[Resolved] Croma — payment deducted from bank account but still order not confirmed | |||||
I ordered a aquaguard on 29th july morning from croma online. Payment deducted from my account but didn't receive any order confirmation. Not able to see anything in order history. I have followed up several times with croma customer care ([protected]) several times but haven't gotr any response/confimation that my order is confirmed or not. Pathetic service from croma. i made an order through croma on 9th november at 3:18 pm, order got successfully placed but didn't received any mail or text message for order confirmation. Customer service at croma is pathetic.
