Installation for burning gas stove

Sir, I am satish kumar, i purchased gas stove from croma centreSec -29 gurgaon, and delivered on 10 nov and for that 2 agents contact me and reached at my home town and for installation they demanded for ₹400. As no comment was mentioned by croma centre sales man for installation price. And that delivered package is packed like that only it has not been opened and for this i am suffering a lot kindly pls help as soon as possible.

Product replacement

Address:C1, Nigotia Tower, opposite Hotel Central Park, City Center, Raksha Vihar, Mahalgaon, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

I have taken Dell Inspiron 3511 core i5 1TB HDD and 8GB Ram. Laptop was working extremely slow from day 1. We went to Croma Store Gwalior M.p. on the very next day to check. The Service Guy there told us to upgrade to windows 11 and it will work fine. I put the windows for upgrade and it failed twice. Again we went to the store and the service guy tried himself to upgrade but failed. Then they said to add SSD drive. We said without SSD also...

Rude and unprofessional

Those who r handling customer care a very rude and unprofessional, at least they should listen what customer want to complain. I had never expected such thing from Croma service centre. You should give some respect to customer for a service they need, it is always possible to do in more efficient way. So I hope you can teach some sort of moral ethic how to handle customer....

I buy Bosch make washing machine 7kg front door on 28th Oct 2021 via online. And that time websites clearly stated that if you made payment through ICICI debit /credit card 10% or max 2500/ cash back available so made 100% payment of Ra 32340/- through my ICICI debit card but I didn't get any discount. Gas Geyser

We purchased geyser from croma online on 8 Oct get delivery two day late on 15 Oct and installed on 17 Oct. Geyser was faulty and complained to croma on 25 oct. 13 days had gone by still my complaint is yet to resolved . Receiving computer generated mail to solve problem in 24 hrs but no one called me.

Refund Not Credited for Damaged Laptop

I have purchase Dell Inspiron laptop with 94, 000/- from Croma online website (Order ID:[protected] but received damaged product! They Picked up the damaged product on 30th October 2021 but refund amount still not credited. Called Croma customer care at least 15 times in last 8 days but they do not give any satisfactory answer. I ordered a soundbar vide order no.[protected] dated 01.11.2021 at croma online and delivery to be done by 06.11.2021.

But, as on 06.11.2021, the item is not delivered rather no information received till date regarding updates of delivery.

Croma being a company from TATA group and you should continue their good name, but you rather cheating.
