[Resolved]  Croma — Physical gift card deactivated

I bought physical gift card on April 5th at Hyderabad and when i tried to use it yesterday it showed deactivated. tried multiples methods to get it activated but nothing worked. And the worst part is there is no direct customer care service with whom i can share this and get a quick resolution. Mail support is hideous. Hopefully atleast Croma will respond here
