I bought 2 Philips hair Trimmer from Croma at 3090 Rs each. total amount of 6180 Rs. it got debited from my account . I have not received any order id or any order confirmation sms.
Its not even showing in my order details.
I have mailed all my details and sent transaction screenshot but no resolution is provided by croma customer care....

TV volume dropping automatically within a month of purchase and remote stopped working. I contacted the service center and one man came and he was unable to diagnosed the issue and said there will be a replacement for remote is raised. after that for 2 months no one contacted me. i even tried contacted them twice and no response. I was given a faulty product. I purchased this 32 inch croma fire tv at croma shop at grand mall, velachery, chennai....

I order a product in croma online 15th June 2022, today is 18th still order not confirmed. When I call to customer they told from last 3 day only on thing, your details are not updated in our system, our back end team will provide update .

3 days over still backend team did not send update .

Order is not confirmed yet, 19th is delivery date . Still order not confirmed

They maintain worst customer...

I have purchased a croma air conditioned from Kandivali West croma centre. After 2 months there are huge leakage is arises.

Request you to intervene urgently to avoid any issues further.

I have calling croma since june 13 every day since my ac is not working, every time i call i receive a message that technician has been aligned to you who will visit in 48 hrs. and later i recieve a message saying issue has been resolved but the technician never visited my place. i have been calling every day to croma, voltas, service centre everybody but everyones reply is same.
the mark the complaint status to done without even visiting....

I was looking for online purchases, so i called store manager, he told a product which i want to purchase is available at der store, so he said I can choose pick from Store option.
When I was looking for that pick up option, it was not der at all . Very pathetic site and process....

I have ordered a washing machine from CROMA and of CROMA Brand on Sunday.This product was delivered on Tuesday and its been 2 days now and i am still waiting for the installation.I called the cutomer care to know about the status and they just told me the SLA for the installation is 4-7 working days which is totally not accepted..If you buy any other product, they deliver the product and instllatiin on the next day but here we just need to...

Recently we purchased smart tv name redmi 43in 4x TV from croma only 3months happens that tv remote got blast..what type of electronics circuit they will provide in remote it got blasted..how we trust to this brand that they will provide no service under warranty also ??I wanted a new remote or else I don't want ur tv only...

I purchased a product 2 months back using chroma gift cards and I cancelled order after some days. I am not able to resume gift cards. I has been more than 6 weeks and I have made multiple calls and email and still issue is not resolving. Every time they tell we will get back in 2 days....

Dear sir, I purchased one plus 9 mobile from the store in delhi, that worked only for 7 days, immediately after update the mobile is not even charging.
I want to return the product to get full refund as there is no service center in my state...

I have yesterday ordered a product to be delivered through zip delivery by 9 pm same day. But I am still awaiting my order. I have made more than 5 calls to resolve this. Now they are saying to wait till 3 pm as some guy will come at croma store of kalyan west and he sort this issue. Pathetic service....
