[Resolved] Croma — Payment done but invoice not generated yet.

I ordered a laptop from croma.com on Friday (12th, November), My order was processed at 5.30 in the evening but I haven't got mail or text message that my order is placed. I tried contacting customer care they assured me that my order will be placed within 4 hours. I waited for 4 hours still my order was not confirmed. I tried customer care again they assured me that my order will be processed within 24 hours I waited for 24 hours too. I tried again so they said me that there is some issue and glitch with their technical team and they will do so by Monday(15th, November). I tried customer again and now they are saying wait till 5 pm. I booked a laptop for my college education and want it on an urgent basis. Look what I got! I haven't got any confirmation mail, Looks like my 43, 000 Rs are wasted now. Please help me with the assistance, a refund or the product either works but please help.
