[Resolved]  Croma — Product out of stock and not delivered after paying online - Refund not getting initiated!

Placed an order for a GARMIN watch and paid for the same online. However, when the product was not delivered by the expected date, followed up with customer care team. They informed that it has gone out of stock and an update regarding the order can take 5-7 business days. I wrote to the Grievance officer whose response said please wait ( no end time) I called up again to cancel the order and was informed that it would take 48 hours for confirmation of cancellation.
Where on earth do you have Such pathetic customer service? Never expected this from a TATA enterprise. They are cheating customers by collecting money for products that are not available and making it VERY difficult to cancel and get a refund! Strict action needs to be taken against them for such behaviour
