma not taking return ?

                            2 months back I have logged the complaint in Croma. Croma ticket no is "BOW230515FS00038". Your represented called me many times priors but not providing any satisfying answers. Only I get explanation about humid control functionality which will never solve my problem.

                            Hoping that this time my queries will get resolved. I have some below queries. Expected some valuable answers.

                            1) Will this cooler work in location where already humid is huge in the air.? Will this reduce the humid from air in this location?
                            2) As per croma's described this cooler is reduce the humid from the air then why not Humid Meter shows the reduces count?

                                Today at 3:30 PM This is Aslam from Chennai. Purchased a mobile phone Sony Experia Z1 from TATA chroma Mount Road with Extrended warranty. I had some problem with the phone and approached the CSD for help. They guided me with claim ID no. 171387 and asked me to hand over the phone to one Mr. Ashok in Clarity Services for repair. The same was done and on 8th June and Ashok called me and said the phone cannot be attended there and it needs to be given to L2 which I do not understand, anyway he took 7 days and returned the phone on 15th June . However when I used the phone I found it to be in the same condition as given. Very irritated and frustrated I called up Ashok, but someone else picks the call and says Ashok is in a meeting and will call back in half an hour but no response. My innumerable calls to Ashok met with no response. I went to Croma CSD and met Santosh and when he called Ashok, he picked the call immediately and on hearing the issue asked to give the phone back for service again. I was very upset to again go through the process but Santosh told me to kindly give one more chance and that Croma will take the phone and get It done. Unhappy to do but with no other go I gave the phone back to Santosh in CSD in 2nd July. After regular followups and enough of frustration, irritation and anger I got the phone back on 10th or 11th . But to my shock I found the phone again in the same condition. I spoke to Sony, they clearly stated that Clarity services is not the authorised service centre for Sony Mobile phones. Nor is there any Job card created for my phone. They said If TATA is not able to repair ask them to replace the phone and that they do not have anything to do with this case. Feeling helpless I called Ashok again but all my calls and messages to him did not get any response at all. Neither did he receive my calls nor responded to call back. Again I went to Croma CSD and took the phone number of the Service Manager. Till this situation the Service manager did not come to the picture at all. I spoke to Ramesh the Service Manager and He is now requesting me to again give the phone to Clarity and give them enough time to repair as though one and a half month is too small a time to repair one mobile phone. Under these circumstances, feeling very frustrated angered irritated and under suffering because of getting disconnected without a mobile phone I called the number[protected] and spoke to waseema and explained the whole story as above and she told me to call[protected] and speak I did so and spoke to Aashish and explained the whole of the above story again. After hearing the whole story he had only one reply . Contact the service centre and they will help you. The most stupid reply received from any Customer support department. I explained to him that it was only because my issue is not sorted out there that Iam calling you for your help but instead of taking it further if you ask me to go back to them is this the support you are giving me, he has nothing to say but contact the service centre and gave a number. I called that number it was again Ashok who is picking the call. Means Iam back to point one. IS THIS THE PUNISHMENT FOR TAKING TATA EXTENDED WARRANTY. The value of the phone when I bought was 40, 000 and today it is 25, 000 and the amount of tension, frustration, anger, hardships and irritation TATA EXTENDED WARRANTY has given is many many times more than the value of a new phone. I am have a strong brand loyalty for Tata products and the way things were handled for me this time by the people down the lane ITS A SHAME FOR TATA. Again I received a call from Reshma from Croma in Hyderabad and again I explained the story to her and after hearing the full story she said she will arrange for a call back. I asked her if there is any email Id to which I can write this she said there is no such email id. but promised to arrange for a call back. What ever is done by you now there is no compensation for the effect of all this tension on my health. I still believe in TATA but people down the line are bringing shame to the company. Now I need only one answer to my question to Croma Extended Warranty. Your site says, if the product is not repaired in the stipulated time It will be replaced. WHAT IS THE STIPULATED TIME TO REPAIR A MOBILE PHONE BY THE STANDARDS OF TATA CROMA. Please have the courtesy to reply to atleast this question.                                     I purchased a mobile phone from a Tata Croma store at airport in Mumbai in July 2013 (whilst on HolidayIndia in ) After returning to the UK and using it for a few months the battery failed. Coma would not refund me my money. I sent the battery back to them as requested for a replacement. 12 month later they still have not compensated/replaced it.

                                      I bought A Split A.C of Croma on the dated 17/06/2014 & with in a year i find Airflow Problem so i register FREE services Complain (DEL170615FS00064) on the dated 17/06/2015. Company's Mechanic Mr. Ashwani ([protected]) visited my place but at that time due to POWER CUT he was unable to check so as per our Conversation he promised to come again but he never visited again and i received messsage from Service center that "SERVICE IS COMPELETED". When i again Contacted to Croma's Helpline to Shot-out my Complain in Continuous Services then they told me that your Warranty period is passed so that you have to pay for Service . if i registered my complain within a year then why should i pay ?????
