I ordered a laptop from croma.com on Friday (12th, November), My order was processed at 5.30 in the evening but I haven't got mail or text message that my order is placed. I tried contacting customer care they assured me that my order will be placed within 4 hours. I waited for 4 hours still my order was not confirmed. Samsung LED TV 43 -T - 5350 dated 07.11.2021 was purchased by me from your store at Aerodrome Road, Indore. At the time of purchase.
For delivery and installation date was mentioned as 09.11.2021, when the TV was not delivered on that date, I searched the store number ([protected]) on the website for delivery information, which was switched off, other numbers found[protected] to call on it. But no response was received even after being charged Rs 2.50 per minute.

After being shocked and upset, when I reached your said store in the evening, no one could answer me in this regard; I was made rounds from one counter to another by the staff, Finally staff asked that reply will be given tomorrow on 10.11.21.

The next day, dated 10.11.2021, there is no response from anyone till afternoon, I was call on your phone number[protected], my call was transferred to the store to customer service officer, till when will the TV delivery be given to me, he have no answer.

When I reached the store again in the evening, I met the senior officer there and wanted an answer for how long my TV would be delivered, but he also could not give any answer & he said that the next day 11.11.21 I will call for the answer.

On dated 11.11.2021 I was told by the officer that we have not stock currently, TV will be delivered in 10-15 days.
What is this ? What is going on? when you was not have item in your stock then why you sale the product and committed to customer to deliver with in 1 or 2 days?

07.11.2021 to 11.11.2021 5 days to reply, 20 days to product deliver.

    Hi

    I purchased a laptop online from https://www.croma.com/ on 10 nov 2021, my money got deducted instantly, got the message about my money deduction from my bank.

    I received a msg on screen from croma, "That your order has been placed, and we will confirm your order once we validate the payment "but still two days have passed, i have not received the order confirmation, nor any reply from Croma, i have been constantly mailing them and calling their customer care they say everytime 24 hours it will be resolved (which already have been passed twice.

    this was the service request number, SR ID :SR[protected], which i now found deleted from the website

    help me out with this please.

      Those who r handling customer care a very rude and unprofessional, at least they should listen what customer want to complain. I had never expected such thing from Croma service centre. You should give some respect to customer for a service they need, it is always possible to do in more efficient way. So I hope you can teach some sort of moral ethic how to handle customer.

          I buy Bosch make washing machine 7kg front door on 28th Oct 2021 via online. And that time websites clearly stated that if you made payment through ICICI debit /credit card 10% or max 2500/ cash back available so made 100% payment of Ra 32340/- through my ICICI debit card but I didn't get any discount. Since I purchase I keep calling customer care and mail for the same but no one give me proper answer
          Pls don't brake my trust on tata group or company.

            Purchased the product on 02 nov 2021 online which was to be delivered on 08 nov 2021. On 08 nov 2021 at 5pm, delivery boy rohit kumar called me to pick up the product from a point which is 1 km from my home, i declined and advised him to deliver the product at my home as it was purchased online full paid in advance and to delivered at home. He did not delivered the product and when contacted him and his company bluedart, both rudely responded and disconnected the phone, croma is also dilly dalying and did not do anything in this matter. The product is still undelived and also no update.
            Please reslove the issue.

              We purchased geyser from croma online on 8 Oct get delivery two day late on 15 Oct and installed on 17 Oct. Geyser was faulty and complained to croma on 25 oct. 13 days had gone by still my complaint is yet to resolved . Receiving computer generated mail to solve problem in 24 hrs but no one called me.

                  I have purchase Dell Inspiron laptop with 94, 000/- from Croma online website (Order ID:[protected] but received damaged product! They Picked up the damaged product on 30th October 2021 but refund amount still not credited. Called Croma customer care at least 15 times in last 8 days but they do not give any satisfactory answer. All they have is "we are working on it" and they have no idea when I'll get the refund! Shameful.
                  I'll never ever purchase anything from Crome online or offline store after this experience and will advise everyone from such fraud company.

                    I bought a hitachi tv a in march 2020, few months back tv’s main remote some key stoped working i also have extended warranty of 3 years. 2 times the service man came and did nothing but changed the remote power cell and Clicked the picture of tv model and went. Now they are saying that the tv remote doesn't comes under extended warranty so i request the croma to tell me what type of this warranty it is. Is it really a warranty? Is this type of warranty offered by this big company? I feel like this is the worst ever company.

                      Croma being a company from TATA group, should continue their good name, but they rather cheating common man.

                          Hi Croma,

                          I booked two mobile phones(Samsung Galaxy M11) on 6th of Oct thru online, not delivered the product for a couple of weeks. From 15th oct i requested to cancel the product and refund my money but it was cancelled on 25th Oct. Till now I won't get the refund.

                          I called dozens of time to customer care but they are saying in its process. Today I spoke with Jaffer(customer care executive). He wantedly put in my call for 45 minutes to transfer the call to the supervisor but nobody came back to me. He simply told me to cut the call and you get a call from our supervisor in 10 minutes. But unfortunately that also did not happen.

                          First time I booked a product in Croma just because of Tata's company. but you people don't deserve it. your employees are spoiling Tata's brand.

                                Totally untrained and useless staff... First they charged me 38000+ and said u ll get emi without interest for 9 months... When converting they said no u ll be charged 2000+ amount for emi...

                                They did give the void receipt but it is the process of the credit card company to revrse charges after 7 weeks... Because of croma my 38000+ are stuck...

                                I am going to see them in consumer court...

                                So. I thought probably growel staff is useless let me. Go to oberoi mall store there.

                                They did mention that extra will be for copper wiring and rest installation will be free... Still they charged. Me 1000 for installation

                                They are cheaters and liers... I couldn't upload the second pic probably because it is larger in size...
                                Question is not 1000 rupees... Question is about setting wrong expectations and telling a lie

                                  Yesterday I along with my wife went to purchase television from your Ashram road, Ahmedabad branch. The moment we went to area where televisions were displayed we asked sales person there to show us the television of 50 to 55 inches within the rate of 55K. The sales person started showing LG television when we told we are not interested for LG as our experience is not good he stated speaking it's not like if you have experience bad with one LG product other product is bad. He was literally pushing LG Television. When we asked us to show Samsung television he showed us but shown less interest in showing it. When he told we don't want to see So y also he told how come you have issues with both the brands. His language was harsh & we didn't feel comfortable dealing with him. We decided to leave Croma & went to Vinay sales which is besides Croma. We purchased Samsung 55" Smart TV within the range of 55K. Salesperson there explained calmly. I have great respect for Tata & Croma but this kind if experience can ruin you image.

                                      This was handled by one of the most incompetent staff of Croma, his name is Mr. Rahul Negandhi (email: rahul.[protected]@croma.com)
                                      Most of the employees are incompetent in Croma, but Rahul Negandhi is the most incompetent.
                                      On 28th Oct 2021, I had ordered a washing machine worth Rs 53423/- for which croma website (which is developed by the incompetent developers) sai will give Rs. 3000/- cashback. After the order, I called customer care and Mr. Rahul Negandhi confirmed that the cash back will not be given. So I canceled the order. And Mr. Rahul Negandhi sent the following email:

                                      Secondly I saw that my credit card is charged with the EMI:

                                      No, the issue is not resolved. I still didn't get the refund. Croma is a useless company with incompetent staff. Never buy anything from Croma.
