I had bought a Lenova laptop which was a defected piece it seized to function from the day of purchase.
I am a high value customer.I had appoarched Croma South ex branch for respite, laptop is still in warranty period.I had left laptop to the croma facility for the needful to be done
The services provided by your outlet was below my exception.The issue is not resolved with the laptop.
We both are health care workers presently not having time to buy an additional accessories and depositing at service centre.I had told I will foot the cost incurred in case any additional part is requied. I had discussed the logistics with Neeraj the manager at the time of South ex branch.She is not taking my calls.This is harassment of the customer
Please do the needful or else I will have to approach consumer court and social media.

        Dear Sie/Madam
        with reference to above subject onine Apple mobile purchased with cash and no cost emie on HDFC credit card after proper selection of offer product purchased but bank riesed full amount bill means no emie converted or no cash back
        As per discussion with bank representative its cromas misteck but may time written and telephonic complaint issue not solved

        Now croma is refusing anfd teling not eligible for offer
        Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Same is my case as well, i bought the phone on 13th June and till date its not convereted to EMI. The customer care is trying to wash away their hands with this saying check with the store and they cant do anything.
        Same is my case..
        I purchsed Iphone 12 on 13th June but till date i am running from pillar to post to get it convereted to EMI, they are closing the Service request( SR[protected]) telling to visit the store. This is not done

          Dear Sir
          I ordered robotic vaccum cleaner on 18th June'21, but on 20th June Croma itself cancelled my order citing product is out of stock.
          But on my account page it is showing product is out for delivery and received an SMS for the same on 25th June. It is showing product will be delivered by 21st June. While calling customer care they are saying your order is cancelled and you will receive an call back in 24 hrs. From last 5 days I am getting same reply.
          Neither the product is delivered nor the refund is initiated.

            On 14th Jun 2021, I was purchased a water heater from Croma situated at Thane Kapurbawadi (Ghodbunder Road) and Invoice no is SLA[protected]. Before purchasing, I was clearly asked them that I will required a person who will install this at my home and on commitment from croma executive, I was purchased this product. Croma executive was told that a person will come to my address within 2 days from the delivery of the product. Now it is 11 days passed but no one turned up for installation. Yesterday, i was called twice on helpline number where i was spoken to Laxmi at around 3pm and Fatima at around 7.15pm (call center executive) and they told me that store will call me within 30 min. but no one call me.

            I really surprised that Croma is giving such pathetic service and fail commitment.

            Kindly arrange a person for installation of this product within 2 days or else I will return this product to Croma.

              Dear Sir

              I had purchased the One Plus earbuds from Croma Online Website on 28th of May 2021..

              The delivery date showing during purchase was by May 30th 2021.. But even after many days I didn't receive the product I contacted the customer care but still there were not able to support and at the end they told me to cancel..
              Later I cancelled the product on 10th of June 2021 and they toss me that refund will be issued to the original source of payment..
              I had done the payment from 2 sources once is from Credit Card 1000 rupees and from Vouchers 2000 before doing the cancellation I informed Croma Customer Support about this and reconfirmed that the same voucher code can be used later and they yes the same Voucher code can be used.

              However I received the refund on my credit card on 11th of June and I thought the Voucher also will be reactivated.. But voucher was not revalidate from Croma..

              Later on 21st of June I had went to Croma Store for Purchasing the same product and during the payment biller told me that voucher is showing that it is already been used..

              After that I immediately contacted the croma customer care but till now I have not got any assurance from them that they will reactivate that voucher.

              Kindly Support in getting my 2000 money back or reactivation of the same voucher..

                I purchased a newly Samsung Microwave Convection Oven 28L (MC28H5145VK/TL) from Croma Store (Newtown Branch) on[protected].
                After delivery I found that it’s grill function is not working means they gave me a defected piece.
                I call and booked the complaints to Croma customer care about the matter that you people have given me a defected piece in a price of new microwave and I want my products to be replaced with the new one. What they had done, they sent a person from Samsung and get repaired it. Then I again call Croma customer care and told them that I had not paid the money for purchasing defected piece and get it repaired done by you guys, I have paid it for new fresh piece and I want the new one not the defected one.                   Bought a new laptop Lenovo Ideapad flex 5 on June 8th from croma online. The rder number is[protected]. Form the beginning it was full of issues. The expected delivery date was 13th but got the product on 18th. Had bought it because I have college starting in a week and wanted for study purpose.

                  But the actual problem starts after the delivery of the product. After opening I did find that there were issues with the laptop. The laptop was not waking from the sleep mode and auto rotation was also not enabled. Thats when I raised a complaint with the croma customer. They just said to contact lenovo support. I wasted one day in getting the issue resolved by contacting the lenovo support. But they were not able to resolve the issue. Again I called croma or replacement. They just blatantly said they want it from the lenovo service team that it had hardware issue. The next day I travelled to lenovo service centre located 30 kms away. They too the laptop and in 2 days confirmed that the laptop was having a hardware issue.

                  Now I wanted to replace the laptop. But I am not able to contact any person from croma support. I have called them somewhere around 10 times and each time all the answer I have got is will get back in 24 hrs. But nobody calls back. If I ask to transfer my call to the concerned authority even that is not being done neither it is being transferred to higher authority. I am struck here travelling to lenovo service center daily.

                  I am being struck ere with a defective laptop and getting the brand new laptop repaired. What was the use of buying a brand new laptop when all I had to do was get it repaired on the very first day.

                  I have raised my complaints from multiple channels and everywhere its the same response wait for 24 hrs. I am just frustrated and want to get refunded as fast as possible so that I can buy a new laptop before the college starts

                        I recently purchased a Cooler from Croma Store, Karol Bagh, which is well within the warranty period. A complaint was registered earlier as well and one person visited the location for checking the cooler.
                        Since the Cooler seems to be beyond repair, a mail was sent to the store for replacement, however, no action has been taken till now. The store denied receiving any mail.
                        Please note that the cooler is lying unutilized in this weather when it is needed the most. A swift response would be appreciated.

                          I bookes sony tv on 8 th june from croma store wakad Product Details:-
                          Invoice no: SLE004EA1819749, it was defective so initiated return, which takes around 10 days, on 17 delihvery guy picksup the order, now its 22 june still no luck. The worst service i have ever seen with such a big brand.
                          Please look into this as soon as possible. Why it is taking too much time. You need to work on you policy. Even i check the tracking id of delihvery the estimated time is getting change every day.
                          Bhiwandi is just 2 hours from my place.

                          When will i receive my refund or fresh new product. Now looking at this servive i would request you to please initiate the refund process.

                            I have purchase CROMA Inverter Fridge 541 ltr from TATA Croma Belapur, Navi Mumbai and it is not even 1 year and the fridge defrost is not working at all and Ice is getting accumulated in doors and all the food stuf stored. The Vegetable compartment is watery and regular food gets rotten. Its almost month and logging call with croma and the engineer came and just cleaned the compartment with hot water saying that this is the only solution. The problem re-ocurred on the next day and continueing. I have been following up Tata croma to resolve the issue but they are dragging the case with lament answer.

                              Have ordered a LED TV on 14-Jun-2021 and as per the invoice standard delivery is on 16-Jun-2021. But till now i have not received any mail or message regarding my order.

                              Also, as per the order details in Croma online web portal, product should have been arrived by 15-Jun-2021 itself.

                              I need the order to be delivered today itself.

                                Today I have purchased one geyser, I have visited chroma store vinannagar Phoenix mall at 4:30 pm, in store there is many staff available but they didn't attention at me, I told one person I want to purchase geyser but no one have to sell it to me, I told imran khan sales person to give me this parcel delivery on malls gate through delivery boy, but he answered me very arrogantly, he told me why you purchased in chroma no delivery boy available here, I told him i m regular customer I know the delivery available upto gate area, but he not taking it seriously, I don't know why they hiring nonpolitical staff in their shop. After one hour they provide me delivery boy which given my products upto gate, the delivery boy is very good in behavior but I don't know what happened to staff.

                                  Hello Croma,

                                  I bought a Samsung Tablet A8 on 3rd June 2021, and it was delivered on 5th June 2021. As soon as I received the product, I tested it and found the Camera was not working (front and back). The very same day I raised a complaint on Croma website and requested for a replacement (SR ID: SR[protected]). As per process, I had to mail the video and photograph of the issue to [protected]@croma.com and [protected]@croma.com. The product was picked up on 7th June 2021, and since then I have not received any update regarding my product or its replacement/refund.

                                  I have patiently called customer care every day since 7th June to ask about the status of my order, but every time I receive the same response, "We are so sorry for the inconvenience, we will get back to you in next 24 hours". Those 24 hours never arrived actually. It was always me who had to call back and follow up and receive the same comment again.

                                  It has been over a week now and I have no update about my product. I understand the pandemic has caused a lot of issues, but this is highly unprofessional. What was the use for me to refer to such a high brand to purchase my product? I could have easily bought it from Amazon with so much less trouble.

                                  I have had to postpone my travel plans last week expecting the delivery, but no news so far. This is getting really annoying and will definitely leave a everlasting bad impression on Croma.

                                  I have no idea what to do. You have my money, you have my product, and I have no information on the same whatsoever. At least have the decency to revert on this and update me on the delay reasons.

                                        I am writing as another resort since my calls are being dodged now and your third party Onsitego is just trying to not provide the appropriate service. Invoice number SLA[protected], an Asus laptop's extended warranty was purchased for service in case of issue arises. I understand that no physical damage and battery issue is covered under this, as per what I was told.

                                        While I complained on 31st May stating that I will be HAPPY TO take the laptop to the nearest service centre if needed, I was told that onsite services will be provided. My laptop has a charging issue and impressions of the keys on the display screen (which by the way has not happened in any other laptop I owned, even a 10 years old Compaq). Pick up was not done until 4th June, of course after several follow ups from my end. I didn't have any further update until 09th June when I was told by the technician, mind it not by anyone from Croma or CUSTOMER support of Onsitego, that the issue is with the charger and there is nothing that can be done about either of the two issues I reported earlier.

                                        Since I purchased the product and extended warranty from Croma, isn't the brand responsible for answering my questions? But no, I was asked to CALL TO Onsitego and Onsitego told me to call at Croma for exact solution, which by the way I have not received as yet because as per Croma my charger should be replaced, which I think so too but Onsitego has different opinion. Let that alone, Onsitego isn't ready to even do anything about the display screen either. Seems to me that extended warranty was just the way of minting money but no service in real.

                                        To add up to this nonsense, Mr, Vishal who proudly told me he is a manager in Mumbai, was supposed to get back to me with the exact solution yesterday at 4 pm, hasn't called me back as yet and even dodged the follow ups calls that I made today, twice. The cherry on the cake of all this ### was the technician was sent to return to give my laptop back without any service in real and for "NO SERVICE" you guys took 10 days!!! KUDOS

                                        By the way, I refuse to take back the laptop without proper service and clarity of warranty. YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT TELL LIES because it is costing me my everyday salary since we all are working from home.

                                        I hope this email might get me a solution.
