Croma has deducted payment of Rs. 10, 290 against my order[protected] placed on 2 March 2023.
I received confirmation email and SMSes from Croma but the order hasn't been delivered yet as on 5 March 2023. The order isn't even reflecting in my croma account. The customer care team is most unresponsive and asking to wait and keeps causing delay in delivery or refund. I suspect that this is an internal fraud done by Croma to misuse customers money towards other company investments and must be investigated. Given that the amount is 1/5th of my salary and it is an urgent household requirement, their fraudulent behaviour is causing harrasment and distress. I hope that the consumer complaints forum will work swiftly to resolve the issue and investigate the fraud.
Kindly ensure that my order is delivered timely or reimburse the deducted amount immediately to my account.
I strongly believe that all such customers must be compensated for the loss, delays, and inconvenience caused due to such harrasment.
