[Resolved] Croma — Product ordered, Payment debited to Card, order not recognized by Croma. | |
I placed an online order on croma for 3 products and made online payment using discount codes available. I received email from croma stating payment in transit whereas bank already debited the card for payment (confirmation copy available). Until 48 hours from placing order - Croma customer care did not recognise the order had no clue about it. After multiple followup at call centre and on email - Croma sent mail stating “With reference to your order no[protected] on www.croma.com, we would like to inform you that order has been failed due to cart value and captured value did not match and money Rs 29089.09/-RS deducted from your account . Croma doesnt have right to cancel the order after accepting payment as per norma. Request you to please look into this at the earliest and get my order delivered. Thanks.
