    Incomplete package of TV, received without main accessory/warranty card

    In an expected event occuring with my very first order from Croma.com placed on 16th July 2021, the Order ID:[protected] having a Hisense 55" TV was delivered on 21st July, 2021 with a missing packet that consists of TV Remote, Batteries, Warranty Card and other Documents.

    Though the package was packed from outside, absence of other accesories was a big letdown.

      I am ready frustrated with the service of this Croma split AC. I have registered my complaint 10 days back and after multiple follow up they have sent technician to check.

      He spent 2 to 3 hours and identified motor is not working and ordered for new one. It took 3 days waiting. Even no one informed me and I was only following up.

      It is heights of stupidity that they are giving response that it’s raining outside so we can not come. Means if rain is there for 15 days they never come to your house.

      After fixing the moter it did not work and again spending 2 to 3 hours identified that panels of both AC not working. Even they told me your electricity is not coming properly and I asked my electrician to immediately check connection. He told electricity is fine so it means these Croma guys makes you fool.

      Even my electrician only identified that panel is not work and then service guy was agreed. He told me that we have ordered and once I will get it we will fix.

      Now it’s 3rd day and they did not get the panel till now. I am not able to understand what kind of company is this ? They do not have the spare parts As well.

      I am requesting daily that my mother is old and it’s very difficult inside without AC. Still they are not doing fast work.

      On top of that service center is not picking calls and saying we are busy in meeting whole day. How is it possible that one service calls attended busy in meetings daily whole day?? Then I thing they should deserve bigger position.

      I am not able to what kind of excuse now they are going to give me now. I need my AC to fix it. Otherwise I will file complaint.

        I haven't got the refund amount for my cancelled order. I am requesting Croma for last 1 month to kindly refund my money since cancellation, but they have not refunded till yet. I used 2 modes of payment for this order and only partial refund of Rs. 4500 is done, Rs. 18499 refund is still pending.

            I have purchased a symphony air cooler from Croma some 3 months back, On delivery I found that the back mesh was torn which I asked for a service and getting the part replaced. Croma has not helped me since past 3 months now and always say they are still following up. So I asked to return the product and still Croma is not addressing my issue. I have tried everything but no use, seems Croma does not care

                Hi, I have a Croma gift card worth Rs 2000. I purchased it in Jan'2020. However due to lockdown, I could not use it last year. Now it shows it has been expired.

                Also Croma customer care has no solution to the same. Can something be done about that? 2000 is a big amount and due to lockdown no one was able to use it.

                    I bought croma inverter ac in May 2020. In April 21 an issue has started arising of non cooling of ac. So raised a complaint about it but engineer came late due to lockdown. In the meanwhile ac warranty expired and Croma engineer came and changed pcb. So now after few days ac started showing error code PC02 and non cooling. I called costomer care again but now they are charging for a visit however the issue is ongoing since the product was in warranty.

                    Pls help and resolved the issue.

                          I ordered Apple ipad 8th generation from Croma online store on 1st July 2021. I have received confirmation that it will be delivered on 6th july. There's no update after that other than "order processed". When I contacted Croma costumer care, they said that their special team is working on it and they have sent the product to their courier partner, but I didn't get any message/mail about that.
                          On 6th july Croma made a new update is service request that it is backorder and on call they said they will update about delivery in one day. But on 7th july, they called and said their team is working on it and I'll get the update in 1-2 days.

                              I did cancel my order ( Order ID:[protected], on 6th July and it was promised by customer care support that i will receive a confirmation mail & my refund will be initiated within 24 hrs.
                              24 hrs are over and till this time i haven't receive any confirmation from Croma side neither refund is initiated. My money is stuck and i need it urgently to buy new phone as my current one is busted.

                              I am never ever gonna use croma again, very very bad experience and there customer service is worst they don't have any clue on how to fix the problem.

                              Still no one has contacted me and the customer care senior spoc - Mr. Rahul Kavetri promised me to call back but he hasn't. Everyone is croma customer care is a fraud. They do false promise just to disconnect consumer's call at the moment and then they don't connect further.

                                Croma Cash back and no cost EMI offer promised but not honoured.

                                I have purchased IPHONE 12 on 13th june from the website. The reason to purchase from your site was the trust in TATA and the present Pandemic situation.
                                Before buying such an expensive product i asked for call back from the nearest store Sarjapur to guide me thru the process, which i got the next day and he([protected]) helped me out with the step by step procedure to buy the product. I have selected for the 6months no cost EMI option...

                                'm very disappointed by response of your service team in Bhopal MP and promised my self not to buy any items from croma store in future. I purchased RO in 15Dec 20 with two years AMC. Firstly no one responded even for installation but somehow I managed, now RO needs servicing and I complained on 21june(eureka forbes)/26 june(croma) reference id is [protected], [protected] respectively.
                                I am very dissatisfied by company not adhering it's promise to customer. If required I will go to consumer forum against management . very bad experience.
