Croma — Order Not placed | |||
Croma — payment deducted from bank account but still order not confirmed I ordered an electronic product from online store of Rs. 4155 on 13th Aug. I use eGift card of croma for payment and rest from online banking. Payment deducted from my account but didn't receive any order confirmation. Not able to see anything in order history. Order Id[protected] I have followed up several times with croma customer care several times but haven't got any response/confimation that my order is confirmed or not. Also tried to mail consumer care about the problem but no response. Pathetic service from croma. Was this information helpful? | |||
