I bought 6.5 Kg Croma washing machine(CRAW[protected] last year with 4 years warranty and was getting very good service hence decided to buy another 7 kg croma washing machine(CRAW[protected] for another house. But since last 3 months i have been repeatedly calling for the customer care to repair the washing machine which is not working but no resolution has been provided so far. 15 technicians have visited so far. Spoken to 3 service managers. Escalated the matter to all levels. only answer that i get is "Plz wait for some more time, we will fix it" Advice to all: PLZ DONT TRUST CROMA bcoz it is a TATA product. SAMBEET [protected]

    Myself susanta baur, staying at kolkata.I went to mumbai & goa for travell with my family.On that time I had purchased a camera(cannon sx610hs) from chroma showroom(mumbai airport terminal1B) on 03/10/2015 whose actual price as per print rs 11995/- but I paid rs 15995/-.The worker of your shop just cheat with me because i was so busy on that time for boarding time about to ended.after few days I recheck the ammount with cannon website & showroom in kolkata & also some online shoping website for confarmation.For bill details & new mrp details pls find the attachment.kindly solve it as on prioty basis to maintain the reputation of chroma organization.hope you will solve the critical issue asap.

At the time of pick up they stated both the product was out of stock, and was not available at other branches and so cannot be arranged and the refund would automatically done in 5-6 working day. And this was the second time this has happened to...

          I Mukesh Kapadia(Mob no:[protected]), had purchased an LED TV Croma CREL7315 on 11/10/2013 with 2 year extended warranty with Invoice no:SLF02A[protected]. I have raised a complaint (MUM280915FS00054) for the same on 27/09/2015 about TV not working. For which technician attended on 28/09/2015 and told me that the LED Display panel needs to be replaced and it may take a week. But it has been almost 19 days since the technician visit and continuous complaining from my side regarding the matter to croma customer care, but still the complaint has not been resolved till date. I want to file complaint against the company in consumer court for the inconvenience and the waste of my D2H service money I had paid and cannot use as the TV is not working.

              I placed an order (( Ref. No. SLE006EC0005764 ) for Bajaj OTG 34 L 3400TMCSS Digital on CROMA online store. I received the OTG, but I noticed the handle was damged which I reported to customer care on 08 Oct for which I was assured action in 24-48 hrs but till now I have not got any response to my concern in spite of repeated reminders.               They call me to my mobile for replacement of the OTG with Kenstar which I refused, I requested to retain the existing OTG since the damge was physical provied I was given additional discount on the price, a 5% discount on the price was agreed and the amount was transfered to my A/C

                  I booked a power bank online from croma site. but when i reached the store they told me that the product is not available in the store. So i called up the customer care and they informed that the product is available in other store. but they want me to cancel the first one and book the second. and teh cancellatino process takes more than 7 days.Dont u have any facility so that i can collect the same from other nearby store.                     We have bought Croma Washing Machine from Croma Sales at Ramchowk Surat in January 2015. The machine is not working properly since a month's time. We have registered a complaint on 22nd September at the call center number. I have got SMS as well of the complaint number. We have been told that a technician will visit us in 24 hrs. No body turned up. We called again the following day, again the same response but no one turned up. So far we have called them for SIX TIMES and there have been no response from them. On 10th Oct 2015, I called up again the Customer care number and I was given the same old story. I asked to speak to somebody senior but the seniors were not available. I was told by Ms. Narmada (Customer Care agent) that in 2 hrs a senior will call me on my registered mobile number but more than 24 hrs no one has called.
                    Croma is spoiling TATA group's name and I am being a TATA group employee feeling ashamed of them.

                    I have to write with heavy heart that pls don't buy anything from CROMA or CROMA products. They are ZERO in service.

                      I purchased a Croma Split AC from Croma Store at DT Mega Mall, Gurgaon ( GURGN-DLFMEGAMALL-A050) on 26/05/2013. This being my first time purchasing an AC, I was told by the sales rep that the AC was a 1.5 tonne Split AC. The installation techs also told that it was a 1.5 tonne and after over a year when I was moving to a new place for installation, I found that the AC was of 1 tonne which was confirmed by the installation tech who visited. I confirmed with 2 different techs and they confirmed the same as the AC was of 1 tonne. I called the customer care and they kept asking for the invoice details which they already had and they kept denying that the AC purchased was of 1 tonne. 1) This is outright false advertising and fraudulent sales. 2) I was never provided a warranty card with the AC which is why i had to ask for an invoice again which i saw now as the AC is of 1 tonne and this was not provided at the time of sale. 3) When I called for servicing, the tech denied service and said that he would charge for the visit as it is not under warranty but only the compressor is under warranty. Croma is providing incorrect info to the consumers and making fraudulent sales which should be dealt with severely. My Transaction ID: SLF02A[protected].

                        Croma Indiranagar customer service is the worst. They made us wait at the store for one insurance like 4 hrs and finally now nobody responds. I want to talk to someone senior and responsible about the same. Please take action on such people who treat customers like ( After Product is sold )
                        I feel sick to visit the store again to beg them to return my phone. Please resolve the issue and also pls tak action on them asap.

                          I unfortunately bought a TAB last year, which started showing up its true colors from 5-6 months onwards. I reached to nearest outlets customer service wing, engineer after take 10-12 days declared no issue with device but asked to press the power button little hard to switch it on ( as issue was with quick battery consumption and device not getting switched on post battery drain and recharging as well) The issue continued as we made sure the device is always charged to full as tab remains at home most of the times. After 2-3 months I pulled some time to visit the outlet again stating the issue is not resolved. To my surprise I was told after a week that engineer is claiming this as physical damage ( power button broke) which was actually pressed on his advice whenever the device is not getting switched on. Now I am asked to pay 4, 500/- to make it work...cost of new is 8, 000/-. I feel like fool to take risk of buying a product on name of TATA. Trust Broken ! Please help and resolve or advice with whom to take it up.

                            I had Purchased two window ACs (1ton and 1.5 ton respectively) from croma retail, MGF Grand mall, gurgaon on 11th March 2013 in the name of my wife Radha Dey. Voltas provides 1 year product warranty and 5 year compressor warrenty. we had also taken an extended 2 year warrenty for the product on the day of purchase from croma. The 1.5 ton window ac started having problems and worn down hence I had launched a complaint in croma customer care on 14th of September 2015. The product is still in warrenty and croma agreed to it. We had made several calls to the and received several calls from croma as well as voltas customer care but nobody came to resolve the issue and still today when i call, the customer service personal says, "I know you are facing problem, so i would raise an issue". then nothing happens. Its half a month passed we had to sleep in humidity and have sleepless nights. Am never going to buy products from croma again.. Invoice number: SLF02A[protected]

                              I had purchased LG washing machine in 2012 which had 2 yeras warrenty and above that i had purchased 3 years extended warrenty.Last week our washing machine stopped working as the water is not getting drained. ihave registered complaint with croma customer care on 28-09-15 but till date nobody has attended the issue. I call the customer care alternate day and they ensure that somebody will attend the issue today but issue remains unclosed.Request your support and guidance.

                                  Croma has the worst after sales service ever. I bought a VU led TV a few years back and also bought the extended warranty along with the TV. Now during the extended warranty term, the TV is giving trouble. As per VU technician, the TV needs to be changed and is covered under the extended warranty. VU and Croma do not have the same model in stock. So they are offering the lower credit value towards a new TV from them which is smaller in size. If I want something of the same size or similar, then I have to pay a large sum of money for a new TV even though the old one is under extended warranty. Horrible service by Croma. I registered the claim in July . claim number 176605. The Croma customer, VU team and Croma extended warranty desk have been passing my call around without a proper and acceptable solution for the past two month.

                                    Complaint/Service order DEL150915FS00004 Facts: 1. 16-Sep-2015 --- service engineer visited and found AC Gas (refregerant) is not enough, he said AC will be taken to service center and AC Gas (refregerant) will be filled. He has given mobile number of Mr. Mukesh ([protected]), who is incharge of this service. 2. I was wating for it and no call / intimation received till 19-Sep-2015. Then he (service engineer) gave me mobile number of Mr. Rehan ([protected]), who is superior of Mr. Mukesh. I called him, he assured that 19-Sep-2015 will be done. Then Mr. Mukesh called me say nothing and cut the call. His phone always busy and till time I have not received any call/ intimation. 3.                                       Hi, Again this is my second time in this year and last three months. I have purchased a 1.5 ton Croma window AC last year in June. It turned out to be faulty this year in May it took me 15 days to get that repaired after chasing these guys on a daily basis. Now again the AC has developed a fault as its a manufacturing fault and the cooling coil needs to be changed. I registered a complaint their technician came after 5 days and then said the AC will be picked up and will be sent to repair center. Its been over a week but no one turned up. I used to call these guy on a daily basis the repair center manager and they say it'll be done today or tomorrow. I'm just fed up with them and its been over 10 days that my AC is not working. I am just raising this complaint to let croma knows that I'm going to take a legal action against Croma now. Also I'd recommend all of you who are reading this not to buy any Croma products as they are liars frauds and theifs. They just steal your money and give you faulty products.
