Croma — Product without features

We have ordered Air cooler in May 2024 via Croma online store. The product from Orient company. As per Croma online it's mentioned that product gives air throw 60ft and has Inverted compatability.
But product is not working as mentioned.

Raised the complaint in Croma portal but no solution on the product. I don't want the product and looking for my money back.
