Croma — Redmi buds 5A unwanted delivery delay

I am extremely frustrated with the pathetic service provided by Blue Dart regarding my order of Redmi Buds 5A placed on 30th August, with an expected delivery date of 3rd September. Even after the promised date, the product has not been delivered. On contacting customer care, I was assured that the delivery would be done within 96 hours, but that commitment has also failed. Today, while tracking my shipment live, I saw the delivery agent pass right through my village without even attempting to deliver my parcel. This is not just unprofessional but outright negligence. Adding to the frustration, the local Blue Dart office never picks up calls despite repeated attempts. Such careless behavior shows complete disrespect towards the customer’s time and money. I demand strict action against this irresponsible conduct and immediate resolution, otherwise I will pursue this matter legally in the consumer court without any further delay.
