Croma janakpuri centre is at sorry state. Yesterday we ordered a whirlpool refrigerator the deal was done, emi set, with bajaj finserv on thr frst floor of the unity one mall. We were there for more than an hour.
On repeated requests we were not even served water. Once told no glasses, another time no water in the dispenser. At last we went to the ground floor, wherein a staff took us to a corner to share 1 glass among three o[censored]s...

The customer service while purchasing the croma ac was excellent and was told sicne it is a croma product the after sales service will be excellent . this was purchased from Andheri croma on[protected] with one year warranty and had taken additional onsite for one year. As told was i would be getting 4 free services for the ac. But even after repeated calls and visits had ony service in the first year and the onsite was terrible and pathetic...

Spin tub not working...

I have brought redmi note 10 pro mobile from croma shop surat . The mobile have problem with camera in night . I request them to change mobile. They change mobile but again same think and problem happen with exchanged mobile. They will said if company rejected your request you have to use that mobile. Sir I have buy new mobile they will give me faulty piece 2 times . How I accept this mobile . I want same mobile with no fault or give my money...

I have complaint washing machine for repair on dated 19/08/2021 and service technician had came and try to repair but he couldn't repair it, he told to us further compalint to croma for replaced all washing machine because it is totally faulty washing machine. so please I have request to you replaced new washing machine otherwise our money or as a same prize sumsung washing machine give to back to us.

I have ordered oppo A54(4+64) Moonlight Gold on 16th August 2021, and cancelled on 17th August 2021 it almost 7 Days No Refund Initiated, whenever i contacted Croma for refund status and refund reference they are 24 hours again n again. Please Refund My Money.

I have Purchased Redmi 9 Power(4+64) on 13th August 2021, The order get automatically cancelled by seller and returned. But After 12 Days No Refund Initiated, whenever i contacted Croma Through Phone or mail they are asking 24 hours, it almost 5 times i have complaint through twitter, via call and Email. they have not initiated the refund. Now my credit card bill statement is coming, so i have to pay from my account which product not recieved....

I have received delivery of washing machine on 21st aug purchased from kapurbawdi thane store. The delivery guys said machine won't go into bathroom so it was kept in hall. Technician came yesterday he said he can't remove the machine stand n we need to remove door. Our local carpenter cud easily get the machine inside which ur guys denied and I had to pay rs 200 extra. I ordered oneplus nord CE phone through croma but they cancelled my order on very next day. Order was placed on 09 Aug and I got a cancellation email on 10 Aug. I spoke to customer care on 14 Aug and they promised money would be back to my account in 5-7 days. Since money was not received, I reached out to them again today and they are talking all nonsense now and asking for another 5-7 days for refund. Poor customer service, no escalation...

We, being a long term customer of Croma, have purchased multiple products from Croma last year and we were happy with every product we purchased.
Keeping that in mind we opted for Croma to buy Tablets for our child as schooling is online now.

I cancelled an order on 15 aug 2021 for iPhone 11 and they said I will be receiving the refund within 7-10 days .I haven't received the refund yet and whenever I call them they say I will have to wait for another 5 days ..This is not done 51k is a big amount and if I don't receive my refund in next 2 days unfortunately I will have to take strict actions against them...

I ordered an i phone 11 64 gb from croma then I cancelled the order since there was some problem with gst invoice. It's been 10 days I haven't received the refund and whenever I call them they say I have to wait for another 5 days, o don't know for how many more 5 days I will have to wait ..this is not done 51000 is a big amount ..I will be taking legal actions if I do not receive the refund in another 2 days...

We bought our Samsung Ac from Croma Ghodbunder Road (Thane) branch on 28th March 2021 on EMI of Rs.4024. We were told there was a cashback offer where we would get Rs.3000/- cashback in our third EMI. We did not receive it. We contacted the loan bank (IDFC) to check why there was a delay who told us they did not receive our product details on their cashback list.
Spoke to Croma executives but no help yet....
