Dear Manager,
I had booked a Siemens Dishwasher at Coma Ripple -Mall Surat for IQ 500, as shown to me on line vide order no.: S0A[protected], Invoice no.: SLA[protected] Dated .9.10.2021 amounting Rs.42990.

I was delivered a machine on 15th October, (which was sent from Nagpur warehouse) which not the model I had booked, some communication gap might have happened. I contacted store personally and requested for the actual model which I was opting for.

The sales promptly helped me and accepted my requested for the correct model. I agin paid for the new machine vide order no.: S0A[protected] Ref No.: SLA[protected], dated 16.10.2021, amounting Rs.45490.

I was told that my earlier amount of Rs. 42990 will be refunded to my HDFC credit card account. But till date this has not been refunded. I received Credit card Bill and it is still reflecting.
I requested to look into the matter and kindly intervene for refund please at the earliest.

I am regular customer at CROMA and never faced such issues.

      Its been 20 days, your mans couldn’t fix our AC which is in warranty. And Ac is not even that old its just 1.5years ago we bought that AC.

      Your people have come here for like 4-5times but didn’t do anything. They just come and say it will take 4-5 more days.
      And we got a call from croma that they will replace it with the new ac but now they’re just not doing our work neither repairing our AC nor replacing it.
      PLEASE DO SOMETHING cause we all are so fed up with this and it is october heat, we just cannot bear this heat without ac. I hope you understand our situation and do something quickly.

            Refund issue

            I did place an online order in Croma 4 months back and I did cancel the order 4 months back but I did not get the refund yet. (I used gift card)

            I did call customer care multiple times in the month of August and finally they said your gift card used for that order has been reactivated and I can use it for online purchase.

            I did try using it on 12th October and got to know that it is still in deactivated status....

            I have purchased a Samsung LED TV on 10th of October and the product is still not delivered. I have made atleast 50 times CALL TO tata cliq and croma . You bunch of bloody ### are giving false commitment to senior citizens past 10 ds. the product is till not delivered. I want a compensation before I cancel the product.

                Samsung Washing machine we purchase on 15-10-21, representative explain Price 23900 rs and full pay 1000 rs cash back, but after billing process we check the bill price is 24599 rs, he is not explain why charge me 699 extra amount, he is explain my mistake on product price explanation. We demand pls. Explain by writings me by mail but croma persons not curiously handle this issue, so pls. Help and sortout my issue.

                    From last 3 weeks I am calling croma call center more than 5 time for RO Servicing. Every time I am getting assurances that within 48 hours it will get resolved but nothing done till date. Croma service is really pathetic. I dont know how to teach these hackers a good lesson. This is condition of Tata group's
                    owned company. There is no way to escalate the complaint. No time line for xomplaint resolution. Complaints numbers are mentioned below:

                      Sr[protected] - go through this ticket number.

                      It's been more than 2 weeks to purchase this product and it's been more than 1 week when i wrote my 1st email to you. Still, there is no update/resolution regarding this. Seriously you guys are fraudsters. Want you to get back 2 me over a call at the earliest.

                      Also, i don't want any calls from customer support executives i want the call is to be done by someone from the management side or someone from the senior management side with a update note including proper end-to-end resolution.

                      Else this time seriously i will take serious actions against you fraudsters.

We were told the chosen model was not available in the store, hence they will get it from another store and home deliver it within 7 to 10 days(maximum).                         Hi I have recently purchased a 55inch Sony X80j TV and I find that there is a green backlight appearing. While I am waiting for the TV technician from Sony to come and check I found to my surprise that this TV is actually a refurbished one. The reason why I say this is because i have opened the Netflix account for first time to configure and I find someone else's mail account also being shown up. This definitely means it was shipped to other customer (probably a defective piece) and i have been provided the same without my knowledge or CONSENT. I really would like to take this to the highest official in Croma. I need a proper explanation for this and proper action on the same. I am uploading the photo I have taken today i.e 17th October 2021 to prove my point. Please note I dont know who the person in the second mail id is and have absolutely no link to it.

                          I have placed an order for iphone 12 pro 256 Silver and a back cover, which was supposed to be delivered today i.e. 16 Oct but i have not received my phone. Customer support has no idea about my package and there is no tracking available on website as well for the delay.

                          I have just received the back cover but not the iPhone. Horrible customer experience with such a high value product.

                          This could be my last product from Croma.

                                  I had visited Croma today 14th Oct 2021 between 5 pm to 6 pm (Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai) to purchase a new Mobile phone. The croma representative introduced me to Samsung S20 5g (8GB Ram). He offered me a deal of INR 31, 399/- (Including Ongoing offer and exchange of my old device). When I agreed the deal and proceeded for billing formalities. The representative told "Sorry Sir, the offer is over you have to pay INR 37, 000/-, ". When humbly, i requested the representative for the original deal of 31, 399. The representative spoke with management. The managements response was "Agar 31, 399 me diya tho customer hamare gale pad jayega"
                                  It is difficult to understand, How can the offer expire within some minutes orelse is it some new sales strategy by croma to make a deal with lower price and sell a product with higher price during invoicing. Firstly they attracted me towards the product and later smartly increased the price.
                                  Croma being a brand, this kind of cheap and unfair behavior with a disabled person is not acceptable, hurting my emotions.
                                  I being a regular loyal customer of croma, It is a pity that a brand like TATA is insulting its regular and valued customers.

                                    I had bought a Sony Headphone at Croma store, Gokul road Hubli, first the sales person at Croma did not even bother to explain the features of the product. After buying I got to know it was not Bluetooth enabled so I went for replacement At service desk one Mr. Pattar came and said he cannot replace and just left the place before we could. I told him that I'm ready to go for higher version and pay extra for that and requested him to replace the product, but he ran away from us. My product is still lying with the service desk at Croma. I'm a regular customer of Croma. I have purchased a refrigerator few months back from the store. Inspite of this they have no care attitude towards customer. Very pathetic.
