I purchased two Air Conditioners from offline store in kalyan, but they are not allowing to produce two seperate bills so as to maximize my discount, the product is still not delivered and still they are not alllowing me to change my transaction.

    - Bought 3 Acs on 31/03/2021 from Croma @ Varthur, Bengaluru 560087.
    - Returned 1 AC unopened on 13/04/2021 because room did not have
    - Received a credit note for with expiry date 13/10/2021
    - Second wave of Covid hit India hence did not go back to the store
    - Went back in August and September 2021, but was sent back since I did not have a hard copy of credit note. I tried looking but could not find it. I have a soft copy proof for the same.
    - Now since October 2021 have gone to Croma multiple times and they are refusing to honour or issue a replacement credit note citing expiry and non availability of hard copy.
    - I am sure Croma has my details and a soft copy to ascertain that it is a genuine case and they cannot just take away such a big amount.

      We bought a Faber 4 burner cooktop last month from Croma Old Padra Road Store, Vadodara.
      As soon as we started using the stove, literally the very first ignition, the black coating of the burner rings started to melt causing discolouration of the rings, rings sticking to the pans/vessels spoiling them and the powder coating falling on the burners, causing the burners to blacken.
      I immediately called the sales person at Croma and complained about this. I was told that my complaint has been registered and that Faber will have this replaced / corrected. The person from Faber, did come and check the product but said that this will happen and there is no option but to use this bad product. I called Croma again but the concerned sales person did not answer, nor return my repeated calls. His name was Ganesh.
      So I contacted a senior sales person at the same store (Mr Bankim, who is an ADM at the OP Road store). He too said he is escalating the complaint, etc but to no avail. Despite my repeated calls, I was only told that they have escalated the matter to Faber and that they are going to have the burners and stands replaced, but no such thing happened and no one from Faber called.
      Out of irritation I finally visited the croma store with the spoilt burners to show them what they had sold to me. While Mr Bankim continued to maintain that Faber will have this replaced and that he would contact the relevant person at Faber again to check on what is happening, he also connected me to one Mr Prasad, who was extremely rude and told me that this is how the product is and nothing can be done. If at all I should try and clean it. I rubbed the black coating of the burner stand with my hands in front of him and that is when he realised what was happening. Yet he did not help much and only took the product photos saying he too will escalate this to Faber.
      It has been over a month since my purchase and complaint but nothing has happened. The attitude of the Croma and Faber Staff is pathetic. I really need my money back. Why must I buy a product which is substandard. I can understand discolouration after multiple usage but I don't understand this from the very first ignition!!

        Saddened by the service

            Your installation team is not up to the mark they cannot install a water heater on time.

            So request you to take back your product and initiate the refund process.

            Last 12 days am following up with your team but they cannot solve my problem.

            I guess there is a lack of training.

              This is to inform you that I ordered one product on 09.02.2022 (order ID[protected] and in your Croma site, it is showing arriving on 15th Feb 2022.
              On 16th onwards I placed the complaint requests to you frequently, But till time I didn't get any response from your side. Already I paid the whole amount against the product. Today morning onwards minimum 5 times called to your customer care executives, But they are not giving correct status, they are telling product is in transit and transporter telling they can't access my location, I checked with transporter ECOM Express and then they are telling, Seller applied RTO Lock, So they cannot deliver the material, Because already here it is Transporter Hub also nearby my office..
              Then who is lying, , , We are trusted in Tata Group, But they are giving a false reports..

                  I wish to complain about cashback which u have not received till now the product that I purchased on 2nd January 2022. My registered mobile number is ..with account name Shibani agrwal .the order id is SOA[protected] on account of Samsung led tv . The cash back of rupee 3000 was due on my purchase which was supposed to be sent on my registered phone number through message to avail purachse of rupee 3000 worth product at Croma store .

                  Croma is such a big brand and I have been a loyal customer for so long and this is very disheartening and horrible experience which I am getting.


                  When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Mr lakhan ( croma urbanac store Vibhuti khand lucknow )at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem because cashback regarding ivr menu doesn’t connect me to any manual customer care representative and ask me to give a miss call on certain number which after sailing tells that the number is not operational . I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.(with goodwill gesture apart from my 3000 cashback)

                  I look forward to cashback from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get cashback from you within 24 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                             I purchased Samsung TV 55" model No AU9070 from Croma east of Kailash store on 20th Oct 2021. At the time of purchasing, I clearly told to store sales team that I need this delivery after 3 months because I will change the flat so, please hold the delivery till that time. They agreed with the condition, and I booked the TV and then they force me to buy an extended warranty of the TV, so I purchased that also.
                            From the Next day Croma delivery team start following for delivery of the TV then I told the Delivery team that I clearly told to Croma sales team not to deliver the product because I want this TV delivery after 3 months, but the delivery team is telling sir don't worry you please take the delivery but please do not open the box or do not install it. Once you shifted then please call us we will install it. So, the delivery team has delivered the TV and they also didn't show me any inside condition.
                            I trusted Croma and put the box as it is a condition which delivery has given.
                            So, when I shifted to my home and On 2nd Feb 2022, I called Croma team for installation so next day Samsung Engineer has come and he did the unboxing of TV and Samsung engineer found panel in damage condition.
                            and at the Same time I called Mr. Sanjeev from Croma and told him the situation and I also put my phone on speaker and Samsung Service Engineer told him the condition of the TV.
                            Mr. Sanjeev from Croma has crossed checking with Samsung Engineer that have you open the box he said "yes" and he asked how's the box condition then he said Box is also in good condition there is no any damage in box also.
                            So on next day when I called Mr Sanjeev from Croma for replacement of my TV then he said sir raise a complaint in Samsung and Samsung technician person will come and he will also check.
                            So Samsung technician person was checked on 3rd Feb 2022 and found panel in broken condition.
                            So from 4th Feb I started chasing Croma team for replacement of my TV then they start ignoring my calls and then I visit to Croma and meet Mr Sanjeev then Mr. Sanjeev introduce me with Mr. Pradeep - Store manager. Mr. Pradeep is telling sir it's 3 months now and brand is denying for replacement.
                            Before buying the product I told each and everything to Croma Sales team that I want this installation after 3 months then why they are telling me this story now.
                            After continuous follow with Mr. Pradeep he gave me his Boss Mr Sameer contact details.
                            Then Mr Sameer is telling me the same story that its 3 months old case we can't give you replacement.
                            If croma team know the brand process then why he deliver the product to me when I told them to hold.
                            I told my condition in the beginning then why they didn't told me to check the damage at the time of delivery
                            its completely miscommunication by Croma and they are not willing to inform the customer about Product/Brand terms and condition
                            I am telling them my delivery condition before buying then why they didn't tell me the pros and cons
                            I need a support and want my TV replacement
                            I am also attaching TV invoice copy, Extended warranty buy copy, Default panel images, Service engineer job sheet, Box condition.

                            I am hopping for solution...

                              I am very much disappointed in the delay in the process of refund.

                              It is taking more time than committed ( From 29 Jan 2022, it is pending ). In the meantime, we have raised a complaint twice

                              ( a ) one on Sunday, 06 Feb 2022 : Persons from Tata Croma Store, Chromepet, Chennai called and confirmed, refund will be credited before Tuesday, 08 Feb 2022.

                              ( b ) Once again, raised a complaint on Wednesday, 09 Feb 2022 & called Store Manager Mr.Murthy : Mobile:[protected] & [protected]. He checked and confirmed that, refund will be done immediately.

                              Waited till yesterday, End of day and raising this complaint once again. Please note that, within 2 to 3 hours of cancelling this order (Since already we have given our old refridgerator ), having Age old mother of 81 years at home, we were suffering a lot without fridge. Because of your poor service, "Pledged our Jewel" and made alternate arrangements and bought New Fridge from other store and it got delivered and installed next day. It is pathetic for us, as we are running from Pillar to Post.

                              Please take this seriously as 13 days have already passed.

                                  This is regarding my recent purchase of JBL SB190 from Tata Cliq. I got the delivery of a defective product & it has been confirmed by the installation team who was from Jeeves (Flipkart). I got the delivery on the 29th. Installation was on 30th done by jeeves & he confirmed the product delivered is a defective one.

                                  If I place the wireless subwoofer just 3 to 4 feet away from the soundbar, the subwoofer is getting disconnected from the soundbar. I raised this on the same day but till today i don't get any response from JBL. I requested Tata Cliq to return my order but they rejected it because there was no response from the manufacturer (JBL). TataCliq asking me for a denied letter from JBL. But JBL is not accepting to issue denied letter. Both are playing in the bush.

                                  I have been completely exhausted by making calls to JBL support & not getting any resolution till now (already 8 days just gone waste).

                                  I request you Kindly replace the product or just issue me a denied letter so that i can claim my return from Tata Cliq. I don't want any repair sort of service, as the defective product was delivered.

                                    Refund fraud

                                    We were sold a Croma tv at Janakpuri store on a guarantee of a cash back in three months( payment made by credit card on no cost emi option)however this never come in any form of cash back. We registered a complaint at customer care at the same store and Prem and Krishan Kumar gave us an assurance that you will get the resolution within 7 working days however it’s been more then 21 days and there is no clue about the complaint and the resolution...

                                    I applied for return of the product.
                                    The camera of the phone is not working.

                                    I was advised to go to the service centre and get it checked if it is defective.
                                    The service centre confirmed that the phone is defective.

                                    I was also told to get a job sheet made from the service center. The service center advised me that once they make a job sheet they will have to submit the phone and repair it.

                                    I have been trying to get my issue resolved for past 4 days. Explaining same thing to different customer care executives only to hear them say the status is "work in progress" or to get hung up on or to be put on hold endlessly.

                                    Then a courier executive came to pick up the return on08/02/2022. I had no intimation about the pick up on site or on message.
                                    Even the delivery guy had no information about what he was going to pick up. And he mentioned he never picks up mobile phones so there must be a mistake and he cancelled the pick up after clicking some pictures.

                                    Request you to return the product and refund as soon as possible.

                                    I am still trying to connect with the customer care. All they say is they will respond within 24-48 hours. If I ask them to escalate it, they just tell me to stay online and put me on hold. I have waited 20 mins 3 times but nobody picked up.
