[Resolved]  Croma — Refund fraud

We were sold a Croma tv at Janakpuri store on a guarantee of a cash back in three months( payment made by credit card on no cost emi option)however this never come in any form of cash back. We registered a complaint at customer care at the same store and Prem and Krishan Kumar gave us an assurance that you will get the resolution within 7 working days however it’s been more then 21 days and there is no clue about the complaint and the resolution timeline. When we called them today and of course after so many days when I got the same answer that it is in the process and we are following on it that made me angry and I started shouting so Kishan Kumar said we will block your number and no query will be answered anymore. It was really a very bad customer support, without giving any solution, taken 1 month for the same and now when I am angry they want to block the number as they are so inefficient to resolve the query. If I will not get the resolution in this week, i will go ahead with legal formalities then.
