Croma — payment deducted from bank account but still order not confirmed

I ordered an electronic product from online store of Rs. 4155 on 13th Aug. I use eGift card of croma for payment and rest from online banking. Payment deducted from my account but didn't receive any order confirmation. Not able to see anything in order history. Order Id[protected]

I have followed up several times with croma customer care several times but haven't got any response/confimation that my order is confirmed or not.
Also tried to mail consumer care about the problem but no response. Pathetic service from croma.

Updated by Pratik15794 I am afraid the Complain is NOT resolved. And I won't be until to act on it. Just by posting a comment you are fooling your customers. Have been trying to reach customer care already through mail and contact No. every day, yet no proper responses. After wasting hours on call, all you say is team will get in touch with you and fool your customers. After doing some research, I realize I am not the only one you have done this SCAM to. I wish I knew the Croma SCAM before pacing my order.
